Did you know this happened? I didn't and I'm supposed to be following all this

Congressional resisters and opposers must now look over their shoulders, for censorship of their Special Orders sessions and their government paid communiques to constituents, called "franking."

U.S. Representative, John Carter of Texas has taken the lead, to tell Americans of one of the latest abrogations of the Constitution on the part of the Soros/Obama/Pelosi regime. Keep in mind that they tried to ram through their Cloward-Piven health control sabatoge, before Congress and the People even had the opportunity to scrutinize their Healthkill Bill. I.O. quotes Rep. (WASHINGTON, DC) – House Republicans will deliver speeches defending freedom of speech even if Democrat leaders attempt another "gag" scheme, says Republican Conference Secretary John Carter, who has scheduled a news conference for that purpose this evening on the grounds of the U.S. Capitol.

"We will not allow House Democrats another attempt to silence the voice of political opposition," says Carter, whose scheduled speeches criticizing transparency in the House two weeks ago were blocked after Democrats voted to shut down the House rather than allow Republicans to speak during Special Orders. Special Orders speeches are broadcast live nationwide on CSPAN.

Tonight, Carter and other House Members are scheduled to debate this past week’s attempt to censor criticism of Democrats’ controversial health care reform package by Members of Congress. Democrat leaders have ordered a stop to distribution of a flow-chart graph of the plan, and ordered Carter to change his reference to the plan from a "government-run health care plan," to a "public option health care plan", to be consistent with Democrat propaganda.

"This is about far more than just House rules," says Carter, a former Texas judge. "If we allow Congress to be politically censored then freedom of speech for the public and the press will soon be undermined as well. This is a fight to preserve the U.S. Constitution’s Bill of Rights, the Rule of Law, and freedom itself against those who would regulate it all away if we let them."

Apparently, members of the House were allowed their Special Orders session, shown below. There, they further expounded upon this assault of the First Amendment rights of some of the most important speakers this nation has, members of Congress. Upon what rights will Speaker Pelosi -- or someone else -- put the hammer down again? (That is, in addition to the onslaught since 1973, upon America's most fundamental, most trampled upon, Right to Life.)


The Marxofascist insurgency tests the waters again, to see what control and intimidation they might get away with, and to measure what reaction they provoke. Perhaps it began with the Obama presidential campaign's caucus thuggery and their manipulation of government and law enforcement personnel, in Missouri.

Anybody seen any of that paradise lately, or ever?

Law of the Jungle: dominate or be dominated. The overarching rule is there are no rules.

Meet the genius sociopath godfather of the contemporary radicalized American Left, i.e., the modern-day Democrat Party, Saul Alinksy, patron saint of the Obama machine. Think of it: the most influential men in Obama’s life—Saul Alinsky, Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers, and Franklin Davis Marshall—all pervert revolutionaries, all America haters, all communists.

To this day, most Americans do not fully understand what they are up against, and it may be too late for them to open their eyes to see their executioner clearly.

Read all of Alinsky’s poison in his 1971 book “Rules for Radicals,” which he dedicated to Lucifer. (Not kidding.)

He was a prophet of revolution, preaching any means are justified in the war against capitalism, the only moral value is victory.

He encouraged his followers to pose as middle class traditionalists, urging them to infiltrate, grab power, and attack. For Alinsky, those standing in his way were the enemy, and as with all enemies, they had to be destroyed.

So now you understand what has been happening since January 20, 2009.

Alinsky nurtured a special hatred for Christians.

Among Alinsky’s devoted disciples: Barack and Michelle Obama, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Bill Ayers, Jeremiah Wright and most of the people drawing salaries in the executive branch including Rahm Emanuel and David Axelrod.

I met Saul Alinsky once. He came to our college campus to speak. At the time I was part of the student group sponsoring his appearance. Although I did not spend a lot of time with him, perhaps two hours, it was enough to see he was an angry man, seething, agitated, vindictive, arrogant, tough, mean, vengeful. Chain smoker. Dark circles under his eyes. He spoke about the evils of capitalism with passion and hate. He said revolutionary change was the only option, at any cost, using any means, because that was the only way the powerless could overcome the powerful.

When he was done, he grabbed his check, and left without so much as a thank you.

Saul Alinsky was the kind of man who would use his own activists to shoot and kill his own comrades if he thought he could blame it on his enemies. The means justify the ends. You know, like what the Sandinistas did to skewer the Contras.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was a Christian activist motivated by love using the tactic of non-violence to achieve social justice.

Saul Alinksy was altogether otherwise, an atheist thug motivated by hate using violence to achieve only strife and division, packaged as the march to social justice, change, hope. Sound familiar?

Which man does Barack Obama most closely resemble?

Is it any wonder then we have SEIU union thugs attacking a man opposed to ObamaCare outside a town hall meeting recently, video here. What is especially grievous, the union thug is Black, and the conservative activist protesting ObamaCare is Black. Please remember, Obama exhalts the SEIU, has worked on their behalf, and loves Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals, which sanctions violence and thuggery like this. So much for the post racial unifier. Obama is nothing more that a tool of radicals, a willing participant in promoting anarchy.

This is not about unifying the country. It is about dividing us, and conquering.

Leftists, like Alinsky, are constantly angry, resentful and seething with envy. They can never gain political ground showing their true face, so they recruit golden boys like Obama to be their front men. As a group, they refuse to take personal responsibility, always blaming someone else, and demanding the rich pay their bills. Since the rich are in the minority, the rich are an easy target because they cannot adequately defend themselves.

But that is only part of the story.

The Left hates the middle class too, always has, always will. The ultimate coup is demonizing the rich, then lulling the middle class pretending to be allies, then plundering the middle class via government grants to fund stuff like ACORN, The Apollo Alliance, MoveOn.org, Code Pink, Public Allies, AmeriCorp, The Annenberg Challenge, The Woods Fund, Media Matters, Soros, SDS, NARAL, and the DNC, a virtual army of Alinsky assassins, Obama allies.

And if you are poor, do you think these people really care about you?

Ask the poor in Russia or North Korea or Cuba or Venezuela about their lot. Any improvements in the last 80 years, anywhere? How about all those poor folk Obama organized in Chicago. Do you think they are better off today than they were 20 years ago? What tangible difference for the good has Obama or Alinsky or Soros or Ayers ever contributed?

Zero, zip, nada.

You see the truth is, the Rules for Radicals only apply for the purposes of creating exclusive access for elitists like Obama, Hillary, Ayers, Axelrod, Emanuel and Pelosi. Once they are in power, everybody else can go to hell. Still, they have to put up a good show. And that is what healthcare ‘reform’ is all about. It is also about gaining more iron-fisted control, for the Left is all about control, total control.

Funny how the cherished proletariat always get stuck under Alinsky’s dictatorship. The “paradise of communism” never ever shows up.

Bottom Line: Man without God is a beast. Beasts like Alinsky and Obama now roam the country, occupying the halls of power, invading every aspect of life, dictating to us what we will and will not do, and when. The Beasts are thoroughly self-serving.

Increasingly, people see them for who and what they really are, and, it is quite possible, the end is near.

The American Republic, populated by citizens endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, still offers the greatest good for the greatest number of people.

Are we going to let Alinsky’s flying monkeys destroy it?

Jill Stanek: Section 1233 Authors are Major Proponents of Euthanasia, Assisted Suicide

Section 1233 authors are major proponents of euthanasia, assisted suicide

I wrote August 10 about the now infamous Section 1233 in a House version of the nationalized healthcare plan, which has concerned even healthcare proponents as pushing euthanasia on the elderly.

Kudos to FRC's The Cloakroom (here and here) for drawing attention to the fact that the 2 authors of Section 1233 are major proponents of euthanasia and assisted suicide.

The first is Oregon Congressman Earl Blumenauer. Recall Oregon was the 1st state to legalize physician assisted suicide almost 12 years ago. Blumenauer wrote on Huffington Post July 28:

Rep. Buck McKeon admonished people to read the bill and then specifically cited Section 1233. Actually, I know a little bit about this section because it's a bill that I wrote which was incorporated into the overall legislation.

Blumenauer wrote an amicus brief in support of assisted suicide in a case before the U.S. Supreme Court in 2005, Gonzalez vs. Oregon....

Bluemenauer also links on his website to a 1960 Harper's magazine article (see right) promoting both voluntary and involuntary euthanasia.

The group Compassion & Choices, formerly known as the Hemlock Society. is also says it had a hand in crafting Section 1233, writing July 27:

Compassion & Choices has worked tirelessly with supportive members of congress to include in proposed reform legislation a provision requiring Medicare to cover patient consultation with their doctors about end-of-life choice (section 1233 of House Bill 3200).

Robert Gibbs' Transparent Hedge: "Death Panels... Not in the Bill"

I am watching the White House press conference, now, and Robert Gibbs. His performance is strikingly revealing, to a careful observer of rhetoric and human behavior.

Pardon my paraphrasing, but Gibbs just said the following.

I am quite offended by those who speak of "death panels," because it is simply "not in the bill." [And then in the following statement] "...it is not in the bill."

For a professional political communicator, this is glaringly telling. It shows he does full well know that death panels are in the plan for the use of this bill, by the assignments and Trojan horse provisions in it (and that the potential energy of an overarching death panel has already been established in the Marxist wrought "Stimulus Act"). ^{1, 2}

By the principles of rhetoric, if this were not an established fact for him, he would not have said death panels are "not in the bill," then searched for further words to underscore this assertion, only to weakly resort to repeating this talking point, "not in the bill."

The use of this morbid propogandistic device is a verbal act of "sleight of hand."

Since grandmothers, WW II veterans and average Americans like you and me are now being branded Nazis for expressing our opposition to the monstrousity Obamacare, Obama has rallied his army of REAL Nazi thugs to protest our protest. Chief among the "spontaneous" counterprotesting groups is "Healthcare for America Now" (HCAN). Why does that acronym sound so much like ACORN? Well because it IS ACORN, and a million other highly organized radical leftist organizations just like it. If you care at all about this issue, or for that matter, the future of this country, it would behoove you to know just how the thugs operate when Americans stand up for themselves. Sarah Palin on Administration's Health Control Plan; Is She Catching On? Or, Ahead of the Game?

Below are the Facebook comments of Sarah Palin, yesterday, addressing Obama's eugenicist, transnational progressive plan for health control. She did not use such terms, however. Nor did she label them Marxist, nor fascist. But by the adjective she did choose, perhaps Governor Palin indicates she is more "up" on the muted war waged through global Marxofascism, upon righteousness and freedom, than many who have applied such terms.

And depending in part, upon how mush she is in the know, she appears poised to take the lead.

As more Americans delve into the disturbing details of the nationalized health care plan that the current administration is rushing through Congress, our collective jaw is dropping, and we’re saying not just no, but hell no!

The Democrats promise that a government health care system will reduce the cost of health care, but as the economist Thomas Sowell has pointed out, government health care will not reduce the cost; it will simply refuse to pay the cost. And who will suffer the most when they ration care? The sick, the elderly, and the disabled, of course. The America I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with Down Syndrome will have to stand in front of Obama’s “death panel” so his bureaucrats can decide, based on a subjective judgment of their “level of productivity in society,” whether they are worthy of health care. Such a system is downright evil.

Health care by definition involves life and death decisions. Human rights and human dignity must be at the center of any health care discussion.

Rep. Michele Bachmann highlighted the Orwellian thinking of the president’s health care advisor, Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, the brother of the White House chief of staff, in a floor speech to the House of Representatives. I commend her for being a voice for the most precious members of our society, our children and our seniors.

We must step up and engage in this most crucial debate. Nationalizing our health care system is a point of no return for government interference in the lives of its citizens. If we go down this path, there will be no turning back. Ronald Reagan once wrote, “Government programs, once launched, never disappear. Actually, a government bureau is the nearest thing to eternal life we’ll ever see on this earth.” Let’s stop and think and make our voices heard before it’s too late.

This is just a short observation on the White House’s campaign against the citizens’ anger expressed at Town Halls this month about Obama-care. Many have pointed out in the last 48 hours that this is a page right out of the Saul Alinsky ‘community organizing’ book: attack, mock and marginalize those who might stand in your way. That’s true enough. But its similarity to another Marxist tradition rang a bell with me.

In the Soviet Union, they used to have ‘show trials’. The victim was already doomed to death or gulag. The purpose was propaganda. In virtually all cases there was no truth whatsoever to the allegations, but Marxism is never about truth, it is about power. What was truly ironic about all this was that the secret state, the Comintern and the KGB actually did all the crimes of which the victims were accused and yet were innocent! The Soviets were the ones conspiring behind the scenes, intimidating, etc.

This knee-jerk reaction on the part of the White House betrays Marxist muscle memory. The SHOW TRIALS railroaded people by the dictum ‘Accuse the victim of what you’re doing’ and that’s exactly what they’re trying to do in these TOWN HALLS.

How interesting is it that the ‘community-organizer-in-chief’ and his forces are accusing the ordinary citizens at the town hall meetings of organized, disruptive behavior, of trying to achieve political ends by subversive means. Isn’t it painfully obvious that this behavior is at the very CORE of the identity of ACORN and all the other far-left activists who engage in ‘community organizing’?

I feel very confident that the vast majority of these people this month were not ‘bussed in’ or paid to disrupt the meetings. They are just ordinary people, many of them Democrats, who are justifiably fed up. On the other hand, the very behavior falsely attributed to the town hall attendees is exactly what ACORN and their ilk has done, by their own admission. Their PLAN is always to hire claques of haranguers to harass and intimidate, not to ASK QUESTIONS like the people at the town halls did.

The bottom line is, in the Marxist tradition, they are accusing their victims of doing exactly what they are doing, despite the fact there is no truth in the accusation. The one difference is that Obama and his Communist Czar and his Marxist Czars haven’t quite got totalitarian control yet.

I’m just saying….

Judge Refuses Orly Tatiz' 'Kenyan Birth Certification' of Obama

Tip: if you are going to present a fraudulent document to a judge, file it improperly, so it does not count.

Claim of Obama’s Kenya birth record thrown out

U.S. Magistrate Judge Arthur Nakazato today threw out a document that was purportedly a copy of President Barack Obama’s registration of birth in Kenya. Nakazato’s action also dismissed a request that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton have the Kenyan government verify the document.

But Nakazato said the document was improperly filed, leaving the door open for it to be filed again.

Last weekend, Mission Viejo lawyer Orly Taitz filed the document, which claimed to be a registration of Obama’s birth. The filing was part of a complaint Taitz has in Santa Ana federal court - filed on behalf of Alan Keyes, Buena Park Pastor Wiley Drake and others - alleging that Obama is not U.S. born and should be removed from office.

The document, which can be seen online, was immediately called a forgery by experts.

Judge Nakazato's comment in his "Order Striking Filed Documents from the Record" reads thusly:

WHEREAS, the documents listed below were improperly filed for the following reason(s)

Lacks proper notice (L.R. 6-1, 7-4); improper form and format (L.R. 11-3.3, 11-3.6); Counsel failed to identify her Cal. State Bar No. (L.R. 11-3.8(a)); description of motion conflicts or differs from that which counsel entered on Court's e-docket

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the documents shall be striken from the record and shall not be considered by the Court....

As discussed in this last Monday over net-radio on "The Awakening, with Hanen & Arlen," it is time for Orly Taitz to demonstrate that she is not an agent provocateur -- a spoiler acting to be there first with the worst, before competent attorneys (and Citizens' Grand Juries) have an appropriate chance to behave sensibly and effectively before the courts, the media, and the entire populace.

Orly Taitz, what is your background? Show us the documentation of your key records, including any record of your being a patriotic American, before this last election.

Obama on Socialist Sotomayor's Confirmation: 'justice, equality, and opportunity'

Barack Obama just labeled the confirmation of confessed socialist, Sonia Sotomayor as Justice to the Supreme Court, as an advancement of "...justice, equality, and opportunity...."

To the Marxist this means:

• "social justice" -- advancement toward the dictatorship of the "proletariat," in order to "right wrongs," which never really happens, as central planners instead "act in the interest of" the perpetually poor and abused masses
  
• egalitarianism -- the thievery of "redistribution of wealth," according to the fallacious "fairness" excuse and the overall tyranny of the usurpation of God-given, personal rights
• "opportunity" as dispensed by central government's rationing of provisions, according to the "bright" or "illumined"* plans of self-considered "elites" -- a usurpation of the true role of Providence, i.e., God.

"When will we ever learn? When will we e-e-e-ver learn...."

*illumined -- a word which, by the use of those involved, begins to reveal a mixture of Marxism, New Age occultism, and old-style central financial manipulation -- and a joint assault upon America, upon all the people of the world, and upon God Himself; from a root word in common with hero of Marx, Alinsky, etc., Lucifer.

Update: Cars.Gov, Big Brother, and The Beast Crouching at Your Door

Edit, 8/6 - On the Monday 8/3 Beck broadcast, he and Judge Andrew Napolitano acceded that the usurpatory stipulations in the cars.gov site were for auto dealers, not consumers.  However, it was pointed out that:

1. by this, the privacy rights of all whose information is stored upon these computers was violated

2. while the White House said they would change the language (predictable by their behavior pattern, as my comment to this I.O. article suggested - click to see) they made no disclaim of ownership of the computers of those who had already agreed, nor was there any mention of whether or not they would access these, nor any mention of their use of the personal information stored upon those computers, in the future

This is one more element of the Obama "administration's" history of very odd usurpations of rights and of their violating common sences of propriety and conscience.  The feelers of the beast continue to probe and probe.

New "Kenyan Birth Certificate," Almost Certainly a Hoax [Edit: or is it?] - Updating

I.O. will show why and relate the comments of some key people in the movement to bring Barack Obama to constitutional accountability, in the morning.

Edit 8/3, 12:48: Despite The Oddity of E.F. Lavender, etc., Sam Sewell has raised very good points (see comments).  I.O's suspension of disbelief is... creeking and groaning and striving to engage....  More in the morning....

Edit 8/3, 12:32+: A bit later (a-hem) than a morning report: Arguments against the authenticity of the Kenyan "Certified Copy of Registration of Birth," plus some counterarguments.  Numerous points are being made on the Internet, in forums and blogs.  I'll try to keep updating with the most pertinent of them.

1. It is a 1964 document, not 1961: it would seem that this protracted certification of a certification my have been made by response to a request to the judge handling the Stanley Ann / BHO I divorce in Hawaii, in 1964.  The divorce proceeding was ostensibly filed by Stanley Ann Obama on January 20, 1964 and the custody of Barack II was finalized on March 20, 1964.  (h/t: Lame Cherry, FreeRepublic posters, Emudude, and Sam Sewell).
2. It labels the nation, "Republic of Kenya" as of February 17th, 1964; however Kenya, which was pronounced independent on December 12, 1963 as the "Dominion of Kenya," was officially pronounced the Republic of Kenya on, ostensibly, December 12, 1964 (h/t: Harl Delos).  Everything should be researched.  For all I know, the Kenyans could have printed these forms toward the end of 1963, expecting the nation to be called "Republic of Kenya" and did not want to waste the forms. Odd things happen.
3. The apparent registrar's name, "E.F. Lavender" coincides with a brand of soap currently being sold in Kenya, "Earth Friendly Lavender."  Counterpoint: so, what; Lavender is a common name among the British; so are names beginning in E and F.
4. Mystery of the Two Copies, below -- There are two copies of this document which have been photographed.  One would appear to be a more tattered, potentially pre-perferated, older copy, and the other, appears to be a color photocopy of the first (see the reddish brown stane on the word "Maiden" and it's reverse stain on the part of the paper folded over it).  However, the fresher looking copy appears to have been folded with the former -- even though the folds of the apparently older copy appear much more worn.  Edit: See the commentary to this article, for a theory to solve this mystery.  Check out the apparently tattered edges and that rip at the top.  Do they look natural?
5. Orly Taitz -- It has been mentioned that if someone were trying to discredit the constitutional accountability movement, seeking to bring Obama to justice against the "natural born Citizen" standard, then Orly Taitz would be likely to take the bait and flaunt a planted forgery, due to her faulty track record.  However, she is also very aggressive and a lightning rod for all concerned.

Bill O'Reilly, Be a Reporter - Show Your Alleged Obama Birth Documents

Monday night, Bill O'Reilly said, "we were sent the documents" which prove (to him, ostensibly) that Barack Hussein Obama II was born in Hawaii.

Should he not then show what he was sent? Is that not what television journalism is for? I mean it has that big screen, television, even in high-definition, now. Or is that just so we can have a good look at whatever scantily clad women O'Reilly and FoxNews can rationalize coming up with, so they can lust down their corporate nose at them?

Barack Obama's Father's Marxist Dreams

In last Monday's "The Awakening, with Hanen and Arlen," I described and quoted from an article written by Barack Hussein Obama I in the 1960's, which reveals the subject matter of BHO II's "Dreams from My Father." l also said I would post that article on the Web, I hoped, later that night.

My better idea is to wait and post it, I hope, in just a day or three with maybe four or five paragraphs worth of commentary. Trusting it will be worth the wait, thank you.

To that, I.O. would welcome the further research of others, showing the deep Marxist, Luo-Kenyan connections which I believe are there to be revealed between the the Obamas and the Odingas -- and to whatever other Marxists and associated evildoers in the rootworks.

The Political Alchemy of Pollack, in American Thinker

...and of so many other would-be defenders of America as it was intended and constitutionally designed -- an email cum open letter

Dear editors of American Thinker,

I had known the American Thinker to be a site which is careful to require validation and citation, by its contributors. However, today, I came across "The Political Alchemy of Birtherism" by Joel B. Pollack.

In a manner consistent with propagandist sophistry, Mr. Pollack does indeed present historical citations -- of many sorts of tidbits except for the fundamental assertion of his argument: that Barack Obama's "American birth is a fact." (Well, then he hedges and writes that any contrary claim is "almost certainly false.") But, unfortunately, Mr. Pollack does not examine the evidences.

I would ask Mr. Pollack to cite in the U.S. Constitution where a Commander in Chief must "almost certainly" be a natural born Citizen. I see that he is a "Harvard Law graduate" and a self described speech writer (Pollack, I mean, not Obama). Perhaps he is familiar with the kind of political machination with which he would label (and perhaps "almost" libel) the movement for constitutional adherence regarding presidential eligibility, but he shows no actual familiarity with the central subject matter of his doughnut shaped essay.

As Mr. Pollack digresses about his views of political strategy, let us instead return to the law he purportedly studied. Let us focus upon the investigation of an apparent president's behavior regarding... the law. In the event that a man may be a multiple offender, those who would have him brought to justice as necessary should not ignore his full set of offenses -- especially the ones which may be immediately, legally addressed.

I expect better from "The American Thinker." What can be done, to make up for this?

PS: Mr. Pollack (and you) should realize that if legally valid evidence were found that Obama was born in America, it would not positively present him him eligible for the presidency, due to his apparent failure to meet the "natural born Citizen" requirement of the Constitution, that because of his naturally imputed foreign birth-citizenship, via his father.

Didn't even mention the required renunciation of citizenship foreign to Indonesia, in order to claim citizenship as an adult -- nor the potential falsification of other documents (including electoral eligibility and selective service, plus the alleged 'Certificate of Live Birth' shown by Obama's own arm of compliant propagandists, "factcheck.org").
