Update/Repost, Tuesday, 2/3 -- This commentary thread has become a largely well behaved set of concerns and complaints about the behavior of certain of those whom have become well known within the circles of Obama eligibility activists. I.O. has had very little to do, at this point, to moderate those posts and this speaks highly of the patriots who believe it important to log their concerns.
Today, sadly, it also becomes appropriate to link to a letter of warning of lawsuit, with a demand to cease and desist, by the attorney of one eligibility activist party, to another, regarding the purported libel of that latter party. Notice was emailed to I.O. by the former party, requesting that I post an adjoining note, which is included by me in the comments, below (February 3, 2009 6:46 AM). Making note of this is warranted, in this writer's opinion. Dwelling upon it is not suggested.
I did choose to dwell upon today's emails between Nancy and Hanen, which I am also copying into comments. Finding people who have found themselves in abusive situations and have not only "escaped," but have come out better, somehow -- refined by trial and enabled by forgiveness to truly overcome -- free to be gracious to all, and built-up in soul to bless others who can use a hand and a touch -- that is inspiring. And that is likely my final word, in this top posting.

I've bumped this to the I.O. top because certain comments angel(s) have been continuing to post here, quite polite not to change the subject, elsewhere. So (a-hem) I am eager to have a look in, since February! How about you? Then, maybe on Marxist May Day, we should have a new "Open Thread" post, to celebrate the Obama achievement! -- and let anyone say what's on his mind, unselfconsciously. It was reported to me by an Attorney Larry Miller and a number of other parties that Willey Drake is again saying things that are absolutely not true
1. Willey Drake is spreading rumors that I was kicked of the legal team in Barnett et al v Obama, that Gary Kreep is the only attorney on the case.
2. Gary Kreep is sending heavy solicitations through the media, specifically WND and Newsmax, completely misrepresenting the case and presenting it as if he is the only attorney on the case.
3. Willey Drake claims that I no longer represent Alan Keyes – that is a lie.
In reality Gary Kreep became part of this case only recently through manipulations of Willey Drake and Markham Robinson. Please see the docket- I represent all of the plaintiffs 46 out of 48. Kreep represents only 2 – Drake and Robinson. Kreep recently filed a motion to severe the case, which I stipulate to (I agree to). I used this motion to simply pour dirt on me. Most of it is not true or misrepresentation of what really took place. For example he claimed that I couldn’t serve the case properly. This is nottrue. I served Obama as an individualal for his actions prior to elections, namely claiming to be eligible, while he wasn’t. US attorneys office stated that he was supposed to be served under different rule- meaning as a governmental official for something he did in office. This gave Obama an opportunity to get legal defense on our dime, at our expense. Judge Carter stated at the hearing on July 13ththat I should just serve the US attorneys for expediency or otherwise they will appeal and the case will be dragged. I agreed, but notbecause I did something wrong and didn’t serve Obama properly to begin with, but since at that moment, it was the only thing I could do. I still get numerous letters from citizens asking me, why i don’t file a motion to disqualifyUS attorneys office, why Obama isn’t paying for his own defense, since it has to do with something he did as an individualal before the election. Kreep twisted the matter and lied and tried to present it in a way, as if I couldn’t serve Obama.
There are numerous examples like that. Ii am pretty busy, but keep in mind one thing. Kreep ran solicitations this whole year telling people " I’ll fight for you, I’ll file law suits every time Obama signs a law or executive order. In reality he didn’t file one single law suit, absolute zero. He just joined me in prior case in state court and squeezed himself in this case. In the prior case he came up with the legal theory, that is detrimental to the plaintiffs, as he claimed that citizenship of the father is not important. He, also, left for HI for 12 days when we were supposed to be in court. It is important for me to keep the record straight.

Scenario 1: The Israeli Air Force bombs the major Iranian nuclear sites. The destruction of the fully fueled nuclear reactor causes massive deaths. Iran does nothing. This is the pre-school level thinking scenario and believe it or not, it is the scenario that is most likely covered by the corporate owned mainstream news media. If you believe this scenario it is likely you should also believe in Santa Clause, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy.
Scenario 2: The Israeli Air Force bombs the major Iranian nuclear sites. Iran mines the Strait of Hormuz. It takes several weeks to several months to remove the advanced mines using the best mine sweeping technology available. The World's economy, already in a depression, goes into total collapse. The economic depression becomes far worse than the Great Depression of the 1930s. Early grade school level thinking.
Scenario 3: Same as number 2 above but Iran fires some missiles on Israel, most are shot down by Israeli and American air defense systems, however some hit their targets and several thousand Israeli civilians are injured and a few hundred killed. Middle school level thinking.
Scenario 4: The Israeli Air Force bombs the major Iranian nuclear sites. Iran mines the Strait of Hormuz. Iranian missiles and Syrian missiles and Hezbollah rockets and missiles rain down on Israel. After several days of back and forth missile and air attacks the UN Security Council establishes a truce. Thousands are killed in the attacks on Israel and many more in Syria, Lebanon and Iran (plus the large number killed by the destruction of the fully fueled nuclear power plant in Iran). The World's economy is toast from the cutting of the Strait of Hormuz but eventually a type of peace returns and the economy gets better. Congratulations you have reached high school level thinking. Still not realistic but better.
Scenario 5: The Israeli Air Force bombs the major Iranian nuclear sites using low yield nukes but claims that only conventional weapons were used. Deaths from the destruction of the nuclear sites, including the fully fueled nuclear power plant, run into the millions. Nuclear fallout spreads throughout the Middle East and SW/SE Asia and eventually over the Northern Hemisphere. Iran responds with a full MAD (mutually assured destruction) counter-force attack. Iranian missiles with radiological warheads, chemical warheads, advanced conventional warheads (fuel air explosive warheads with yields in the tactical nuke range), and some conventional warheads. Syrian missiles, equipped with similar warheads, also fly towards Israel. The Hezbollah missile force, which is controlled by Iranian and Syrian officers, cuts loose with everything it has. This amounts to over 50,000 rockets and guided missiles, everything from large numbers of unguided Katyusha 122 mm artillery rockets with a 19 mile/30 km range and capable of delivering approximately 66 pounds/30 kg of warhead to longer range guided missiles that can and do hit all of Israel. Many of the 50,000+ Katyushas have simple 'dumb' conventional warheads but others, and most of the larger guided missiles, use chemical, or radiological ('dirty bombs'), or FAE warheads and cause massive damage as a all-out effort to fire as many as possible, in as short of time as possible, is made. The Syrians and Iranians fire a range of medium range guided missiles, mostly with advanced conventional/NBC (nuclear [radiological]/biological/chemical) warheads. The Iranians release the large Advanced Biological Warfare arsenal, that they have spent most of twenty years building up (first using former Soviet biowar scientists to jump-start their entry into the 'poor man's nuke' genetically engineered biowar virus 'game'), into Israel, select Arab nations, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy and certain other EU/NATO nations. The 50+ different super-killer viruses are spread using 'sleeper agents' and use the population as vectors to spread the advanced biowar viruses. Total numbers killed in the target nations run into several hundred million. Orly Taitz wa sanctioned $20K by judge Land in a 48 page court report.Too bad this didn't happen months ago,it would be worth the effort to explain the game.She desrerves it,,but Land showed his treason as well.The views on Charlton are on target.Although Leo said he wasn't reading his work,it is clear he has from recent comments.It is also clear that Leo knows he is getting nowhere with the DOH or any other agency in Hawaii.Yes,corruption will be exposed but information will not be brought out in the open unless it is planned that way.He doesn't accept that we can go to the Superior [not Supreme or District] Court in DC for justice,which is truly ouronly shot at justice.There are always wild cards.The elites could throw Obama to the wolves,but it is highly improbable after the events of the past three weeks.

Alot happened in the past two weeks.I would call it a silent upheaval.The Ukrainian Plague;IMF sale of tons of gold to India;flurry of one world government proclamations from world leaders including the UN Sec Gen and other world leaders;emgency health declarations in two countries,not to mention the one by Obama a month ago that is being downplayed in the media;bankruptcies of huge financial lenbders also being underreported in the mainsteam media;and a some natural disasters that are breathtaking going on in the world.More terrorist drills are going on and pandemic drills that simply do not get media coverage.Lindsey Williams taliking about this being dragged out for 2 years is laughable.He was fed disinformation.We also see the Chester Arthur gambit--as mentioned here- being played out and Donofrio is falling for it...actually thinking it is a good thing for some future litigation.
