Police State Abuse in Obama's America: Video Reports

Obama's moving America toward a police state will be discussed further on "The Awakening," Monday night, 4/20 9pm ET & archived, with special guests John Ziegler -- also Gary Kreep, eligibility lawyer for Alan Keyes, announcing progress in their challenge of Barry Soetoro, a.k.a., Barack Obama.

Do you think that Janet Napolitano's DHS targeting of constitutionalists and concerned citizens who oppose the destruction of America via national debt, was just a mindless mistake? Just a malaprop, to label them (us) "right wing extremists?" And, just yesterday in her "apology," speaking apparently of the same set of Citizens as "terrorists" -- just clumsytalk? Prithee, think again. A great deal of time and attention went in to this executive report. It was written in order to produce results, according to a plan.

A key variable in that plan becomes the degree to which law enforcement and military personnel may be turned against Us, the People and against the Constitution they are sworn to uphold. The acceptability of such tyrrany in the minds and hearts of these officials varies. Many are patriotic and worthy. Many will merely follow orders, going along to get along. And some are already predisposed against U.S. Citizens, for one reason or another. Overall, their compliance with an increasingly directed abuse of our rights is an open question. Here are two, new, "wrong answers."

1. The shape of things to come under Marxofascist control -- this, by Border Control agents, as reported by the pastor.

The message that came with it:
ALL
Please take the time to view this film. This is why gun sales are up. People are becoming more and more afraid of our government and law enforcement. We remember WACO and RUBY RIDGE.
I remember the brutality that prolifers have suffered at the hands of the police. In Pa. 12 Evangelists were beaten and jailed for kneeling in prayer. That is just one case.
2. Now see what just happened to videographer, John Ziegler, 4/15, outside an event lauding Katie Couric for her interviewing prowess, during the presidential campaign. Sarah Palin got it then; Palin sympathizer, Ziegler gets it just lately. You see, John Ziegler is producer of "Media Malpractice; How Obama Got Elected and Palin Was Targeted." Keep that in mind, as you watch what happened to him.

Link: Ziegler Detained

Will legitimate law enforcement and military personnel become miffed, for being manipulated in this way? And what if they were manipulated in this way? an article posted in March:

Do you think a massive atrocity, staged by such people (the admitted Nazi war crimes collaborator, Soros and the trained Marxist, Obama) is beyond consideration?

I.O. leaves you with the following, a message by Naomi Wolf -- this one, from the left side, produced during the very odd and oddly labeled, "conservative" Bush administration.

10 Steps to Fascism, Naomi Wolf
  1. Invoke a terrifying internal and external enemy
  2. Create a gulag
  3. Develop a thug caste
  4. Set up an internal surveillance system
  5. Harass citizens' groups
  6. Engage in arbitrary detention and release
  7. Target key individuals
  8. Control the press
  9. Dissent equals treason
  10. Suspend the rule of law

No,it wasn't a mistake or slip of the tongue. These admissions, and subsequent retractions and apologies are part of the alchemical processing of humanity.Deep subject.I'll just say that it has only been a part of the revelation of the method era for roughly 30 years. It's a truth or consequences masonic gambit played in an open air theatre called the world. This is also why you see the satanic handsigns such as the el cornuto flashed by occultists and the elites. The brutality in our police and military in the past 16 years is a manifestation of the mind control and conditioning process that has been allowed to come out in full force to shock the masses in preparation for civil unrest when society breaks down.Waco and Ruby Ridge were a wake up call for some and numbing events for others. The story you share about the evangelists has been repeated at abortion clinics across America where peaceful protests were taking place, including the attendance of children, which mattered not to the stormtroopers.Gun sales are going through the roof because many people know that we've crossed the Rubicon and no amount of voting, petittioning, grand juries, tea parties,or other approaches at restoring the Republic will reverse the tidal wave coming on the shores of America. The next generated crisis will be a big one. These things were planned decades ago. Many of these plans are in print and is being allowed to be obtained by the sheeple because the time is short, and they want it used as a weapon to put the masses in a catatonic state.

Good article.Naomi is quite sad these days.I remember her crying with Hanoi Jane Fonda and a few other friends hoping Obama would not lose. She is not as vocal now.But is becoming "concerned" about her hero not being a savior. __________________________________________________________________________ "Today the path to total dictatorship in the United States can be laid by strictly legal means, unseen and unheard by the Congress, the President, or the people. Videos like that one are proof that our police and military will in fact fire on US citizens when the economy crumbles and martial law is declard after rioting and looting breaks out.We will have the small groups of patriots like oath keepers military factions and the few hundreds that have been educated by Mack and some other cops. But the rest are trained to obey, and taught that e are the enemy. The denial must end.Get ready fellow Americans.

On the video of the pastor who claims to have been beaten by border patrol... Has this been verified? What is his name? What is his church? Has anyone looked up the arrest report? Is he a "don't taze me, bro" hoaxer?

Even if it is all true, he states that he refused to get out of his car. It seems pretty clear that that is the reason why they arrested him. He has a right to refuse to allow them to search his car, but I'm not aware of any right to refuse to get out of the car. If they choose to search his car after he refuses to let them, he can file a complaint. But stubbornly refusing to cooperate in any way is begging for trouble. As a pastor, he ought to know better than to be confrontational. That is not the example of Christ or the apostles.

Look at the post from anon@ 9:45 AM.This is an example of not understanding our Bill of Rights or the Gospel. The state is always right.Checkpoint Charlie is for our own good.Obey authority or you are not a Christian, and so and so forth. There was a time in the USA where citizens knew both their rights under God and the laws of the land.Police were there to help you.Not harass you. They were peace officers, not law enforcers,Discretion was used. This person has already surrendered their rights by saying that even if the story is true,it would not matter. The Social Gospel being preached in 501-C3 pulpits has turned minds into mush. The government has worked with the shepherds to make sure they teach them to obey all authority by an erroneous teaching of Romans 13.

Anonymous 4:16 pm -

So you're saying that if the police pull you over and ask you to step out of the car because, for instance, they want to test if you're driving drunk, that you will refuse to get out of the car? Do you then expect them to just go away?

Now if you actually read what I wrote, you will see that I did not say "even if the story is true, it would not matter". I said " If they choose to search his car after he refuses to let them, he can file a complaint." Refusing to get out of the car when he knew they were going to break in the windows and drag him out is just plain stupid regardless of who is right or wrong. The idiot pastor ought to be thankful they have tazers nowadays. In the good old days they would have used their batons.

So I'll ask again, has anyone verified that this story is true? It seems like it would be a great hoax to play on some of you paranoid conspiracy theorists that see black helicopters at every turn.

Paranoid conspiracy theorists?Again, you lack of objectivity is staggering anon @10:06 pm.You throw out the obvious theme which is a police state and expect sifned affidavits from police and eyewitnesses for the beating video.Believe it or not, citizens do have a right to object to unwarranted questions and searches.Bringing up a hypothetical of a drunk driver evades the issue, and what is taking place in this nation.____________________________________________________________________ Constitutional Rights

anon 10:06pm-let's say it is a fake. What you go on to say is the product of a communist mindset. The victim is "begging for trouble".Being "confrontational",and not an example of a "christian".The agressor is the cop.A sovereign citizen--that is one that understands that concept under the constitution-knows that they should assist or government employees to keep law and order. But they also know that if they have done nothing wrong and are stopped by a police officer, they do not have to obey every command and order dictated to them. They have the right to stay in their car.Refuse to talk. And ask what they are being detained for.The problem is that by exercising one's rights, most cops take that as a sign of guilt or belligerence. The rights forgotten for so long are being rediscovered by Americans and that's why we are seeing MIAC reports coming out.It was okay for people to hire lawyers and spend time and money in courts, because many lawyers are ignorant of civil rights laws unless it is specifically dealing with minority issues. But it is dangerous to the Globalists when people know the constitution and their rights. Will one get in trouble for exercising them?Yes.But that doesn't mean they are begging for trouble. The fascists are the ones causing the trouble. This is not theory but fact. And yes it is a conspiracy. Before the boob tube and mainstream media did a hatchet job on that word, every single soul on earth knew conspiracies were real and fought against them.

------------------------------------------------------------------------ Your statement does in fact say that it doesn't matter,by conjecturing what each party should and would do in that situation. And by calling the man an idiot for not being a good comrade in your myopic eyes.Filing a complaint is your option, not his or anyone elses. You are imposing your logic on both the police and the detainee. You also put forth a revisionist history. If you are old enough to remember true peace officers, you would know that arrests and beatings were not the norm. The chances were more likely that the peace officer would cool down and ask questions respectfully and get the answers he sought and let the person go.Form your vitriolic rant it does not matter if this article is updated to verify the information because you have already determined the man to be an "idiot" no matter who was right or wrong.Your determination is that he should've obeyed Big Brother and later filed a complaint. But the man is not servile. He stood up for his rights and suffered the consequences.Freedom comes at aprice.

The building of the police state started long ago.But the velvet gloves came off in the 1990s for sure. The anon character is surely an under 25 yrs age person or a mind-bombed individual. The biblical Strong Delusion to believe a lie is here.It is not only a denial of Jesus Christ but of everything taking place in the world to herd the sheeple into a global gulag.First for depopu;lation and then to have the remainder serve the elites under Antichrist. Most people will remain ignorant and in denial every step of the way.The fear of reality is too much to accept for them. So,don't expect a mass awakening. That is never going to happen. We have an uprising in the millions around the globe, but that is peanuts compared to the billions in denial. And those in denial will feel it is their duty to turn the patriots into the authorities as these Hitler Jugend corps grow around the world.

Yes, I'm a Marxo-Fascist pig because I think that when a cop asks you to get out of your car that you should cooperate. The ironic thing is that you keep referring to the 60's as if I was the hippy anarchist. But you are the ones who are rebelling against all authority and want to spit in the cops faces, not me. And just like them, you're happy to take the one side of the story given by the "pastor" and run with it because it fits your ideology. You couldn't care less if it's true and just accept everything he says. Anyone on this blog who can still think objectively?

By the way, which one of the many court case cited gives a person the right to refuse to get of the car? Just a minute.... I think I hear black helicopters outside my house! They're knocking at my door and saying that if I don't answer the door they're going to break it down! But it's OK now - I told them I have a constitutional right not to answer the door - that will stop them! You're never gonna get me coppers!!!!!!!!

Sorry, but I am a Christian pastor (Catholic) and I know that my Christian religion does not require me to acquiesce to any unjust demand, even if it is from a cop or otherwise legitimate civil superior. There is NO authority but from God, and hence civil authorities should only be obeyed when they act within the limits of both moral justice and civil justice. When a cop ask you to do ANYTHING which he has no right to ask you to do, it is your Christian DUTY not to give him the false obedience he asks, because in giving him the false obedicne you corrupt his soul and give bad example to the weak, who would otherwise comply and be, by bad cops, abused of their just civil rights.

I concurr with the thread, this anon who is in favor of compliance has been brainwashed....

"When a cop ask you to do ANYTHING which he has no right to ask you to do, it is your Christian DUTY not to give him the false obedience he asks..."

Since when does a cop have no right to ask you to step out of your car, especially when a dog alerted to something in the car (and we have only the word of the loony pastor that this is not true)? What civil right is being violated?

Why do I call this pastor loony? Because only a loon would refuse to get out of the car when the cops made it very clear they are going to break the windows and forcibly remove him. Forget about civil rights and Christian duty for the moment. Plain common sense would lead a normal person to cooperate. What's the big deal with cooperating by getting out of the car other than this bizarre paranoia about a police state.

Back to Christian duty. Can anyone give me a scriptural basis for refusing to get out of the car? Can anyone point to Jesus or the apostles acting this way when they were arrested?

You all think this guy's rights were violated. Then why hasn't he filed a complaint? All he has done is make this video.

Come on Arlen, this guy burns the NIV because he thinks it's satanic. He probably thinks Jesus spoke in King James English. Why do you post stuff from this loon on your site? Your losing credibility big time.

Here's a story on this from KHPO in Phoenix:

http://www.kpho.com/news/19207871/detail.html

Excerpts:

"Anderson said agents stopped him on his way back to the Valley from San Diego. The agents asked him where he was going and if he was a U.S. citizen. Anderson said he wasn't answering any of their questions and told them he wanted to go home.

"The agents then told Anderson to pull over. He said he sat in his car for an hour before DPS arrived to tell him he was under arrest."

"Anderson insisted he did not have to submit to the search that he said led to officers breaking windows, firing Tasers and humiliating him.

"A spokesman with Customs and Border Patrol confirmed that Anderson was asked to pull over for inspection after a search dog alerted agents to a scent from his vehicle.

"The spokesman also said DPS took Anderson into custody after Anderson remained in the regular traffic lane for an hour. He added border patrol agents never use Tasers.

"The border patrol is currently investigating the officers' actions, the spokesman said."
