Phil Berg and MommaE are to be guests on "The Awakening, with Hanen and Arlen," this coming Monday, 5/11, 9pm ET. Of course, they will be talking about their suit of Orly Taitz and Ed Hale. Have to say, it is ironic that Berg, MommaE, and Hale are Democrats. Taitz' connections should be fleshed out.
Orly seems to be a raging agent of chaos: be there first, with the most errors and fodder for ridicule. Phil Berg seems as sincere about bringing Obama to accountability as he has been as a 9-11 truther. MommaE has deported herself very appealingly. In my own experiences with her I have found Lisa Ostella to be quizzical, but hardly to my knowledge, criminal.
It would be nice for all the truth to come out, but that almost never really happens. Enough would be good. Meanwhile, the apparent collaboration between Marxists and the old (ancient?) international financier "trust" continues.
Some states are beginning to fight the conspiratorial insurrection with state sovereignty laws. Obama is showing signs of attempting to override all state laws via a peculiar clause in the U.S. Constitution that, depending upon its interpretation, establishes international treaties as overriding fiat. By this interpretation, a U.N. treaty would obviate all contradictory state laws and even state constitutions.
Meanwhile, certain eligibility cases, plus the grand juries and legitimate Second Amendment movements go on.

One hopes this will put a damper on what this loggist believes to be very unfortunate behavior, which has harmed the cause of bringing Barack Obama to accountability to the People of the U.S.A., whether that behavior has been dealt out as intentional spoilers and sowers of chaos, or merely slathered out with disregard for propriety and ethics, or whether there have been other motives and interests involved.
From what I see, Steven Pidgon's first live interview is occuring tonight, on the blogtalkradio program, "Fan the Fire," 8pm ET,,,5pm PT.
Pidgeon is expected to tell the story of his multiple close encounters of the first kind with law enforcement officers and what he has alleged to be Department of Homeland Security personnel, this last Wednesday, 3/25. Scuttlebutt has it, he believes himself (and possibly, his associated Obama eligibility challengers) to have been targeted in a practice exercise in surveillance and intimidation. Mr. Pidgeon is arranging a "national grand jury," for the purpose of shedding light upon Barack Obama's many cover-ups, including his actual birth certificate, documentation of his Indonesian citizenship, college records, passport records, etc., proceedings to be initiated soon.
Notes about the broadcast will follow, here, as the evening goes on:
Three black SUV's with six men in camo, plus police cars, at the bottom of the hill; a county sheriff car, an Everett Police Department car... all on the way to the office. That is what Mr. Pidgeon and his associate, Vince, found. Also, on the way to lunch, poilce cars -- and, a police car on the way in, siren and lights a goin', -- a plainclothes police officer coming into the lunchtime restaurant, "noticeably disturbed" that he, according to Pidgeon lost them. The further the day goes, the more the police cars, evidently involved in a training program.
Stephen also mentions numerous concerns, expressed about the authoritarian Marxofascist plotting being dealt out of Washington and the U.N. They do a good rundown, Pidgeon linking the current events to the works of Bertrand Russell.
The topics and reported instances of Obama's globalist, Marxofascist authoritarianism fly at such a pace that it would be difficult to log them here. Many of them have been dealt with in the SentRad.com blog. Pidgeon ties Obama's economics to Mugabe's in Zimbabwe and refers to Alinsky and Cloward-Piven; nice compilation.
Pidgeon also refers to the research of Philip Berg, postulating a Kenyan birth for BHO II. He also spells out the rosy scenario, of the SCOTUS overturning the entire election process and declaring the executive actions of Obama (Soetoro?) null and void. While Pidgeon is still planning a "national grand jury," one in Georgia has already taken action, a group associated with Orly Taitz.
I called in, but did not get a chance to ask my questions:
Mr. Pidgeon, what did you do with the $10,000 raised for you by numerous donors, back at the turn of the year? You also gained time critical information, at that time, for the immediate investigation you promised. What did you do with that information? You have promised a report of results and given deadlines which have passed. The only thing I heard tonight as coming from your research is that there was a male student named Obama in Moscow, around 1990, and the picture associated with a newspaper story about him appeared not to be Barack Obama.
Most recently, of note, is a grueling 3am trip made by Dr. Orly Taitz to attend a lecture being given by the US Supreme Court’s Chief Justice John Roberts. She traveled by car, plane and car again from her office in California to a small town in Idaho, carrying two suitcases of documents.
Her goal was to personally deliver, directly into the hands of Chief Justice Roberts these historic documents. Many of the attorney’s making lawsuits would never consider breeching protocol by bypassing “the system” and going straight to the target.
But Orly Taitz did it and she was successful. She delivered to the Chief Justice of The United States Supreme Court: 1. Motion for reconsideration of Lightfoot v Bowen with all the supplemental briefs. 2. Quo Warranto Easterling et al v Obama et al. 3. 3300 pages with 325,000 names of people that signed a WorldNetDaily petition, demanding that the Supreme Court hear Obama elligibility cases. 4. Copy of the 130 page dossier and all the other documents sent to US Attorney General Eric Holder, and others.
There were numerous cameras recording this event and simultaneous feed broadcast to all the campuses of the University of Idaho. Roughly 5,000 people on all the campuses had an opportunity to hear what Dr. Taitz had to say.
Chief Justice Roberts stated to her, “I will read your documents, I will review them. Give them to my Secret Service Agent and I will review them.” His Secret Service Agent approached her and told Dr. Taitz, “Give me all the documents, I promise you Justice Roberts will get them.”
She had a full suitcase of documents. The agent went to look for a box, and after he found a large box to fit all the documents, he showed her his badge and introduced himself as Gilbert Shaw, Secret Service Agent assigned to the security of Chief Justice Roberts.
Dr. Taitz made her presentation in front of 800 people in the audience, including university officials, the president of the Idaho State Bar and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Idaho, and in front of all them, Chief Justice promised to read her papers.
Attorneys Mario Apuzzo, Dr. Orly Taitz and Phillip Berg are asking various Courts for “Quo Warranto”.
The legal phrase Quo Warranto essentially means an explanation is being demanded for what authority Obama is using to act as President. An online constitutional resource says Quo
Warranto “affords the only judicial remedy for violations of the Constitution by public officials and agents.”
The Obama campaign is the greatest theft of a great Nation, America. It is the greatest fraud in American history. He is the greatest con man in American history. The major media in America is a willing participant in this fraud. American politicians are either willingly participating or ignoring the truth in front of their noses. The American election system is being made a mockery of to the World. The American Constitution is being torn up. Americans are being divided by Obama, intentionally. Obama has publicly stated his intention to commit Crimes Against Humanity by forcing Americans to perform free labor for the government.
Obama is the only United States President in history to be sued. And he has not one lawsuit challenging his eligibility, but approximately 40 lawsuits in State and Federal Courts all across America, from Delaware to Hawaii.
This game being played has very high stakes. If a new administration, a constitutional administration, an American administration takes power; everyone who aided and abetted Obama may be prosecuted for Treason and hanged by the neck until dead.
Alberto Gonzales, past US Attorney General, under President George W. Bush Jr., when he gave his opinion that torture was permissible, warned the President that a future administration may prosecute him, regardless of the Gonzales opinion.
In a realm where there is no right or wrong, only force, by whoever holds that power, is what determines who lives and who dies.
The United States Constitution allows us to avoid that kind of behavior, but with the current power denying, disobeying, ignoring and violating that Constitution, they are exposing themselves, their families and certain of their international friends, to death by hanging.
It truly is the time for all good men to come to the aid of America. All Americans need to forget their differences and unite in stopping Obama’s actions of destroying this country. Go to Dr. Orly Taitz’s website. She will tell you what to do and how to do it. There are form letters and addresses of the key people to send them to. This is not difficult to make your voice heard. If you do not join in saving this country, you are contributing to our downfall. People from other Nations also, should join this fight. If America fails, your country will suffer. We are asking World leaders and the citizens of all countries to join in and help us to remove the un-constitutional administration of Obama. The American people are not bad. We’re just like people anywhere, wanting the same things in life. The crimes of America are committed by officials who refuse to obey our Constitution.

Glidden, Jr. postulates that the State of Hawaii and among other colleges, Obama's alma mater, Occidental College are hiding the criminal abuse of citizenship policy, for the sake of money, in their refusal to allow records of Barry Soetoro, a.k.a., Barack Obama to be seen. He reports further, that the scamming being done through Hawaii has contributed toward triggering our financial meltdown.
As the Obama meandering trail of life becomes the interstate highway of courtroom trials for our beloved leader, Birdie Obama, it perhaps is time to weave the fabric of Barack’s Muslim, Kenyan, Indonesian, Hawaiian serape to explain just what he is hiding by hiring his platoon of lawyers.
What is taking place is indeed conspiracy as in the sense a violation of the RICO Act. This involves the state of Hawaii and Occidental College, if not Columbia of New York and Harvard.
What requires explanation in this is a generation of crime in supplanting the United States for money. It is as simple as that in local government policy being fed huge sums of money at the behest of Ford Foundation incorporating globalist policy into American culture.

The first task in need of explanation is why would Hawaii aid a known illegal of British birth in illegally obtaining a fake birth certificate?
The answer is in 1961 the American public had not yet been herded by Teddy Kennedy and socialists into providing welfare benefits to illegals. Hawaii had a large population of illegals who were slave labor, but were a huge burden to the system in poverty and crime.
The Hawaiian answer, as it was a Democratic state and still is was to start registering all those foreign kids by the thousands. The purpose being to tap into all those federal hundreds of millions then which would profit the state.
See all of those poverty programs flowed funds into the pockets of the retailers as the golden goose pipeline. If one makes citizens out of illegals, then Hawaii converts a debt into their asset in obtaining more funds and growing the socialist system which empowers Democratic liberals.
The fact is there are hundreds of thousands of Barack Obama’s registered in Hawaii. Do you think even a Republican governor sitting on this explosive mess wants any of this coming out? An entire state sold out the United States for filthy lucre, because they were importing Asian slave labor. That does not make a great headline, nor, did they probably ever expect a money train welfare illegal would somehow get hisself installed as President which would expose the entire Hawaiian fraud, and you know very well that all of those records would have to be gone through and verified so an Obama repeat would not occur, in all 50 states.
Talk about a nightmare huh? The nightmare would be the removal of Obama under Quo Warrantus which is being attempted now and 49 other states suing Hawaii for the money it would cost to check all of their records over the Hawaiian fraud.
Hawaii has always been a corrupt enclave like Rhode Island. Hawaii was the conduit in the Clinton years to get Chinese communists a stake in the United States Stock Market, to which Hawaii had the first meltdown in this scheme in costing their investors a fortune and ruining their banks.
That is why Hawaii is in collusion with Barack Obama. There were involved in massive welfare fraud and do not want this coming out.
With this kind of background, in families being “informed” of the opportunities involved in engaging in illegal citizenship, one Stanley Ann Dunham, hauled her little African eastern boy to Indonesia, until the jungle fever wore off, and then dumped him into the Hawaiian system again where Grandma Dunham was stuck with the kid.
Grandma Madelyn Dunham did earn some money in BankHo, her bank in Hawaii, but I suspect that the prestigious school Barry got into, was the same game that brought Barack sr. to America on a free educational route.
Barry Obama Soetero was tapping into the welfare system of Hawaii, and in knowing what twisters the Dunhams were, this takes us into Occidental College.

1. What havoc is wrought in the Socialist-Stimulus Bill?
Across the United States, it seems that States are suddenly intent on declaring their Sovereignty to the Federal Government. Specifically citing the 10th Amendment of our beloved Constitution, reminding our central government where the real power lies, and of the fact that the Federal Government's power is derived from the will of the States (and of the People) and even going as far as to state (in some cases) that the United States Government has been trampling our Constitution by acting outside of its enumerated powers specified in our founding document. I am a retired (25) police officer and spent 26 years in the United States Air force as a MSGT in charge of Training for the 482 Security Police Squadron. Was in Vietnam and also served in the Gulf War. For the last year I have been watching this site on a daily basis not believing that Barack Heussein Obama has become our president. I coach a High School softball team and everyone of my players had to porduce a birth certificate to be elgible to play through the state. I hate to say this, but we in a total crisis and something will happen if this man is allowed to continue to lead this once proud nation. I have never posted before but know many FBI, Secret Service Agents, CIA and many other Federal Agents who have told me they are not to discuus this issue about Obama or they will be terminated from employment. We all need to take a step back and pray that something will come out on all of these lawsuits. I spoke to the Supreme Court Justice in my state who advised that the US Supreme Court have been ordered to throw out any case that deal with the fraud President elect. May God Hlep us All

However, it was also noted by observers at Zapem that the Hatch Act prohibits or restricts federal employees' participation in election-related work and that it is common for government investigators to be warned not to do private work aside from their assigned duties. Witness the trouble Ohio Job & Family Services director, Helen Jones-Kelly caused herself for investigating "Joe The Plumber," Joseph Wurzelbacher -- all the more reason for internal memos! Does that explain all there is to explain, here? I.O. does not know.
As to the alleged tip-off by the state Supreme about the federal Supremes, one would want to know the exact words used, in what sentence(s), and in what context. It could have been an off the cuff remark said in conjecture, possibly which Larry read into. It could be the rantings of a drunken judge in a barroom. It could mean a number of things, only one of which is exactly what those words of the pseudonymous Larry relate on the face of it. I.O. requests that Larry ask MommaE to help to put him in touch with a lawyer, if he does not already have one, then to make a more detailed personal statement in writing, whether public or in cognito. Seriously. This allegation is about treason. It is hardly something to "post and ghost" about. 2. Obama's organized army (posted 2/3). Effectively, the man started this rumor himself, pushing "community organizing" and referring, during his campaign, to a "civilian national security force, that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded," as the United States military. The Obamacentric organizing has continued, through the transition and into this "presidency," with "Organizing for America," focusing on, among other things, policy advocacy for the socialism-stimulus bill.
Presently, they want Obama followers to hold house meetings, to sell their unprecedented socialist mega-pork plan, which feeds money to hugely burdensome statist programs while it funds socialist and illegal immigrant shadow party operations, ACORN and La Raza. The "stimulus bill" balloons our national debt, overburdening future taxpayers. Such tax burdens sap personal investment into our economy, put a vice-like squeeze upon church and charitable giving, and severely impose upon our general economic freedom and the opportunity to better our condition. Is there reason to be concerned? Gravely concerned. Is this an unprecedented and fascistic attempt at manipulating the political process of America's Sovereign Citizens, in a top-down fashion? Yes. Is it a thug army? Only by a poetic usage of those words, may that now be. (Does that mean "yes?" You decide.) Is it a "civilian national security force?" No -- well -- at least not yet and by the context of any surfacing plans, or the potential reactions to such developments by Americans, that would not seem soon to come -- not by any conventional measure of political feasibility, at least. Just look at the backlash about ACORN during the campaign, though the mass media was loathe to admit the news. But, could some sort of national or regional crisis cause such a thing to occur? Possibly. Such things happen in nations, or nations would not lose their freedom.
I.O. suggests you call this massive Obama operation, of "organizing" Sovereign Americans and illegal immigrants, a massive, new plan aimed at corrupt, superparty political domination, with the potential for intimidation campaigns to follow. It is well on its way, with the ends not in sight. And as with the "ends," we do not know of the "means" to be applied in the near-term future. Call it "code Red," but not quite the physicians' "code blue." Or, by another well-known analogy, call it the organizing of the frogs in the kettle.

I personally checked 15 cases on the Pending Order's List myself and found those to be on the docket and fully visible from the database. I did not find any cases which were missing other than the eligibility contest cases as noted in this article.
The bottom line here is, while the Petitioners in these cases have been treated worse than second-class citizens, slandered on websites and belittled by the media without remorse, I find it ironic that no one seems to care if a President of the United States is held to the mere standard of Factcheck.org.
Update 1/22:Docket listings are back up, at the Supreme Court site. This has been another in a line of odd occurrences at the courts, pertaining to the eligibility requirement cases. Update 1/21:Apparently, all docket items regarding Obama eligibility have disappeared but one Berg item. Received by email from Zapem:
All the cases on Obama's eligibility, even the pending ones, have been removed from the SCOTUS website.
Donofrio, Wrotnowski, Schneller, Berg applications and Lightfoot all removed. I checked the other 2008 cases having nothing to do with Obama and those are still there. Something is going on.

Obama has been in power only one day. Suddenly today my case has disappeared from the docket. The case was not dismissed. It is supposed to be heard on the 23rd of January. Each and every American Citizen needs to call the Supreme court and demand decency from these Justices. They have violated all principles of judicial integrity and ethics by inviting Obama and Biden to the closed door meeting only a few days before the hearing. They have inaugurated him in from of millions of people, when 3 days after the inauguration they are supposed to hear my case, where I state that Obama is not eligible for presidency and never was eligible. They were supposed to recuse themselves from the inauguration. What is going on? Is Chicago mafia influencing the Supreme Court? If we don't have integrity with our elected officials and the whole system is corrupt, then it is time to revolt and change the system.

Monday, 1/12 - The Sureme Court (SCOTUS) is to announce their disposition of their Friday, 1/9 conference over Philip Berg v. Barack Obama. This is purportedly regarding Berg's petition for writ of certiorari, a call for a full SCOTUS review, although that does not seem explicit to this reader, admittedly not an attorney (I.O. finds this docket listing on file, 08-570).
Monday, 1/12 - The SCOTUS disposition of Berg v. Obama: "The motion of Bill Anderson for leave to file a brief as amicus curiae is granted. The petition for a writ of certiorari before judgment is denied." You may read by link a report and a commentary about this by blogger, law student, and close follower of this case, Jeff Schreiber. His commentary presents considered opinions, but not the only rational ones. Further scrying and black robe gazing is offered in Schrieber's user commentary, on Phil's Right Side of Life, and numerous other spots. I.O's opinion is, this is an excellent time and matter for considering numerous factors and possibilities without one's marbles rolling into any particular crevice about it.

Friday, 1/16 - The Supreme Court is again to consider Berg v. Obama in conference. As docketed this is regarding Berg's petition "for an injunction pending the disposition of the petition for a writ of certiorari" against either the Electoral College vote or the certification of that vote by Congress, both already having occured, now (docket link 08-4340 / docket link 08a505).
In "Berg v. Obama: Case Disposition Likely Wednesday," Phil of TRSoL relates that the Supreme Court (SCOTUS) will not announce a disposition on today's conference about Berg's application for injunction until Wednesday, 1/21, due to the court being closed Monday and Tuesday.
Tuesday, 1/20 - Inauguratiion Day
Wednesday, 1/21 - Likely disposition of the Berg application for injunction against the election of Barack Obama (clearly, after the fact). In the humble opinion of I.O., this is likely to be a denial of a moot application; However, since we are in unchartered jurisprudential waters, the high court has an opportunity to speak to the previous day's inauguration, by means of this application. And this is especially relevant to the potential case of a conspiracy of election fraud, since, if that were to eventually, legally be found, the crimes would at this point, be complete. Could the SCOTUS effectively suspend the presidency of Mr. Obama? One supposes it could. See the analyses linked to by this aforementioned I.O. post.
Friday, 1/23 - The SCOTUS is to discuss Lightfoot v. Bowen in conference, referred by Chief Justice Roberts. This case is originally a California case for an injunction against that state's Electoral College vote.
Monday, 1/26 - Customary day of SCOTUS announcements of their disposition of cases discussed in conference on Friday, 1/16 -- and so it goes.

Quite a bit of contemplating and communicating may be done, before we next hear from the Supreme Court, on Wednesday. Meanwhile, the interested reader is likely to find these items provocative.
In "Berg v. Obama: Case Disposition Likely Wednesday," Phil of TRSoL relates that the Supreme Court (SCOTUS) will not announce a disposition on today's conference about Berg's application for injunction until Wednesday, 1/21, due to the court being closed Monday and Tuesday.
In his piece, Phil refers to profoundly interesting analyses of the SCOTUS by two experienced, albeit, anonymous legal professionals. One, by "Lawyer from Missouri" was discovered in I.O's second comment to Monday's post, "Countdown of the Fictitious Presidency of Barack Obama."
The other brief analysis is that of the father of FReeper, "hoosiermama" (if accurately copied or compiled; it seems so to me). This hoosier grandpa is a former Federal Appellate Court legal clerk.
Both analyses, plus one other, put Berg's case and potentially others in the "alive and very well" category and fit together to potentially provide significant insight into how the SCOTUS is approaching this. It has also been noted that it took a 5 of 9 majority to accept the Anderson amicus brief, to Berg v. Obama.
Can you write a good amicus brief, for any of the cases being brought to SCOTUS? (See the list, here.) Or, do you know of someone who might? This may be a very good time to do so.
Amidst this analysis, it is mentioned that the Supreme Court might find fraudulent activities in Congress, regarding their treatement of Obama as a certifiably eligible presidential candidate. The next posting in I.O.examines how this may be so.
I.O. may also add another analysis or two, to this posting -- if I can find the time and bandwidth (Internet is down, at home).
Update, 1/16: I'm sure some have already seen this. I'll link again to Phil's news, to present a second-hand report from Obama challenger attorney, Stephen Pidgeon, as presented by a volunteer assistant, "Chalice." I.O. is glad to see him on the job, in a fashion quite complementary to those of Orly Taitz and of Philip Berg.
Update, 1/16: Back to Berg: Comment #13 in this post by "Zapem" in the site of the same name, provides further clarification. Since further discovery is in order, that is the job of the lower courts, not of the SCOTUS.

Do they now deign to grant him standing, this mere Sovereign Citizen?Then, on the 1/16, he gets another meeting of the Supreme How 'Bout That BOGUS POTUS Committee.Is Tom Waite right and does SCOTUS not like it that BHO has not responded to Souter's prior... invitation? [Ed. 1/12: even if Souter really did not want to invite attention; it is SCOTUS procedure to receive responses from defendants.]
Attorney, Orly Taitz appreciates that Chief Justice John Roberts has sent Lightfoot v. Bowen (SCOTUS docket page) to committee for 1/23. Wednesday's I.O. article and interview with Taitz here. Also, Orly Taitz' subsequent press release, over there. She exhorts more letters and other petitions from concerned Americans. Her cover letter to Roberts was an interesting move; maybe it helped, at least in citing some of the known references to the meaning of the Article 2 phrase, natural born Citizen. Be apprised, now: this Lightfoot is not a petition for writ of certiorari, it is an appeal for an injunction against the California Electoral College vote, which has already happened. To I.O's ken, Dr. Taitz will need assistance from someone licensed to present before the SCOTUS, if she wishes to petition for a writ (for full review, oral argument, and quite possibly, for such a thing as a reversal of an unconstitutional election). She describes Lightfoot v. Bowen as a "step," but at least it is a step to bring a federal candidate's standing, along with two of the three arguments against Obama's candidacy to the SCOTUS and we are in uncharged jurisprudential waters.
Well, Broe v. Reed was dismissed, Thursday by the WA Supremes, which notified the local media instead of that first, before any contact with Broe attorney, Stephen Pidgeon, if at all. Huh. And to the SCOTUS Pidgeon will fly. He thinks the WA court, like their Secretary of State may just be saying, "'S'not my job, man" and for some reason does not feel encumbered with the qualifying of a presidential candidiate. If so, they hide in a nationwide cloud of confusion, due to lack of legislative procedure to support the natural born Citizenshp clause and that causes a further confusion regarding "controlling legal authority" (as Al Gore appreciators might remember, i.e., how he avoided prison, per his past foreign fundraising, Hindu monks and all). In Broe v. Reed, Pidgeon refers to all of the three major contentions with BHO II: 1. U.K. citizenship at birth via BHO I, 2. no valid proof of natural born Citizenship provided and, 3. apparent Indonesian citizenship as a child, revoking any U.S. citizenship. Pidgeon's Broe case did receive oral argument by the WA SC, which may help in terms of standing (with all the various "objective" elements for SCOTUS to consider, you do know that, at least for those justices unwilling or unable to apply the finest of epistemological categorization of constitutional law with natural accuracy, a lot of this is subjective for them, don't you?).
Schneller v. Cortes (based upon no valid proof of n.b.C. by Obama) was taken from Pennsylvania to Justice Souter, Thursday, in the attempt to delay the congressional certification of the Electoral College vote and whaddyaknow, Souter denied.
I.O. still finds it more than "odd" that after Donofrio was given the run-around by the SCOTUS clerks and Wrotnowski's filing was sent away for "anthrax testing," Taitz' Lightfoot filing was "lost" before Christmas. Perhaps more on that, later.
