Gary Kreep Suing Obama's Department of Homeland Security over their Targeting of Conservatives; From Monday's 'The Awakening'

Program of 4/20/2009 is archived. Gary Kreep is suing the Department of Homeland Security over their targeting and persecution of conservatives, through their leaked "Napolitano Report." The Keyes eligibility challenge is appealing and ready to "get fun." John Ziegler's wrist hurts. Archived here:

The global, Marxofascist movement is lining up new (and unconstitutional) powers behind Obama and transnational agencies, in order to stage a crackdown, presumably after a "generated crisis" -- which may be an atrocity which they initiate themselves, while blaming it upon those "right wing extremists" who support our constitutional republic. Please have a listen -- and look into the articles, below this, in I.O.

They are tying the strings before our eyes, to draw them around us, likely at once, in the attempt to overwhelm our freedoms and even our souls.

We must not let them do this.

The fox is in the hen house but the chickens are roosting and believe they are safe. The fox is obama and the chickens are the American people.
I'm the farmer who is well aware of what the fox can do and will do. The tea parties are a group of farmers trying to guard the hen house from the fox. The little foxes are acorn etc who grow into big foxes who eat chickens when fed stimulus money.

Please post we need to defend our patriotic men and women in the CIA

Democratic committee members pressure Mr Obama to prosecute advisors from Bush administration

This is the list on the Committee on Intelligence
There are Democrats and Republicans on this committee and listed below:
The loudest proponents of indicting Bush administration advisors are Dianne Feinstein and Russell Feingold. I urge everyone to email these people and let them know what you think-My opinion is they are the betrayers of our patriotic men and women that put their lives on the line to protect ours!

Dianne Feinstein, California
Chairman Christopher S. Bond,Missouri,Vice Chairman John D. Rockefeller IV,
West Virginia Orrin Hatch, Utah Ron Wyden, Oregon Olympia J. Snowe, Maine Evan Bayh, Indiana Saxby Chambliss, Georgia Barbara A. Mikulski, Maryland Richard Burr, North Carolina Russell D. Feingold, Wisconsin Tom Coburn, Oklahoma Bill Nelson, Florida James Risch, Idaho Sheldon Whitehouse, Rhode Island

This is the email I sent my US Senator from Wisconsin:
Dear Mr Feingold,

HOW DARE YOU PRESSURE MR OBAMA TO PROSECUTE CIA ADVISORS ABOUT TORTURE METHODS. You need to change your opinion and drop this matter or you will not be re-elected. You are a sorry excuse for a US representative.

These people did not support torture that kills people , unlike our enemies that want to behead us rather than torture us. You need to support the patriotic men and women who have and continue to keep our country safe. So help me God, I will do everything in my power to make sure that you do not get re-elected!

There has been a Marxofascist insurgency in the CIA for a long time now. Yes, this may be perceived as a means to overcome and gain thorough control.

Yesterday's ebullient enthusiasm during Obama's visit to CIA HQ yesterday was more stagecraft by the Marxofascists and their useful idiot leftists.

SECTION 19. Section 12C of chapter 112 is hereby amended by striking the section in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
Section 12C. No physician or nurse administering immunization or other protective programs under public health programs, and no other person assisting in the foregoing, shall be liable in a civil suit for damages as a result of any act or omission on his part in carrying out his duties.

resources they have. Yet concern about liability is one of the biggest obstacles the Medical Society has faced in trying to recruit providers to enroll in its surge staffing program, the Massachusetts System for Advance Registration of Volunteer Health Professionals (MSAR). This program will help ensure that Massachusetts has a prescreened and precredentialled pool of caregivers should a disaster occur.

Specifically, H.108 and S.18 would:
Protect health care providers from liability in a suit for damages or administrative sanctions as a result of good faith acts or omissions while engaged in the performance of duties in rendering emergency care, treatment, advice, or assistance during a declared public health emergency or state of emergency, or acting as a result of a pandemic or a disaster.
Allow health care providers who are killed, disabled or injured during a pandemic to be considered an employee of the Commonwealth for purposes of compensation and benefits (in the absence of other benefits).
Allow for an immediate waiver of all health insurer administrative requirements, including but not limited to, utilization review, prior authorization, advance notification upon admission or delivery of services, limitation on provider networks for treating or transfer of patients, or for health care services provided during a declared public health emergency or state of emergency.
