Jim Simpson on Bill Ayers & Bernardine Dohrn: 'Guilty as Hell, Free as a Bird' (for now) + Larry Grathwohl Interview

Bill Ayers' famous quip may come back to haunt him. There is no statute of limitations on murder charges.

On February 16, 1970, someone planted a bomb at San Francisco's Park Police Station. It was placed in a window of the business office and timed to explode at shift change, when the maximum number of officers would be there, either finishing up or starting their work.

It was a powerful blast, throwing one officer in the station parking lot completely over his patrol car and sending shrapnel for over two city blocks. The bomb fortunately detonated a few minutes early so the destruction was less than it might have been. Still, nine were wounded, one -- Officer Robert Fogarty -- badly enough that he retired from the force on disability, and one, Sergeant Brian McDonnell, 45 year old married father of two, was killed.

On Thursday, March 12, 2009, Cliff Kincaid of America's Survival Inc. held a press conference at the National Press Club, launching the Campaign for Justice for Victims of Weather Underground Terrorism, to focus public attention on evidence that may finally bring the alleged perpetrators to justice: Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn.

He has a lot of support. In a letter to Mr. Kincaid's group, the San Francisco's Police Officer's Association writes:

There are irrefutable and compelling reasons to believe that Bill Ayers and his
wife Bernardine Dohrn, members of the terrorist group 'Weather Underground', are
largely responsible for the bombing of Park Police Station and other police
stations throughout the United States during their 'tour of terror' in the late
1960s and early 1970s.

This case has been reopened and evidence is being gathered. Meetings have been held among local and state authorities, including current and former law enforcement officials, to obtain justice. That is why the "Campaign for Justice for Victims of Terrorism" held this press conference. They want to bring pressure on Obama's Justice Department, now headed by former Clinton Deputy Attorney General Eric Holder, to release all of the evidence in their possession.

It's true that some evidence in the past that could have been used against the Weather Underground was ruled inadmissible -- because of the way it was collected, not because of its veracity. But there is much more that can and should be used. The belief is that it lies in the Justice Department or the FBI.

This is where a problem emerges. In addition to the outrageous pardons of fugitive criminal Marc Rich and 16 FALN terrorists, Holder provided key assistance to two Weather Underground members implicated in the Brinks Robbery murders, pardoning them quietly along with Rich -- who of course got all the headlines.

Given the Attorney General's apparent sympathy for terrorists, and Bill Ayers' perceived status as President Obama's friend and mentor, the Justice Department may be reluctant to provide all of the evidence in the Park Station bombing case unless they are forced to do so.

Under the Bush Administration, such a press conference would not have been necessary. After all, the federal authorities under Bush provided evidence and assistance that resulted in the 2007 arrests and indictments of members of the Black Liberation Army for the murder of another San Francisco policeman, John Young, in 1971. That case is now underway.

A process of evidence-gathering has been underway in the McDonnell case as well. But now that Obama and Holder are in power, that process could come to a screeching halt. That was the reason for the March 12 America's Survival, Inc. news conference -- to make sure that federal assistance doesn't stop and that it accelerates. One hope is that FBI Director Robert Mueller, who is technically independent of Obama and Holder since his contract runs through 2011, can act on his own to obtain and make available all the evidence that is needed in this case.

Featured at the event were individuals with critical knowledge of both the bombing and the people involved. Larry Grathwohl, a former undercover FBI informant, is best remembered for his chilling 1980s testimony describing how Ayers told him that once the revolution succeeded they would have to murder 25 million Americans.

In his book, Bringing Down America - An FBI Informer with the Weathermen, Grathwohl describes a meeting where Ayers reveals Dohrn's role in the bombing. It was in the context of a complaint that other Weathermen were slackers:

"Too many of you are relying on your leaders to do everything," he said sternly.
Then ...he mentioned the park station bombing. "It was a success," he said, "but
it's a shame when someone like Bernardine has to make all the plans, make the
bomb, and then place it herself. She should have to do only the planning."

This book repeated sworn testimony Grathwohl had provided before the Senate Internal Security Subcommittee in 1974. His testimony has been consistent for decades -- Ayers told him that Dohrn planted the bomb, and Ayers had detailed knowledge of its make-up and where it was placed. Such knowledge could have come only from the bomber, or from someone who assisted in building the bomb.

In its 2007-2008 biennial report, the California Department of Justice confirmed the case is open and added that the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. has been asked to analyze fingerprint evidence from the scene of the Park Station bombing. Page 16 of the report reads:
In 2000, the SFPD reopened its investigation into the bombing of the Park Police Station and requested investigative assistance from the DOJ. The DOJ's Bureau of Forensic Services was also assigned to identify a latent print collected from the original crime scene.

We don't know at this point whose fingerprints those are. But we do know the FBI obtained the fingerprints of Ayers, his comrade Mark Rudd, and other Weather Underground members at a bomb factory in San Francisco (see final page of this PDF report).

According to FBI sources, Grathwohl's testimony was corroborated by another Weather Underground source, Karen Latimer, who apparently had second thoughts about her participation in the violent group's activities and gave her story to the police. Unfortunately, Latimer died sometime later under questionable circumstances.

A bit earlier, in January of 1970, Grathwohl had listened as Ayers described to him plans for the bombing of two police stations in Detroit, Michigan. As he related to the FBI agents on the case:
Bill Ayers had debriefed me regarding every aspect of the plans we had developed before telling me I was being reassigned to Madison. Bill's two major requirements were that the bombs go off at the same time and that the greatest number of police officers would be killed or injured. Both bombs were to contain fence staples or roofing nails to ensure this effect. Bill Ayers didn't care if innocent people were also killed or injured. Bill had even gone so far as to tell us that the bomb at the 13th precinct should be placed on a window ledge. [As they later did at the park station bombing.]

Those bombs fortunately failed to detonate. Larry's press conference statement can be viewed here.

Larry's description of the bomb components, particularly the use of fence staples, got the attention of retired San Francisco police officer Jim Pera. Pera was one of the first on the scene the day of the bombing and described the scene:

The window to the business office and an interior window, where prisoners were
processed for booking were blown out. The walls and furniture were pock marked
by shrapnel. Barbed wire fence post staples, from the bomb, were scattered
throughout the ground floor of the station. Blood was all over the floor, desks
and walls and was heaviest where Sergeant Brian V. McDonnell suffered mortal
wounds to his neck, eyes, face and brain.

Pera also recovered a piece of evidence, a fence staple identical to the type described by Larry Grathwohl, as shown below. He went on to relate:

The station looked like a scene one might expect to see in a war, with wounded officers, blood, shattered windows, damaged walls, floors and ceilings, but then -- it was a war. It was indeed an urban war and it was being conducted by subversive and murderous groups, such as the Weather Underground, whose doctrine advocated the overthrow of the U.S. government, by any means, including murder and assassination, with the goal of replacing it with communism, and by their allies in the Black Liberation Army, whose primary purpose was to kill police officers and destroy our system of government as we know it.

Jim Pera was right on the money. They were part of an international conspiracy. Cliff Kincaid, with the assistance of veteran Congressional investigator Herbert Romerstein, have done yeoman's work in documenting the Weather Underground's treasonous activities, including multiple trips made by Ayers and other Weathermen to Cuba and North Vietnam to meet with their communist handlers, some of them from the Cuban intelligence service, the DGI, and even the Soviet KGB.

Ayers and Dohrn have not reformed at all since turning themselves in. In fact, Ayers in particular is now traveling often to the "new Cuba" -- Venezuela.As Kincaid relates, Ayers has visited Venezuela multiple times to give "education seminars" where he was hailed as:

... a former leader of a "revolutionary and anti-imperialist group" that
"brought an armed struggle to the USA for more than 10 years from within the
womb of the empire." He returned to the U.S. after hailing "Presidente Chavez,"
to resume his brainwashing activities at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Not surprisingly, Ayers has described Chavez's Venezuela in glowing terms. At the World Education Forum in Venezuela, he concluded his speech with the following gem:

...we, too, must build a project of radical imagination and fundamental change.
Venezuela is poised to offer the world a new model of education- a humanizing
and revolutionary model whose twin missions are enlightenment and liberation....
Viva Mission Sucre! Viva Presidente Chavez! Viva La Revolucion Bolivariana!
Hasta La Victoria Siempre!

Ayers' adopted son, Chesa Boudin (offspring of Weathermen Kathy Boudin and David Gilbert, (the latter is still in prison) has worked extensively in Venezuela as "a foreign policy advisor to the Chavez government" - without registering as a foreign agent as required by the U.S. government -- and is co-author of a propaganda book, The Venezuelan Revolution: 100 Questions and 100 Answers. As the Amazon.com book review describes it, the authors: "demonstrate considerable sympathy for Chavez and his efforts, and are ultimately dedicated to revealing Chavez as a legitimately elected patriot bent on social justice..."

Sure. Chesa Boudin is seen as a key part of the emerging new "progressive" movement and the resurrected "new SDS (Students for a Democratic Society)" on college campuses. Meanwhile, Ayers and his cohorts have created the Movement for a Democratic Society (MDS), referred to by former Weatherman Mark Rudd as "the SDS old people's auxiliary." See p. 20 of this report by Kincaid and Trevor Loudon.

Meanwhile, in a related development, Kincaid reports that Rudd is planning to publish an autobiography, Underground; My Life with SDS and the Weathermen, that describes his activities in the group. In a pre-release copy of the book he admits complicity in the Fort Dix bomb plot:

"...A few nights before [the explosion], Terry [fellow Weatherman Terry Robbins]
had told me what his group was planning. ‘We're going to kill the pigs at a
dance at Fort Dix,' he said. It was to be an antipersonnel bomb made out of
stolen dynamite with sixteen-penny nails for shrapnel. Noncommissioned officers
and their wives and dates in New Jersey would pay for the American crimes in
Vietnam... I assented to the Fort Dix plan when Terry told me about it.
(Emphasis, mine.) I too wanted this country to have a taste of what it had been
dishing out daily in Southeast Asia..."

The plot was never executed as the bomb exploded while under construction, killing Weathermen Terry Robbins, Diana Oughton and Ted Gold. This book is set to be published by Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation. Kincaid hopes that public furor over the Weathermen's reign of mass murder will force Murdock to cancel the book, as he ultimately did with O.J. Simpson's proposed "If I did it" murder book and TV special.

Sergeant McDonnell left a widow to fend for herself and two children. Those children were damaged for life, robbed of critical fatherly love, guidance and support for the rest of their lives. How, Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, does that make them "equal?" How does that make them "liberated?" How does that make this world a better place? How could you, raised with silver spoons in your spoiled little mouths, never having had to work or support a family without the help of "Daddy", claim to be the administrators of "equality" or "justice?" How on earth do you arrogate to yourselves the role of God?

In his concluding remarks, Jim Pera offered an emotional challenge to the approximately fifty journalists assembled:

"Before giving these two despicable people a forum, in your newspapers and
periodicals, perhaps you should do a little bit of research, on their past and
present activities. You will find that under those calm facades and intellectual
masks, that Bill Ayers and his wife, Bernardine Dohrn, are vicious, cowardly
terrorists.

Give up your political correctness, overcome your liberal bias and do some
honest research into the background of these two criminals, Ayers and Dohrn.
Uncover their past and reveal them to the public. The American people deserve
nothing less."

I couldn't have said it better, and I hope Billy Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn finally get what they have coming to them.

It's up to you, Mr. President. You said you found the actions of the Weather Underground despicable. As Cliff Kincaid said at his press conference, "prove it." Tell your Attorney General to provide the evidence to bring the killers of Sgt. McDonnell to justice.

Does that appear to be a very crazy question? Then, I suggest we stop thinking of such people as Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and Charles Schumer as conventional Americans. Let us instead, perform a thought experiment and, 1. think of them as radical Marxists or radical fascists (either one; which does not matter much, since there is very little difference) then, 2. consider the history of radical Marxists and fascists, over the past century.

It is no mere coincidence that Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Pot, and Hussein were cult-of-personality socialists and that together, they were guilty of roughly three hundred million murders. If you have been reading the facts presented in this and similar sites, you already understand that Barack Obama is a cult-of-personality socialist and as such, he has significant backing inside and outside of Congress.
Now, please watch this recently uncovered video, by a loose lipped Islamist professor, Kuwaiti, Abdullah Fahd Abd Al-A'Aziz Al-Nafisi, PhD.



As you look through the subtitles, you will see that he describes two scenarios or plans: 1. anthrax brought across the Mexican border by an Islamist terrorist and, 2. the bombing of a power plant along Lake Michigan, by "rednecks" in America's "militia movement." In both cases, he cheers them on. And how would this man know about such things? How would he have exactly these two instances in mind and why would he talk about them?:

Four pounds of anthrax in a suitcase this big, carried by a fighter through tunnels from Mexico into the U.S., are guaranteed to kill 330,000 Americans within a single hour, if it is properly spread in population centers there. What a horrifying idea [in mocked expression] 9/11 will be small change in comparison. [Smiling]

Am I right? There is no need for airplanes, conspiracies, timings, and so on. One person, with the courage to carry four pounds of anthrax, will go to the White House lawn, and will spread this “confetti” all over them, and then will do these cries of joy. It will turn into a real “celebration.”

In the U.S, there are more than 300,000 white militia members, who are calling to attack the federal government in Washington, and to banish the Arabs, the Jews, and the negroes (sic) from the U.S. These are racist people. They are called “rednecks.” The Ku Klux Klan. They are racists.

These militias even think about bombing nuclear plants within the U.S. May Allah grant them success, even though we are not white, or even close to it, right? They have plans to bomb the nuclear plant at Lake Michigan. This plant is very important. It supplies electricity to all of North Africa (sic). May Allah grant success to one of these militia leaders, who is thinking about bombing this plant. I believe that we should devote part of our prayers to him. We should pray that Allah grants him success, so he can complete this mission, and we will be able to visit him and congratulate him, Allah willing.

This sort of false flag atrocity by the Obama regime may not seem so ridiculous to us, when we consider the following:

• We know the Obama regime counts on crises, to generate change, compliant to the Marxist method.
• We know that "the ends justify the means," in the Marxist method, as they are instructed to resolutely ignore basic morality and ethic.
• We know that Marxists have infiltrated Islamist leadership for a long time and David Horowitz has written about their Unholy Alliance.
• We know that corrupt leaders stage events for effect (not uncommon for the outbreak of a war, due to its effects in psy-ops) and often kill their own citizens, often in huge numbers.
• We know that massive psychological operations would have to be performed upon Americans, in order to accept an authoritarian police state.
• We know that Obama’s political moves are already destroying the American economy.
• We know that Obama aggressively pushes the mass atrocity of abortion through all nine months and even infanticide, using our tax money to push this killing of the innocent around the world.
• We know that Obama’s policies are increasingly understood as Marxofascist and he is losing his hold on public opinion.
• We may see that their aggressive moves include violating the 2nd Amendment rights.
• We may see that they have experimented this week with deploying military personnel inside the nation (in Alabama) violating the Posse Comitatus act.
• We may see that there are many military bases which have been refitted to allow occupation by (or interment of) massive numbers of the civilian population.
• We may understand there is a growing, constitutionally provided, and necessary, free militia movement (of any number of races and creeds) in America.
• We may understand that there is a great deal of wariness about Obama by America’s law enforcement and military personnel, sworn to uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution.
• We may understand that for the sworn allegiance to the Constitution by our law enforcement and military personnel to be overcome (if possible) it would require their perception of a clear, present, and massive danger to American lives.
• We may see that law enforcement personnel (in Phoenix, Arizona and in Missouri, so far are being alerted to the "danger" of American Citizens who would defend the Constitution against national authoritarian abrogations.
• We may understand that Obama’s massive “Organizing for America” plan includes pledging allegiance not to America, nor to the Constitution, but to Barack Obama's plans.
• We may recall that Obama has called for a "civilian national security force, just as powerful" as the United States military.
• We may understand that irrational and even harmful acts are more acceptable to people who are in a panic.
• We may understand that people in a panic may become more manipulated.
• We may understand that Marxism and fascism require brutal authoritarianism, in order to survive.
• We may understand that America and Americans are human beings, just as the people of so many other nations which have succumbed to Marxofascist authoritarianism.
• We may see that those whose chief motive is to impose Marxofascism are desperate from the beginning.

Perhaps we now see how such insanity could "make sense" to the closet Marxofascism of the Obama regime, as a false flag pretext for a military police action against the patriotic Americans willing to stand in their way. Perhaps thought experiments such as this may help us gain a perspective "outside the box" and, just possibly, into The Obama Zone.

Obama: the Only US President to be Sued - Part I

On February 9, 2009, a New Jersey attorney, Mr. Mario Apuzzo, filed a lawsuit on behalf of Plaintiffs, Charles F. Kerchner, Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James LeNormand and Donald H. Nelson, Jr.

The lawsuit, Civil Action Number. 1:09 –cv-00253 was filed in United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

The defendants in this case are: Barrack Hussein Obama II, and Individually, a/k/a Barry Soetoro, United States of America, The United States Congress, The United States Senate, The United States House of Representatives, Richard B. Cheney (President of the US Senate, Presiding Officer of Joint Session of Congress, Vice President of the United States and Individually), Nancy Pelosi (Speaker of the House and Individually).

All of the defendants have been served with a copy of the complaint and have 60 days to respond to the complaint. Will they stand up like honest citizens and answer the complaint, or will they hide behind high priced lawyers like Obama has been doing?

Basically, the lawsuit says there is no verifiable proof that Obama is an American citizen and is therefore ineligible to be the President of the United States. It also points out that the United States Code of Federal Regulations was violated by the defendants, during the course of counting Electoral votes, by not asking any members of Congress if they objected to the counts. A normal counting of the votes takes approximately 2 hours. Obama’s took 36 minutes and it is on record that there was no call for any objections.

This lawsuit is important because, the cold hard fact of life is that if Obama is not qualified or eligible to be the President of the United States of America, every action Obama takes is fraudulent. Any Treaty, Executive Order, Agreements, and/or Laws signed by him are not valid and can be rescinded, reneged on or totally ignored by any Nation on Earth, including future American administrations, now and into the distant future. Any trade agreements between Nations and Corporations can be denied or rescinded.

By the very nature of Obama’s citizenship being questioned, it places the liberty of all Americans in jeopardy. Obama himself, can end all lawsuits, quiet all questions, stop all Internet chatter about his citizenship by simply producing a legitimate Birth Certificate. What reason could he have for employing legal firms to obstruct anyone from seeing where he was born?

An ineligible President makes the entire World a very dangerous place and places every Nation in an unprecedented, unstable position in regards to dealing with America.

By taking his stance Mario Apuzzo and his Plaintiffs are protecting the World in their efforts to protect Americans.

If American politicians refuse to follow the one important rule of the US Constitution in choosing a President, the most important position in America, they can and will ignore any part of the Constitution and any law as it fits their needs. This is described as “Anarchy.”

Not a single World leader can trust our politicians or our agreements.

Mario Apuzzo and his four Plaintiffs are not alone in their quest to find out if Obama is an American citizen.

Obama has used three law firms to keep his birth place secret. There is no proof that he was born in America. Obama steadfastly refuses to provide any proof that he is an American citizen. Most of us have heard of his “Certification of Live Birth” in Hawaii. Any person born in any location on Earth can have the State of Hawaii give them a “Certification of Live Birth”. This document has a space on it asking what country the applicant was born in. Hawaii has two birth documents. 1. A “Certification” which is given to anyone who asks for it, regardless of what country they were born in. 2. A “Certificate” which is only given to people born in Hawaii.

Obama and the major news companies in America proudly show an ignorant populace the “Certification”. It proves only that a human being was born somewhere on this particular Planet.

Another attorney, Dr. Orly Taitz of California, has been tenacious in trying to force Obama to prove he is an American. Dr. Taitz has a website that will keep you up to date on her activities.

One of the problems these lawsuits face is the simple task of getting a Judge to at least consider the facts presented. Case after case has been thrown out by various Judges, loosely based on the incredibly profound ruling of “It’s none of your business who is President, so shut up.”

Dr. Orly Taitz has two lawsuits sitting in the US Supreme Court. There have been questions as to whether the US Supreme Court Justices have even been made aware of her filings in their Court. It is very possible that not one of the nine Justices knows about the controversy regarding an illegal alien pretending to be our President while he his partying his butt off in the White House.

When US Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was performing a book signing for his new book, Dr. Taitz bought two copies, stood in line with everyone else and when it was her turn to have her book signed, she introduced herself, explained a bit about the cases and gave him a copy of the 130 page dossier/letter sent to Eric Holder, US Attorney General and others asking them to investigate Obama for:

Cyberspace crimes, impersonation of a military officer; identity theft of U.S. Army Officer Scott Easterling, libel, defamation of character, intimidation, harassment, interference with judicial proceedings, breaking into the computer system of the Supreme Court of the United States, voter fraud, using cyberspace for voter fraud, fraud, forgery, and other related crimes.

Justice Scalia appeared not to be aware of the lawsuits filed in his Court, which is not unusual, as they receive thousands of cases each year and only review a small number of them.

Justice Scalia said that he would look into the matter and he would read her dossier.

She also sent copies of that dossier to: Steven Whitlock-Director of Whistle Blower Office-IRS, Director of FBI-Robert Mueller, Congressional Judiciary Committee, Senatorial Judiciary Committee, Illinois Attorney General, Texas Attorney General, Tennessee Attorney General, California Attorney General.

Electronic copies were sent to: US Senate, US Congress, Various State Governors and to Domestic and International Major Media. America’s major media has been advised many times of the question of Obama’s birth and all they respond with is the phony “Certification of Live Birth”. Eventually a lawsuit may be filed against the major media owners who have helped to perpetrate this ongoing fraud.

This 130 page dossier contained numerous charges including: a list of 100 addresses for Barack Obama with numerous different social security numbers, issued all over the country and attached to those addresses. It showed the address Obama used in Somerville, Massachusetts, attached to the Social Security number of a man who is 118 years old. It showed evidence of Obama committing perjury, lying under oath. It had his school registration from Indonesia under the name Barry Soetoro, citizen of Indonesia, religion Muslim. There was a page of Obama’s registration to become an attorney and officer of the court in Illinois, where he stated under oath that his name is Barack Hussein Obama and he had no other prior names, which is on record as being untrue. It contained a report from a federal agent, Steven Coffman, stating that there are numerous signs of forgery in his Selective Service Certificate. It contained a letter from a renowned expert, Sandra Line, stating that there are signs of forgery in Obama’s short version Certification of Live Birth, and that the original birth certificate needs to be reviewed in order to ascertain his status. It contained 130 current job positions for Barry Obama, Barack H. Obama and Michelle Obama, which were obtained from Intellius Jobs.com. It stated that none of them were reported on Obama’s tax returns. This dossier can be found here.

How KGB Agents Have Spread Worldwide Economic Chaos

Arnaud de Borchgrave, like so many others, seems not to understand the intentionality involved, but he does point out one key element in the worldwide Marxofascist plan, in his new commentary, "Emerging Theats: Karl Marx Redux." His piece could have been entitled, "How the Soviet KGB has Undermined Freedom Worldwide, by 'Capitalizing' upon Greed." Here is an excerpt.

For 40 years the capitalist world faced the challenge of communism and socialism -- the equal sharing of miseries -- which kept democratic capitalism -- the unequal sharing of blessings -- on the straight and narrow. With the collapse of the Soviet Empire and its satellites and client states, capitalism tossed off its code of conduct. Insider trading among close friends in New York, London, Paris, Zurich, Hong Kong and Tokyo became commonplace.

Russian organized crime, which succeeded communism, engulfed the entire planet (even in Guam). Choice real estate in London, Paris, Rome, Marbella in Spain, the French Riviera's priciest Cap d'Antibes, Italy's Amalfi Drive, Cyprus, Rhodes and other Dodecanese Greek Islands disappeared into the hands of Russia's newly minted billionaires -- all paid for in cash. One real estate operator in Antibes told us about suitcases filled with $100 bills for the purchase of one $70 million property. In the 1990s some $230 billion was plundered from Russia and moved to secret numbered accounts abroad. Those who knew the Western system were usually KGB agents who had worked in Western European capitals.

The subprime mortgage cancer, which first was detected but ignored in 2006, had spread to the whole world by summer 2007. It was criminal predatory lending whose worthless mortgages were repackaged to look like secure investments and peddled all over the world.

Now Americans have seen retirement savings halved. U.S. households' net worth tumbled a mind-blowing $11 trillion -- in a single year. This is the same figure as the combined annual output of Germany, Japan and the United Kingdom. Gone are the second homes, rising retirement nest eggs, rising expectations generally.

TV news now brings us tent cities from Seattle to Athens, Ga., for newly destitute Americans; homeless shelters are filled to overflowing (e.g., 2,000 beds in Sacramento, Calif., spoken for). Santa Barbara, Calif., has designated a parking area for people who sleep in their cars. And the World Bank predicts another 53 million falling below the level of "extreme poverty" this year. What began with criminal subprime mortgage predators is now hurting those who can least afford it -- both at home and abroad.

Europe's hot new love affair with Obama already has cooled into the usual trans-Atlantic spats. The Europeans are resisting calls for more global fiscal stimulus, pointing out that the real problem is a systemic crisis that requires, above all else, a Herculean cleaning of capitalism's Augean stables. The unacceptable face of capitalism must be replaced with the kind of financial and economic regulation that will avert catastrophe in the future.

Who can read that and not at least start to wonder about what has really been happening in this world, since the quizzical "failure" of the Soviet Communists?

Do we have trouble tracing the above to the suspicious coincidences having to do with the orchestration of the "mortgage meltdown," just before the (fictitious) election of Obama, the Marxist Messiah -- with his operative comrades already in place, in congressional leadership, awaiting his arrival?

Is it too difficult to track the preparation and promotion of Barack Obama, as well as the communist plans to develop the armies of the proletariat through ACORN and the like, through Obama's "Organizing for America," through the patronage plan, and through the entire schema for taking advantage of manufactured crisis?

How many more clues do we need?

'U.S. Cybersecurity Head Quits, Citing...' well... Citing... Authoritarianism (I.O's term)

Another line in the defense of the American republic falls, in Washington, D.C. This, from UPI by means of Sentinel Radio Blog.

WASHINGTON, March 10 (UPI) -- The official in charge of coordinating the U.S. government's cybersecurity operations has quit, saying the expanding control of the National Security Agency over the nation's computer security efforts poses "threats to our democratic processes."

"Even from a security standpoint," Rod Beckstrom, the head of the Department of Homeland Security's National Cyber Security Center, told United Press International, "it is unwise to hand over the security of all government networks to a single organization."

"If our founding fathers were taking part in this debate (about the future organization of the government's cybersecurity activities) there is no doubt in my mind they would support a separation of security powers among different (government) organizations, in line with their commitment to checks and balances."

In a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano last week, Beckstrom said the NSA "dominates most national cyber efforts" and "effectively controls DHS cyber efforts through detailees, technology insertions and the proposed move" of the NCSC to an NSA facility at the agency's Fort Meade, Md., headquarters.

"I believe this is a bad strategy on multiple grounds," wrote Beckstrom in the letter, a copy of which was obtained by UPI. "The intelligence culture is very different than a network operations or security culture. In addition, threats to our democratic processes are significant if all top-level government network security and monitoring are handled by any one organization."

Hawaii & Occidental College Hiding Citizenship Fraud Behind Obama's Birth Certificate?

Glidden, Jr. postulates that the State of Hawaii and among other colleges, Obama's alma mater, Occidental College are hiding the criminal abuse of citizenship policy, for the sake of money, in their refusal to allow records of Barry Soetoro, a.k.a., Barack Obama to be seen. He reports further, that the scamming being done through Hawaii has contributed toward triggering our financial meltdown.

The Hawaiian answer, as it was a Democratic state and still is was to start registering all those foreign kids by the thousands. The purpose being to tap into all those federal hundreds of millions then which would profit the state.

See all of those poverty programs flowed funds into the pockets of the retailers as the golden goose pipeline. If one makes citizens out of illegals, then Hawaii converts a debt into their asset in obtaining more funds and growing the socialist system which empowers Democratic liberals.

The fact is there are hundreds of thousands of Barack Obama’s registered in Hawaii. Do you think even a Republican governor sitting on this explosive mess wants any of this coming out?
An entire state sold out the United States for filthy lucre, because they were importing Asian slave labor. That does not make a great headline, nor, did they probably ever expect a money train welfare illegal would somehow get hisself installed as President which would expose the entire Hawaiian fraud, and you know very well that all of those records would have to be gone through and verified so an Obama repeat would not occur, in all 50 states.

Talk about a nightmare huh? The nightmare would be the removal of Obama under Quo Warrantus which is being attempted now and 49 other states suing Hawaii for the money it would cost to check all of their records over the Hawaiian fraud.

Hawaii has always been a corrupt enclave like Rhode Island. Hawaii was the conduit in the Clinton years to get Chinese communists a stake in the United States Stock Market, to which Hawaii had the first meltdown in this scheme in costing their investors a fortune and ruining their banks.

That is why Hawaii is in collusion with Barack Obama. There were involved in massive welfare fraud and do not want this coming out.

With this kind of background, in families being “informed” of the opportunities involved in engaging in illegal citizenship, one Stanley Ann Dunham, hauled her little African eastern boy to Indonesia, until the jungle fever wore off, and then dumped him into the Hawaiian system again where Grandma Dunham was stuck with the kid.

Grandma Madelyn Dunham did earn some money in BankHo, her bank in Hawaii, but I suspect that the prestigious school Barry got into, was the same game that brought Barack sr. to America on a free educational route.

Barry Obama Soetero was tapping into the welfare system of Hawaii, and in knowing what twisters the Dunhams were, this takes us into Occidental College.

The first of these bills was almost $800B. The second "stimulus bill" was passed with little to no reporting by Obama's bought and paid for mainstream press and is in the neighborhood of $500B. Who knows what the third one will bring? With regards to Obama's obliteration of the USA's wealth, Ben Stein appearing on Fox News over last weekend said he was confused. Ben can't be serious.

Obama and his adherents' want nothing less than to pilfer all of the assets of the USA — which they are now effectively accomplishing — and to strike down any existing freedoms in the country. With reference to their destruction of the First and Second Amendments, their assault on the US Constitution's Bill of Rights is well underway — and has been since Obama's POTUS campaign. He has already shown us his disdain for anyone who asks him penetrating questions and his proclivity toward shutting them up and denying them free speech. However, with regards to the Second Amendment, Obama's US Attorney General Eric Holder is now working to not only create almost unlimited regulations to gun ownership but, to make it so expensive that no one — except the Obama Secret Police — will be able to afford them. Holder is also attempting to force ammunition manufacturers into placing an identification number on each and every bullet.

2. The Possible Mastermind of a Police State in America

There are many government-led events in the United States that would infer that America might be moving in an unconstitutional direction. If America’s leaders were secretly moving in an unconstitutional direction, what government agency would be responsible for masterminding the creation of a police state in the United States? The possible culprit would be the Federal Emergency Management Agency. But, most Americans know very little about the operations of FEMA, except for its disastrous operations in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina in August 2005. However, all Americans should know just how powerful an agency FEMA is. Of course, it is ironical that an agency created for safety and security of the homeland and to help people after natural disasters could be the very agency that might be responsible for denying Americans their freedoms guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution. Of course, everything written in this article could just be a conspiracy theory. But, is it?

What are the main functions of FEMA? At present, the Federal Emergency Management Agency is incorporated into the recently established Department of Homeland Security. FEMA’s major job is to coordinate the activities of federal, state, and local agencies as they respond to hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, and any other natural disaster. It finances the efforts to rebuild areas after natural disasters. Their job is to assist in the rebuilding of homes, businesses, and public buildings. FEMA also trains the many professional disaster relief workers, such as firemen and medical personnel. (1)

4. U.S. Army To Buy $6 Million Of Riot Equipment

The U.S. Army is to invest $6 million in riot equipment, a fact that has furthered fears that troops will be used inside the U.S. in order to quell any civil unrest resulting from the ongoing economic crisis.

The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, based at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, has a post on the Federal Business Opportunities website, requesting the equipment and has received several notices of interest from potential vendors....

In our article yesterday we highlighted the fact that Urban warfare training drills are taking place across the country as top analysts as well as officials predict a potential “summer of rage” across Europe and America as civil unrest from the economic fallout builds.

Are such drills really for the purpose of preparing troops for foreign combat zones? Undoubtedly - but other factors indicate that the drills may very well also be aimed at preparing troops for dealing with mass civil unrest as the economic crisis worsens.

There’s no question that U.S. authorities have been closely observing riots that have toppled governments in Iceland and Latvia and also threatened to do so in several other European countries. The fact that they have contingency plans in place to deal with such scenarios should they unfold in America cannot be disputed.

Indeed, before a media exposé forced them into a denial, Northcom revealed that one of the duties of at least 20,000 active duty troops that are being placed inside the United States would be dealing with “civil unrest and crowd control”.

The U.S. Army War College in November released a white paper called Known Unknowns: Unconventional ‘Strategic Shocks’ in Defense Strategy Development. The report warned that the military must be prepared for a “violent, strategic dislocation inside the United States,” which could be provoked by “unforeseen economic collapse,” “purposeful domestic resistance,” “pervasive public health emergencies” or “loss of functioning political and legal order.” The “widespread civil violence,” the document said, “would force the defense establishment to reorient priorities in extremis to defend basic domestic order and human security.”

1. Destroys the "middle class" a.k.a., "capitalists," a.k.a., "bourgeoisie" -- (free, self reliant people, able to invest) leaving only the two-level socialist/fascist model of elites and "proletariat," the dependent slaves of the state -- they are doing that.

2. Builds the armies of the "proletariat" and turns them against the dwindling "capitalists" instead of themselves, once again by making them dependent upon government -- they are doing that.

It hearkens one back to the stories of the SS gaining special perks to keep them motivated for their dirty jobs in and out of WWII Germany, from the top right down through agents such as fourteen year old George Soros, in Budapest. Perks are given out for reasons. What reasons does federal government have, for motivating ATF members with such excesses as these?

NEED A DEFINITION FOR OBAMA’S CALL FOR “RESPONSIBILITY”

Amid the orderly transfer of power, our new Chief Executive has issued a call for responsibility. As is the case with most of his public statements, his meaning is not clear. However, if he means holding government officials accountable for their actions, a novel and great idea, it is something that we can all embrace. It is particularly true of those officials within agencies with a long and well documented history of abuses of entrusted powers. Somehow, ATFE comes to mind as the poster boy for irresponsibility and unaccountability.

The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) of the Department of Justice recently (December 2008) reported on “An Investigation of Overtime Payments to FBI and Other Department of Justice Employees Deployed to Iraq” during the period 2003 through 2008. The “other” employees in the title of the report included ATFE Special Agents as well as DEA Special Agents and Deputy U.S. Marshals.

ATFE Special Agents were deployed in Iraq on 90-day TDY assignments between 2003 and 2008. During that time, they were paid $4,175,731.00 in unauthorized and unlawful overtime pay.
