Update/Repost, Tuesday, 2/3 -- This commentary thread has become a largely well behaved set of concerns and complaints about the behavior of certain of those whom have become well known within the circles of Obama eligibility activists. I.O. has had very little to do, at this point, to moderate those posts and this speaks highly of the patriots who believe it important to log their concerns.
Today, sadly, it also becomes appropriate to link to a letter of warning of lawsuit, with a demand to cease and desist, by the attorney of one eligibility activist party, to another, regarding the purported libel of that latter party. Notice was emailed to I.O. by the former party, requesting that I post an adjoining note, which is included by me in the comments, below (February 3, 2009 6:46 AM). Making note of this is warranted, in this writer's opinion. Dwelling upon it is not suggested.
I did choose to dwell upon today's emails between Nancy and Hanen, which I am also copying into comments. Finding people who have found themselves in abusive situations and have not only "escaped," but have come out better, somehow -- refined by trial and enabled by forgiveness to truly overcome -- free to be gracious to all, and built-up in soul to bless others who can use a hand and a touch -- that is inspiring. And that is likely my final word, in this top posting.
Update/Repost, Saturday, 4/11 -- Woops, here's this post again! I've bumped this to the I.O. top because certain comments angel(s) have been continuing to post here, quite polite not to change the subject, elsewhere. So (a-hem) I am eager to have a look in, since February! How about you? Then, maybe on Marxist May Day, we should have a new "Open Thread" post, to celebrate the Obama achievement! -- and let anyone say what's on his mind, unselfconsciously. The Lord only knows what will break between now and then, though....

Leo's latest post-- On May 28,Jeffrey Taylor resigned as acting US Attorney for the District of Columbia. I have not heard from one person who got a response from him regarding their quo warranto letters.
I did hear from one person who had proof that their QW letter to Taylor had been rerouted to the White House.
There is much speculation as to why Taylor resigned. I think it’s interesting to note that while he didn’t file a quo warranto regarding Obama’s eligibility, he also never told anyone who wrote to him that Obama was actually eligible and that Obama had been properly vetted which was the canned response from all of Congress.
Taylor never made such a statement.
It will be interesting to see now whether his successor in the DC US Attorney’s office – Channing Phillips – will issue a statement saying Obama is eligible.
Was Taylor pressured to resign because he wouldn’t vouch for Obama? I don’t know. But I do know Taylor didn’t have the support of enough US citizens. So America gets what America deserves – the destruction of its Constitution because the great majority of US citizens don’t care about their Constitution.
My suggestion to anybody who does care is to send your quo warranto letters to US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald. Perhaps since the DC Code statute is vague in its wording – only requiring “the US Attorney” to file for the quo warranto – it could be used by any US Attorney. That is not my original interpretation, but after seeing this fiasco play out, and listening to the lame excuses favoring Obama’s eligibility, I don’t see why any US Attorney couldn’t use the statute. The statute just says “the US Attorney”.
I think Patrick Fitzgerald is your best bet now. At least you’ll probably get a response from his office.

Obama made it very clear on his 100th day in office that he is "remaking America." He didn't say rebuilding, but remaking! Does Obama consider himself to be the Mighty Maker? While honoring himself at a dinner commemorating his 100th day in office, Obama said the following words: "I would like to talk about what my administration plans to achieve in the next 100 days. During the second 100 days, we will design, build and open a library dedicated to my first 100 days. I believe that my next 100 days will be so successful, that I will complete them in 72 days - and on the 73rd day I will rest." (4) The inference of deity here is obvious, but why the 73rd day? The 100th day of Obama was April 29th, 2009. Seventy-two days added to that brings us to July 10th, 2009. Obama intends to rest from his creative labors on Saturday, July 11th. Saturday is the seventh day of the week, but in addition to that, we must consider the date itself as 07/11/09. Since zeros must be disregarded and since witches use backward masking, we find that if we look at Obama's 73rd day backwards it is 9-11-7. The number seven indicates sanctity and completion, and we all know the significance of 9-11. What is this man planning? Time will tell! It is also interesting to note that on March 31st, 2009, the Traverse City Record-Eagle reported a story out of Washington stating that a new $3.5 billion laser has just been completed and is now ready for use. The word laser is an acronym for Light Amplification by the Stimulated Emission of Radiation. This laser was developed by the National Ignition Facility of the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California. This laser is capable of simulating the energy force of a hydrogen bomb and the sun itself! (5) I am reminded of Revelation 13:13, regarding the second beast, which reads as follows: "And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men."

Svali-- All groups have goals, and the Illuminists are no exception. Money making is not their final goal – it is a means to an end. This end point, or goal, is no less than to rule the world. The Illuminati has a set plan similar to the Soviet Union’s previous “5- year” and “10-year ” plans. This is what the Illuminists themselves believe and teach their followers as gospel truth. Whether they will actually succeed is another matter altogether.
The following is the Illuminist agenda at ALL levels of the Illuminati. As with any goal, the Illuminati has specific steps which it plans to implement to reach its objectives. Briefly, each region of the United States has “nerve centers” or power bases for regional activity. The United States has been divided up into seven major geographical regions. Each region has localities within it that contain military compounds and bases that are hidden in remote, isolated areas or on large private estates.
Svali - These bases are used intermittently to teach and train generational Illuminati in military techniques, hand- to- hand combat, crowd control, use of arms, and all aspects of military warfare. Why? Because the Illuminists believe that our government, as we know it, as well as the governments of most nations around the world, are destined to collapse. These will be planned collapses, and they will occur in the following ways:
The Illuminati has planned first for a financial collapse that will make the great depression look like a picnic. This will occur through the maneuvering of the great banks and financial institutions of the world, through stock manipulation, and interest rate changes. Most people will be indebted to the federal government through bank and credit card debt, etc. The governments will recall all debts immediately, but most people will be unable to pay and will be bankrupted. This will cause generalized financial panic which will occur simultaneously worldwide, as the Illuminists firmly believe in controlling people through finances.
Svali- Next there will be a military takeover, region by region, as the government declares a state of emergency and martial law. People will have panicked, there will be an anarchical state in most localities, and the government will justify its move as being necessary to control panicked citizens. The cult trained military leaders and people under their direction will use arms as well as crowd control techniques to implement this new state of affairs. This is why so many survivors under 36 years of age report having military programming. People who are not Illuminists or who are not sympathetic to their cause, will resist. The Illuminists expect this and will be (and are BEING) trained in how to deal with this eventuality. They are training their people in hand-to- hand combat, crowd control, and, if necessary, will kill to control crowds. The Illuminati is training their people to be prepared for every possible reaction to the takeover.
Svali- Many mind control victims will also be called into duty with preset command codes. These codes are meant to call out a new, completely cult loyal presenting system. Shatter codes programmed under trauma will be used to destroy or bury non-cult loyal alters.
Military bases will be set up, in each locality (actually, they are already here, but are covert). In the next few years, they will go above ground and be revealed. Each locality will have regional bases and leaders to which they are accountable. The hierarchy will closely reflect the current covert hierarchy.
About five years ago, when I left the Illuminati, approximately 1% of the US population was either part of the Illuminati, sympathetic to it, or a victim of Mind Control (and therefore considered useable). While this may not sound like many, imagine 1% of the population highly trained in the use of armaments, crowd control, psychological and behavioral techniques, armed with weapons and linked to paramilitary groups. These people will also be completely dedicated to their cause.
Svali- The Illuminati firmly believes that it can easily overcome the other 99% of the population, most of whom are untrained, or poorly trained, such as “weekend hunters.” Even the local military will be overcome as the Illuminati will have regional cell groups with highly trained leaders. They also count on the element of surprise helping them during their takeover. Many of the highest leaders in the militia branch of the Illuminati are or have been officers in the military, and so already have a good knowledge of which techniques will work best to overcome a region’s or locality’s defenses.
After the military takeover, the general population will be given a chance to either espouse the Illuminati’s cause, or reject it (with imprisonment, pain, even death being possible punishments). These people very much believe that the intelligent, or “enlightened” or Illuminated, were born to rule. They are arrogant, and consider the general population as “dumb sheep” who will be easily led if offered strong leadership, financial help in an unstable world economy, and dire consequences if the person rebels. Their utter ruthlessness, and ability to implement this agenda, should not be minimized.
Svali- There is more to the Illuminist agenda, but these are the basics of it. This agenda is what the Illuminati really, truly, believe, teach, and train for. They are willing to give their lives up in this cause, in order to teach the next generation, as they believe that their children are their legacy. I was told that my children’s generation would see this takeover, sometime in the 21st century.

The reason I am giving a longer version here to your question is that when someone asks who or what are the Illuminati, they do not think like we do. It is laid out according to god's word - so that it can stand, or it can be blasphemous of who god is. But when god sent his son to the earth, christ had twelve disciples that followed him. The antichrist is going to be like three in one, and he will also have twelve forerunners. This is where Maitreya comes in. He is a forerunner. John the Baptist was a forerunner for christ.

I don't know why I am so upset about this story, but I am. I missed it when it broke a few weeks ago, but some Google and Bing searches show that the story wasn't that widely reported.
President Barack Obama spoke at the Graduation Ceremony for the US Naval Academy at Annapolis on May 22, 2009 but before he spoke, all Naval midshipmen were disarmed of their ceremonial swords and umbrellas.
Never before in the history of Annapolis has the Commander in Chief required that all Naval officers in his presence be disarmed.
Although I haven't sorted it all out, there are reasons why this story has so devastated me and I don't know what to think.
This is not political...it's a SAD damn shame !!

Obama's protectors have ordered graduating Midshipmen...and I suppose Commissioned Officers through Flag rank...to leave their swords at home. Full Dress White includes "wear sword". More to the point - those badges of office have been earned in a manner Obama and his minions just wouldn't begin to understand. Important traditions that inspire are kind of lost on the red banner crowd, apparently.
Further, ceremonial swords never seemed to bother the Secret Service for any previous President. And before World War II, the swords were not particularly "ceremonial", I've seen some of those blades, boarding actions did occur on the China Station pre-war against river pirates, warlords, etc. Those swords were worn not just to graduation, but to Inaugurations, in the receiving line at the White House afterward, to the Inaugural Ball. Somehow nobody gave it a second thought. Somehow even Presidents in the past didn't presume to specify items of uniform.
But of course, what worked for Harry Truman, Ronald Reagan, F.D.R., the Bushes, T.R., any other rational non-cult leader.....doesn't work for this former state senator anointed by the Chicago machine.
Does he secretly consider our Naval and Military leaders "the enemy"? Perhaps the message this sends escaped his handlers. Sad. And .....follow me on this Obama and minions.....insulting. Actually it's contemptible.

One of my readers by the name of Stephen Tonchen has created an introductory primer on Obama POTUS eligibility. Much of the substance of the primer has been culled from my blog and helpfully supplemented by Mr. Tonchen’s own research. This is by far the most clear, concise and powerful document created to help educate your friends and family on the eligibility issue. I strongly urge my readers to download it and to link to it wherever possible.
I will just reprint its discussion about the important and still controlling SCOTUS case – Minor vs. Happersett:
In 1797 (a decade after the Constitution was adopted), the English translation of Emmerich de Vattel’s, Law of Nations was revised to include the term “natural born citizen”. The revised English translation helps to clarify the meaning of “natural born citizen”, as English-speaking people generally understood it towards the end of the 18th Century:
The natives, or natural born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. … I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country. (Vattel, Law of Nations, Book 1, Chapter 19)
In 1874, in the Minor v. Happersett case, the Supreme Court affirmed the definition of natural born citizen which had appeared in the 1797 English translation of Vattel’s Law of Nations:
…it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first. (Minor v. Happersett, 1874)
In Minor v. Happersett, the Supreme Court expressed “doubts” regarding the citizenship of U.S.-born children whose parents were not U.S. citizens. In Wong Kim Ark, 1898, the Supreme Court examined these “doubts”, but did not render any decision or ruling pertaining to natural born citizenship. The Court ruled that Mr. Ark was a citizen; it did not rule that he was a natural born citizen. To date, the Supreme Court has never answered the question as to whether natural born citizenship extends to children of non-citizen parents.
It is those same doubts discussed so openly in the Minor case that need to be discussed in open court today. If SCOTUS expressed such doubts then, then our current SCOTUS ought to enlighten us now. As I’ve stated over and again, this is a legal question already considered by our highest court in 1874 – a full six years after the 14th Amendment was adopted. This is an important time reference which should be wielded at all who state the 14th Amendment is controlling as to nbc status. It is not. SCOTUS expressed their doubts clearly six years later in the Minor case which has never been over-ruled.
The issue is not a conspiracy theory, it is a legal question, a legal question that SCOTUS precedent admits to not having cleared up yet. It is not settled law and until it is our country and the Presidency are not legitimate.

An inventory of potentially deadly pathogens at Fort Detrick’s infectious disease laboratory found more than 9,000 vials that had not been accounted for, Army officials said yesterday, raising concerns that officials wouldn’t know whether dangerous toxins were missing.

9-15-09 Orly- I was very busy flying red eye 5 times in so many days: twice to GA, once to DC and back and didn’t have time to respond to all the slander and defamation on the Internet.
Arlene Williams, who has a web site InvestigatingObama.blogspot.com and Phil from TheRightSideofLife were defaming me, claiming that I lied about Judge Carter’s order. Please, look at the order page 2 line 3. It states”… Court encourages the parties to begin discovery before the scheduling conference” (scheduling conference is on October the 5th).
why is judge Carter saying that- because I have to give Obama 30 days +3 days for mail and there is no reason to wait. On Sunday I submitted to the department of Justice electronically a proposed schedule of discovery. 33 days fall on October 17, I proposed deposition for October 19th Monday and left 4 weeks open, when I am available every day :weekdays and weekends, I will come to DC if need to be, to accommodate Obama and other defendants and witnesses.
In response US attorneys representing the defendants have filed a motion to stay the discovery, meaning to stop it. The fact that they filed it, doesn’t mean anything. It doesn’t mean thet judge Carter will grant it, that he will say yes. As a matter of fact time and again in court, on the record judge Carter stated that he believes that this case needs to be heard in open court on the merits, that it should not be dismissed on technicality, that there is jurisdiction. So, they can ask to behead me, too and I am sure Obama and his sidekick Eric Holder will love it, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that judge Carter is going to say: Yes guys, go for it.
Now, going to saboteurs, wolfs in sheep’s clothe, Obots dressed as patriots. You have those sites of investigating Obama by Arlene Williams, therightsideoflife by Phil, people having their little internet blogtalkradio shows and going by names Chalice, Hannen, Evelyn Adams, and a few others. They present themselves as patriots, concentrate movement around themselves, but when there is one real threat to Obama regime, they slander and defame a person who does the real work. After a year of this struggle I am the only attorney with clients who have real standing, I am the only attorney who was able to reach actual court hearings. Until now all the cases were immediately summarily dismissed, so now all these pseudo patriots are attacking one person who is doing the real work and who has the real chance of removing Obama from Office and do it now.
Now look at the attorneys. Berg had two cases dismissed: one that he filed on his own behalf as a voter a year ago and one, filed on behalf of a 70 year old retired officer, where Berg was a middle man between attorney Lawrence Joyce, who has written the complaint and DC attorney John Heminway, who filed the case in DC. As with the first case, the second case was dismissed mostly for lack of standing, as the plaintiff could not demonstrate specific injury, he could not demonstrate that at age 70 he will be called for active duty under Obama. That is why I filed cases on behalf of Major Stefan Cook and Captain Connie Rhodes MD and others and more to come, where they were actually called to active duty in Afghanistan and Iraq and can show real injury.
What did Berg do this year since January? He did nothing against Obama, he spent this whole year attacking me. Look at his web site. It is full of despicable slander and baseless garbage allegations against me. He filed a multimillion dollar garbage law suit against me and instead of concentrating on Obama I have to waste my time on Berg. Recently I saw that he filled out a page of supposedly a subpoena to the consulate of Kenya. It is just a joke. Why?
1. Consul of Kenya has diplomatic immunity and he will simply throw it in the garbage
2. Berg’s law suit was in Pa and it has nothing to do with Los Angeles and Central district of CA
3. Berg’s suit was dismissed nearly a year ago, he doesn’t have any active law suit and can’t do any discovery
4. when one appeals a law suit, that was dismissed and closed, the court of Appeals need to see if the judge made a correct decision based on the information available then. They will not entertain any new evidence, any new documents, even if the consul of Kenya were to provide anything.
So, what did Berg do- just another stunt, more busy work, another illusion of activity, while doing nothing productive and simply wasting my time. By the way, the judge in PA was ready to dismiss Berg’s law suit against me and ordered Berg to show cause, why his law suit should not be dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction. The very last moment Berg filed 403 pages of more nonsense. Why? So that I will be busy with his garbage and wouldn’t have time to deal with Obama.
Last point -Gary Kreep . It is very similar to Berg. Last year when I initiated Keyes v Bowen (secretary of state of CA), Drake and Robinson have recommended that I work with Kreep. Originally I thought it was a good idea, but soon I could see that he only creates an illusion of fighting Obama, but he is not really doing it. When we were supposed to file our case, he went to Vegas for a week and then to DC for the weekend. When we were supposed to be in court, he went to HI for 12 days and showed up 1 day before the electoral college meeting, scheduled the hearing for March, when it was too late to do anything against the Secretary of State and when Superior Court judge Keeney has dismissed it as moot.
I encouraged Alan Keyes, Wiley Drake and Markham Robinson to file an emergency stay in the Supreme Court of CA (2 levels higher), I encouraged them not to waste time, suing 55 democratic party electors, as it was taking a long time to serve them and it was not necessary, I encouraged to utilize Vatel definition of Natural Born Citizen, which was the most beneficial for the plaintiffs. In response Kreep has written to them, encouraging them to fire me. Alan Keyes refused to fire me, but I saw that the case was stuck in the lowest possible court and is going nowhere, so I gathered a new group of plaintiffs and filed a new law suit Lightfoot v Bowen (on behalf of Gail Lightfoot, vice presidential candidate for Ron Paul on the ballot in CA). I filed for a stay in the Supreme Court of CA and from there I went to the Supreme Court of the United States and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court John Roberts agreed to hear the case in the conference of all 9 justices on January 23. Unfortunately on January 21, one day after inauguration someone has erased the case from the docket of the Supreme Court. Hundreds of people complained, it was reentered on the 22nd. I demanded investigation and I am still waiting for the results of that investigation as to who erased my case from the docket of the Supreme Court.
Regardless, you can see as my case was in the highest court of the land, the first case, were Kreep was involved, was stuck in the lowest possible court, going nowhere.
From November Kreep has sent numerous solicitations, under the name US Justice foundation (the whole foundation is one person-Kreep) He was saying:give me 5,00, give me 2,000 give me what you have,I’ll fight for you. I’ll file law suits every time Obama signs a law or an executive order. In reality he filed nothing. Absolutely nothing. I was the only one who was filing law suits and getting results. Now, when there is a possibility of actual judgment, Drake and Robinson make a new deal with Kreep. They will try to create an illusion of doing something productive, but I have been there, done that. I know where it ends. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land tossed out on Wednesday a complaint by an Army captain fighting deployment to Iraq by questioning the legitimacy of President Barack Obama.

You know,the long wait on the decision on the Kerchner case is because Mario has done a masterful job of proving standing from a constitutional perspective.He goes over the proper amendments and cites precedent and relevant cases.So,instead of a quick dismissal of standing and jurisdiction the case demands a more thorough response when it is dismissed.And it will be dismissed.But the one problem as each lawsuit gets better at attempts to overcome those hurdles is that the judge is not going to come out and tell the truth.They are looking at other cases to cite as reasons that justify dismissing the case at hand.The ruling isn't going to tell us outright that no matter what plaintiffs are used and how well written the pleadings and counts that we simply lost our standing when the constitution was scrapped.An honest ruling would be published all over the world and then could be used to restore the Republic,and if denied it would cause the mass awakening needed to take it back.Does anyone honestly think the people can accomplish this without knowing the truth?If the courts hide the truth,and the MSM fails to report it when informed,as they have been for years,it can't be done.Two million at DC was good.But it is not enough.Especially when the bulk of those are uninformed of the gravity of the crisis.Most are just upset over current socialist policies.The problem is systemic and the whole government is rotten to the core.Unlesss there is a move to tell the tritors they obey the Constiution or they are fired immediately it is all over.Voting is rigged.Time is running out.

I do not agree with Mr. Kreep that the sufficient formula for "natural born Citizen" status is born in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof. Things are moving so quickly and we are out of time! The spirit of Pharaoh has entered our land! We have found out that our little town of Hardin is the ‘test town’ for President Obama’s new law to privatize the police force of local communities. Last night, the city council voted to disband our sheriff’s department and to bring in a private security company to police the town.
Interestingly, earlier in the day, the mayor when asked in an interview about the privatization of our police department completely denied it and said that would not be done with out a council meeting. Then that evening, a council meeting was held in regards to that very thing. At the beginning of this month, our local prison signed an agreement with the American Police Force which is a subsidiary of a larger private security force that the U.S. used in the Iraq war and Hurricane Katrina.
Yesterday, a convoy of twelve ‘blacked out’ Mercedes Benz SUV’s were brought into town. They were already painted with Hardin’s colors and ‘Hardin Police Force’ was already painted on them! Hardin’s sheriff’s department will no longer be in operation after the month of October. During October, the Sheriff’s Department is to train this new security force in all the logistics of running the town of Hardin. If you go on the American Police Force site, you might notice that the logo they use is actually a Russian logo. I have been told that the man who came with this new security force as the captain, has a thick Russian accent.
Earlier this month, in an interview in regards to this Hardin prison and the training center that they are planning to build, we were told that seventy five percent of the security officers that were to be trained would be ‘international’.
This private security force is already patrolling the town. They had several people stopped yesterday. Also, it appears that they are building some type of heavy duty gate at the entrances of our town.
In an interview, the American Police Force security has stated that they will stay here one month to assess the population and then they will make their permanent base here. They said they are scouting out thirty towns in the U.S. but that Hardin is the first. Also, President Obama has authorized and signed a bill for full government funding of the privatization of the police departments throughout the U.S. By the end of October, it is their plan to have all major cities locked down!
In an interview with one of the city council members, he stated that this new H1N1 shot which has not been tested will be mandatory and if a resident of our town refuses, they will be taken to our prison where they will be quarantined. A federal law has been passed that makes it mandatory that all health care workers have to take this new shot. If they do not, they will automatically loose their jobs.
The new federal law that is in place makes gives you four choices in regards to this new shot. One, you can voluntarily take it or you can refuse and be taken to a place to be quarantined, or as an alternative; if you refuse, you can have a chip placed in you to track you or a tracking bracelet which cannot be taken off. The state borders will be manned and locked down in the near future in regards to this mandatory shot.
I am also told by a reliable source that today one of the managers at a local business in Hardin was visited by this new private security force which is now the new Hardin Police Department. He is an avid hunter and they came to inform him that they had a list of all fire arms that he owned; this includes all the residents of our town, and that he would need to take his guns down to have them put a marking device on them.
Also, today, one of the main streets in Hardin was completely blocked off and they have been setting up information booths where they are passing out pamphlets with information on this new H1N1 shot.

Land of the Federal Court, Middle Division, Georgia; whose assistant clerk appears to have not observed proper procedures about the admission of documents to the docket.

In recent history, we have seen the influence of occult population control advocates here in America. Nowhere is that influence better demonstrated than in the Tuskegee Study, a scientific research program in which 400 syphilis-infected black men were recruited by the U.S. Public Health Service back in 1932. The participants were all told that they would be treated for their infections, but instead of treating their illness, all medicines were withheld. The black men were then actively prevented from obtaining treatment elsewhere as their bodies, and the bodies of their wives and children, were systematically ravaged by disease.
The evil men who conceived that Nazi-style study justified their atrocity by alleging that scientists needed to learn how untreated syphilis progressed in the human body. For a period of forty years, between 1932 and 1972, the genocidal Tuskegee Study continued. The original lesson about the infectious nature of these brain diseases ("mad cow disease" or bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) in cattle, and Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) in humans) came from a 1934 vaccine catastrophe in the UK which brought scrapie, or "mad sheep disease", to almost 5,000 out of 18,000 lambs within two years of their immunization against louping-ill virus infection.
Tracing back, scientists discovered that the vaccine serum was prepared from a number of lambs whose dams had subsequently developed scrapie, but the significance of scrapie passing vertically from ewes to their lambs, and horizontally from lamb to lamb by virtue of the vaccine injections, was kept from international eyes by a series of egotistical carry-ons which prevented the data from reaching the pages of the scientific literature for a further 15 years.

When a severe pollution incident occurred downwind of the E.I. DuPont de Nemours Company chemical factory in Deepwater, New Jersey. The factory was then producing millions of pounds of fluoride for the Manhattan Project whose scientists were racing to produce the world's first atomic bomb. The farms downwind in Gloucester and Salem counties were famous for their high-quality produce.
Their peaches went directly to the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City; their tomatoes were bought up by Campbell's Soup. But in the summer of 1944 the farmers began reporting that their crops were blighted: "Something is burning up the peach crops around here." They said that poultry died after an all-night thunderstorm, and that farm workers who ate produce they'd picked would sometimes vomit all night and into the next day.
"I remember our horses looked sick and were too stiff to work," Mildred Giordano, a teenager at the time, told these reporters.
Some cows were so crippled that they could not stand up; they could only graze by crawling on their bellies. The account was confirmed in taped interviews with Philip Sadtler (shortly before he died), of Sadtler Laboratories of Philadelphia, one of the nation's oldest chemical consulting firms. Sadtler had personally conducted the initial investigation of the damage.
The farmers were stonewalled in their search for information about fluoride's effects on their health, and their complaints have long since been forgotten. But they unknowingly left their imprint on history: their complaints of injury to their health reverberated through the corridors of power in Washington and triggered intensive, secret, bomb program research on the health effects of fluoride.

The first lawsuits against the American A-bomb program were not over radiation, but over fluoride damage, the documents show. Human studies were required. Bomb program researchers played a leading role in the design and implementation of the most extensive US study of the health effects of fluoridating public drinking water, conducted in Newburgh, New York, from 1945 to 1955.
Then, in a classified operation code-named "Program F", they secretly gathered and analyzed blood and tissue samples from Newburgh citizens with the cooperation of New York State Health Department personnel. The original, secret version (obtained by these reporters) of a study published by Program F scientists in the August 1948 Journal of the American Dental Association shows that evidence of adverse health effects from fluoride was censored by the US Atomic Energy Commission (AEC)-considered the most powerful of Cold War agencies-for reasons of "national security".
The bomb program's fluoride safety studies were conducted at the University of Rochester-site of one of the most notorious human radiation experiments of the Cold War, in which unsuspecting hospital patients were injected with toxic doses of radioactive plutonium. The fluoride studies were conducted with the same ethical mindset, in which "national security" was paramount.

By then, as the 1950s dawned, mad sheep disease was shown in the United States to jump the species barrier when a scrapie-infected food supplement brought a similar brain illness to farm-raised mink in 1947. By this stage, the medico-scientific fraternity was intensely preoccupied with another incurable brain illness, kuru, which had reached epidemic proportions amongst the Fore people living in the highlands of New Guinea.
Anthropologists from the University of Adelaide unraveled a chain of events to trace the origin of kuru back to the reverent consumption of deceased tribal members' bodies. Kuru was essentially eradicated by New Guinean authorities acting in 1959 on the anthropological clue to outlaw the eating of human flesh.

CIA initiates Project MKULTRA. This is an eleven year research program designed to produce and test drugs and biological agents that would be used for mind control and behavior modification. Six of the subprojects involved testing the agents on unwitting human beings.

Another case was the joint Army-CIA BW test in 1955, still classified, in which an undisclosed bacteria was released in the Tampa Bay region of Florida, causing a dramatic increase in whooping cough infections, including twelve deaths.

The Soviet Union accused the U.S. of using biological weapons in Korea, which lead them to threaten future use of Chemical and Biological weapons. This changed the focus of the U.S. program to a more defensive one. Before this, the bulk of the research was based at Ft. Detrick and used "surrogate biological agents" to model more deadly organisms. Most of the offensive tests were based on "secret spraying" of organisms over populated areas. This program was (supposedly) shut down in 1969.

Known as SV40, the virus came from dead monkeys whose kidney cells were used to culture the first Salk vaccines. Doctors estimate that the virus was injected into tens of millions during the vaccination campaigns, including several million in Canada, before being detected and screened out in 1963. The Hong Kong flu, which was influenza A type H3N2, killed over 30,000 people in the U.S. alone. That was a fortuitous learning event for some because it taught them that the flu could still conceivably be used to wipe out a population. But at the same time, it pointed out the need to precondition the populace so that those who might normally be resistant could be rendered susceptible. Hence the development of the vaccine program and the aerial spraying procedures to condition the population. The purpose of the chemicals in the chemtrail's is to help the viral envelope fuse with lung cells, permitting easier penetration and infection.

At a House Appropriations hearing, the Defense Department's Biological Warfare (BW) division requested funds to develop through gene-splicing a new disease that would both resist and break down a victim's immune system.
"Within the next 5 to 10 years it would probably be possible to make a new infective micro-organism which could differ in certain important respects from any known disease-causing organisms. Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious diseases."
The funds were approved. AIDS appeared within the requested time frame, and has the exact characteristics specified.

The World Health Organization (W.H.O.) published a similar proposal:
"An attempt should be made to ascertain whether viruses can in fact exert selective effects on immune function, e.g., by ...affecting T cell function as opposed to B cell function. The possibility should also be looked into that the immune response to the virus itself may be impaired if the infecting virus damages more or less selectively the cells responding to the viral antigens."

It was discovered that black children as young as age five were having psychosurgery performed on them at the University of Mississippi in Jackson in order to control "hyperactive" and "aggressive" behavior. Their brains were being implanted with electrodes that were heated up to melt areas of the brain that regulate emotion and intellect. When we first opposed these experiments, and eventually stopped them, we did so despite resistance from organized psychiatry and the research community.
Mid-1970's
The incidence of AIDS infections in Africa coincides exactly with the locations of the W.H.O. smallpox vaccination program in the mid-1970's (London Times, May 11, 1987). Some 14,000 Haitians then on UN secondment to Central Africa were also vaccinated in this campaign. Personnel actually conducting the vaccinations may have been completely unaware that the vaccine was anything other than what they were told.

Nobel Prize went to American scientist Carleton Gajdusek for his experiments demonstrating that injections of kuru brain (1967) and CJD brain (1969) reproduced similar illnesses in chimpanzees.
A striking feature of AIDS is that it's ethno-selective. The rate of infection is twice as high among Blacks, Latinos and Native Americans as among whites, with death coming two to three times as swiftly. And over 80% of the children with AIDS and 90% of infants born with it are among these minorities. The "discovery" of the AIDS virus (HTLV3) was announced by Dr. Robert Gallo at the National Cancer Institute, which is on the grounds of Fort Detrick, Maryland, a primary U.S. Army biological warfare research facility.

Senate hearings on Health and Scientific Research confirm that 239 populated areas had been contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969. Some of the areas included San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Key West, Panama City, Minneapolis, and St. Louis.

The Hepatitis B vaccine study appears to have been the initial means of planting the infection in New York City. The test protocol specified non-monogamous males only, and homosexuals received a different vaccine from heterosexuals. At least 25-50% of the first reported New York AIDS cases in 1981 had received the Hepatitis B test vaccine in 1978. By 1984, 64% of the vaccine recipients had AIDS, and the figures on the current infection rate for the participants of that study are held by the U.S. Department of Justice, and "unavailable."

Even as the understanding of spongiform encephalopathy increased, various human pituitary hormone programs in countries such as Australia, France, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and United States were attracting hefty government sponsorships. Few of the programs' stalwarts caught on to the implications of the Manuelides' experiments, and unsuccessful attempts between the years of 1978 and 1987 to filter the CJD agent out of the pituitary hormones being injected into unsuspecting short-statured children and infertile women were left to one of this era's rare visionaries, British scrapie expert Alan Dickinson.
At about the same time, a British Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution in 1979 raised the possibility that the unregulated cycling of protein-rich sheep remains back into animal feed might spread scrapie to cattle, as it had done to farm mink in the US three decades beforehand, via the oral route.

There was an explosion at a Soviet plant in Sverdlosk and an outbreak of anthrax followed. At the time, all accusations of BW research were vigorously denied by Soviet officials, with the explanation that anthrax outbreaks can occur naturally and that the explosion was merely a coincidence.

Aspartame was invented by the G D Searle Co. acquired by Monsanto in 1985. For 16 years FDA refused to approve it until 1981 when Commissioner Arthur Hayes overruled the objections of a Public Board of Inquiry and the protests of the American Soft Drink Association and blessed it. The tests submitted by Searle were so bad the Department of Justice, initiated prosecution of Searle for fraud. Then the defense lawyers hired the prosecutors, Sam Skinner and Wm. Conlon, and the case expired when the statute of limitations ran out. During which time the number of French children at risk of growth-hormone-related CJD had practically doubled, the first French children fulfilled that tragic legacy. In 1993, those responsible for this travesty were threatened with manslaughter charges. By 1997, France had half of the world's 100-plus cases of pituitary hormone-related CJD.

More than 1500 six-month old black and Hispanic babies in Los Angeles are given an "experimental" measles vaccine that had never been licensed for use in the United States. CDC later admits that parents were never informed that the vaccine being injected to their children was experimental.

Although the general elitism of human-pituitary programs restricted this brand of medical madness to North America, Europe and Australasian, Third World children and women did not altogether escape the insanity of applying Frankenstein medicine to social conditions. A medical report in 1991 linked the CJD death of a young Brazilian man, like those of five youthful New Zealand men and women, with a childhood treatment involving pituitary growth hormone obtained from the US.
Unfortunately, the fate of women in Mexico City whose breasts were injected with US pituitary hormones in an appalling experiment to increase the volume of milk in lactating mothers (some already pregnant again) will probably never be known.

It was discovered the federal violence initiative - the federal government's agency - wide plan to go into America's inner cities to experiment on children in the hope of finding genetic and biological causes for violence. We opposed this program as racist and abusive of children. Our efforts led to the cancellation of this program. It also led the chief sponsor of the program, psychiatrist Frederick Goodwin, to resign from his post as director of NIMH and to leave a career in the government. The fenfluramine studies at Columbia and Queens College are part of the violence initiative. They were created under its umbrella before it was cancelled. They confirm our fears that while the public aspects of the violence initiative were withdrawn, the actual individual projects continue unabated.

Boris Yeltsin confirmed that anthrax was being researched at Sverdlosk and vowed to stop all "Soviet" BW research. Unfortunately, defectors have contradicted Yeltsin and there are rumors that although the 'official government' statement and ideal may be an elimination of biological weapons, the military is still actively pursuing a BW program on its own.

One has only to learn what really happened to the Christians in Rwanda between April and July of 1994 to imagine what may lie in store for Christians here in America at some time in the not-too-distant future. After the Christian Tutsis had been disarmed by governmental decree in the early 1990s, Hutu-led military forces began to systematically massacre the defenseless Christians. The massacre began in April 1994 and continued until July 1994. Using machetes rather than bullets, the Hutu forces were able to create a state of abject fear and terror within the helpless Christian population as they systematically butchered hundreds of thousands of them.
The United Nations immediately convened hearings on the genocide taking place in Rwanda, but Madeline Albright, the American Ambassador to the United Nations, argued strenuously that neighboring African nations should not be allowed to intervene until the "civil war had come to an end." In reality, of course, there was no civil war since those being slaughtered had no weapons with which to defend themselves; it was simply a matter of mass murder. In addition to blocking intervention by neighboring nations, Madeline Albright also insisted that the word "genocide" must not be used, and that the United Nations forces stationed in Rwanda were not to be allowed to intervene. In the three months that followed, between one-half and three-quarters of a million Christians were systematically dismembered, hacked to death, and slaughtered in the bloody carnage that ensued.
Tens of thousands of Christians were murdered in their churches; tens of thousands more were murdered in their hospitals and in their schools. On several occasions, United Nations soldiers stationed in Rwanda actually handed over helpless Christians under their protection to members of the Hutu militia. They then stood by as their screaming charges were unceremoniously hacked to pieces. At the end of the carnage, in late July 1994, the American government rewarded the Hutu murderers with millions of dollars in foreign aid.
Strangely, the American press has remained silent Subversion Of The Free Press By The CIA about the fact that almost all of those who were slaughtered were Christians, and it was the policies of our government that were primarily responsible for blocking efforts by neighboring African countries to intervene. With a technique called "gene tracking," Dr. Garth Nicolson at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX discovers that many returning Desert Storm veterans are infected with an altered strain of Mycoplasma incognitus, a microbe commonly used in the production of biological weapons. Dr Phyllis Mullenix, former head of toxicology at Forsyth Dental Center in Boston and now a critic of fluoridation. Animal studies which Mullenix and co-workers conducted at Forsyth in the early 1990s indicated that fluoride was a powerful central nervous system (CNS) toxin and might adversely affect human brain functioning even at low doses. A new scientific paper dealing with a meta-analysis of 23 different scientific studies on the relationship between first-trimester abortions and breast cancer was published in a British medical journal. That study clearly demonstrated a higher incidence of breast cancer in women who had had first-trimester abortions. Speaking from Washington, DC, Nobel Prize winner for discovering the role of molecules known as "prions" in the invariably fatal brain illnesses such as "mad cow disease" or bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) in cattle, and Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) in humans, Dr Stanley Prusiner from the University of California predicted that the first drug therapy, which would not necessarily be a cure for BSE or CJD, was at least five years away.
At the same time, on the opposite side of the Atlantic, the post-mortem of Chris Warne, a 36-year-old fitness fanatic from Derbyshire, England, revealed that he was the 21st victim of the new variant of CJD which had spread from BSE-infected cattle to humans via the food chain. Only 18 months earlier, a British House of Commons admission that BSE-infected meat had probably caused the CJD deaths of 10 youthful Britons left the British meat industry in tatters.
Since then, the history of BSE has gradually unfolded to reveal a brain-dead imperialism, one which, while blinded by its own arrogant greed to inflate market profits, has treated public and, indeed, world health with gay abandon. Formerly a rare disease which affected less than one per million in most countries, one worst-case scenario predicts that BSE-infected meat will push the incidence of CJD in humans to claim 10,000 British lives by the year 2000, and a further 10 million by the year 2010.

Researchers at the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (or USAMRIID) at Fort Detrick in Frederick MD have reconstructed and modified the H1N1 Spanish Flu virus, making it far more deadly than it ever was back when it was responsible for the 1918-1919 flu pandemic that killed over 20 million worldwide and over 500,000 here in the US.
FRANCE is facing a new health scandal following allegations that the prestigious Pasteur Institute willfully ignored warnings that up to 600 children were being injected with cancerous hormones.
The disclosures that children may have been put at risk emerged during a new investigation into the link between the growth hormones and Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD), which caused a major scandal when acknowledged in the Nineties . So far, 74 children have died of CJD after being treated with growth hormones extracted from the bodies of victims of neurological illnesses in the Eighties.
That scandal and the contaminated blood affair in which 4,000 people were infected with HIV through unscreened blood transfusions - despite the availability of an American test for the virus - have contributed to France's acute sensitivity on health issues. The latest claims suggest that in 1985 the institute sold a batch of growth hormone to French hospitals without waiting for safety checks which showed the batch to have cancer marker cells at five times the permitted limit for use.
