Declaration of Duty


IN CONGRESS, JULY 4, 1776
The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

Great post. Unfortunately, we are in a time of great confusion of our national will. I applaud your call to the citizenry to measure the worth and import of a document that severed with great cause a valued relationship.

I have no doubt that our founding fathers were reluctant to give up their heritage...a greater good impelled them to such a decision. It should be food for thought for this present generation. I love my country, my fellow American, my constitutional republic...but, er, my government, eh, not so much.

A moment of truth will befall all of us shortly...upon what principles do we really uphold and cherish. I'm thinking the inertia of our heritage has begun to fade (as it did for those that were once proudly British).

True,but sadly the apathy is so great that there wasn't enough patriots to organize an effective halt to the Bailouts that bankrupted the USA,and the bogus election,and the complete rejection of all law enforcement agencies to address our concerns over the inelignle Potus.Or the ongoing eligbility cases or GJ's.What's to come shortly on this nation will be chaos with the few numbers of patriots defending themseleves against the tyranny of their own government in the streets of America.There certainly is not going to be an organized move to remove the criminal cabal in DC or in any states.The dimbed down masses are following the msm shills that they feel are on their side.They will be directed by them and the sold out pastors and politicians to surrender their liberties and enter the NWO or they are the enemies,as described in the MIAC report and later revisions to it.

Until the internet is taken down,you should give some coverage to the GJ actions as they are trying to get more alternative coverage,besides the little blurbs and 2-3 days late updates by Phil and Sam.We know the msm will keep us in the dark until chaos ensues.Also,Mario and Charles have an ad going into the Wash.Times today and a new website with it on there.The case will be dismissed,but it needs exposure.Same with Leo working on QW with interested parties as these things are really the last stand.The rest are distractions and controlled by the elites.

Agreed.The people no longer have a say in anything these days.Just more and more control over our lives,and no redress of grievances.At least the grand juries are not giving up without a fight.They continue to serve the traitors with the Presentments so that they are without excuse when this all comes apart.So,some coverage should be given to them.Educating people of the globalist takeover hasn't done much,but covering the fight is helpful to those that are informed.The last few posts seems that you have given up.I know time is running out.Still,we need to cover news that the mainstream is ignoring.And the alternative media as well.Carl Swensson and Robert D. discussed Alex Jones ignoring this crisis and that he is a shill.I agree.

We are being set-up to be crushed.Orly's case is going to be heard.And the LA Times already contacted her for an interview.It wil be heard on9-11-09.All the standing,jurisdiction,.and immunity problems disappear all of a sudden????No.And WND screwing up again at the WH press conference over the distracting BC.And WHO saying mandatory jabs coming in Fall.And FEMA training later this month.Medvedev and his NWO coin and the pope calling for world government.Fishy.

I wish more people would read and understand the Constitution and Bill Of Rights. Since they stopped teaching it in school our country has been sliding faster towards a tyrannical and appalling form of government that all of us should be willing to fight against. There are a lot of us that do understand and do what we can to contact our reps and they do nothing, so we are prepared just like our founding fathers to put life and limb on the line to save our nation and our way of life from destruction. Most of us are waiting to see where the legal issues lead and to see who will fire the second shot heard around the world. When that happens I would not want to be opposed to the people as it is said that with the amount of firearms and the safeguard of the second amendment, that no army in the world could stand up to just one good shot from every sovereign individual in the united states of america "not incorporated".
God Bless our children for they will have to endure the folly of our ignorance if we do not correct the mistakes that have endeavored to destroy our Republic.

Even though they declared independence one thing people forget is.... there were many people who did not want or were indifferent to independence of British rule did not, ,,, even those who agreed to this declaration they didn't want to fight against the British, "It just didn't seem worth it, or seemed almost hopeless" but luckily there were some who did think the effort was worth it.

The point being there are some today who see what has been happening with our government for so long and are indifferent "nothing you can do about it" they say..... the odds were against the Founders of this country ..... as it is today, but they didn't give up!

Until people start feeling the pain from all of the socialist laws being passed now, they will not do much of anything. They won't even notice until it affects their daily lives. People are still able to go to work, school, whatever, come home, relax, watch some TV and go to sleep. Perhaps when the country is in double digit unemployment people will start to wake up.
