Border Security for Amnesty, the Prequel

...and the Chicago way

For the sensory pleasure of those who enjoyed the video short, "No Border Security without Amnesty - Obama to Sen. Jon Kyl" -- we now present you this! -- thanks to Naked Emperor News:

6/22/2010 video: "HOLY KYL In 2004 Obama Advocated "Trading" Border Security for Amnesty"

What is grossly corrupt for a Senator in 2004 is impeachable, for the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of our Republic.

And what of this cession of huge tracts of Arizona land, to Mexican criminals?

And of course, this civil action against Arizona, for their enforcement our Citizenship protection law which you so determinedly fail to enforce, Mr. PINO (president in name only)?

And what of these rumors of an executive order to grant amnesty to the entire set of criminal residents, so they can vote for your corrupt cronies?

'Operation Gulf Grease' - Much of the Case for Deepwater Horizon Conspiracy

Mr. Weeks' article, "Operation Gulf Grease" is also posted at News and Views, where he contributes regularly. I suggest it is worth consideration, in the effort to connect the dots, to understand those who seek power over us, and to even think "the unthinkable." With people such as George Soros, Maurice Strong, Barack Obama, and their accomplices involved, and considering the historic ways of those who lust for universal power and wealth, one must examine extraordinary potentials. I.O. trusts our readers to evaluate information with us (and though this is an excellent compilation, there is more).

By Darren Weeks

In the days prior to the Gulf drilling operation and ensuing environmental catastrophe, I remember thinking just how odd and out of character it was that Barack Obama had announced his approval for more offshore drilling. On April 1st, The Washington Post quoted Interior Secretary Ken Salazar as saying the administration had broached “a new direction” in energy policy. [1]

Had Obama lost his mind? Had he had some sort of religious experience? This was a president who campaigned against traditional energy sources in favor of so-called “sustainable” alternatives such as wind, solar, etc. This was a president who banned offshore drilling as one of his first acts in executive office. [2] This was a president who admitted in a meeting with the San Francisco Chronicle in January of 2008 that it was his plan to use a Cap and Trade system to cause energy prices to “necessarily skyrocket” in order to force people to transition to “green” technologies. “Under my plan of a cap and trade system, electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket,” Obama stated as documented in a YouTube video. [3]

Hence, the shock at the sudden “turnabout” in energy policy. True, the vast majority of Americans do support drilling for oil as a counterweight against increasing dependence upon the perpetually troubled Middle East and its OPEC cartel. But since when has any president in recent history paid attention to the opines of their electorate?

Now, as the days turn into weeks, and weeks into months -- and the oil continues to gush in the Gulf with no sign of ever letting up -- Obama has used the crisis as an excuse to not only ban offshore drilling, [4] but also to clamor for passage of his “cap and trade” energy bill. [5] Politico has cited opinion polls that suggest public support for drilling may be eroding. [6]

Was this the Hegelian plan all along? To foment a crisis in the Gulf to condition the masses that the world must adopt Agenda 21 “sustainable development” as its model for energy or pay the environmental consequences? Before you dismiss this notion as insanity, there are many troubling questions that demand answers. Questions that imply foreknowledge and planning. Questions of “coincidence”.

For example, is it “coincidental” the numerous incredible financial and business transactions that took place in the days, weeks, and months prior to the rig explosion?

We know the ties between British Petroleum and Goldman Sachs run deep. Peter Sutherland, the chairman of Goldman Sachs International also served as chairman of BP right up until last year, according to a 2009 bio on the site of the Trilateral Commission. It says,

“Peter Sutherland is chairman of BP plc (1997 - current). He is also chairman of Goldman Sachs International (1995 - current). He was appointed chairman of the London School of Economics in 2008. He is currently UN special representative for migration and development. Before these appointments, he was the founding director-general of the World Trade Organisation. He had previously served as director general of GATT since July 1993 and was instrumental in concluding the Uruguay GATT Round Negotiations.” [7]

On April 30th, The Huffington Post published a satire piece about Goldman Sachs, who was embroiled in a Congressional probe over the present and pending financial meltdown just days before the Gulf disaster stole the headlines. The spoof article titled, Goldman Sachs Reveals It Shorted Gulf of Mexico, was actually mistaken by some as a legitimate news story. Written by a comedian, the satirical article said,

“In what is looming as another public relations predicament for Goldman Sachs, the banking giant admitted today that it made 'a substantial financial bet against the Gulf of Mexico’ one day before the sinking of an oil rig in that body of water.” [8]

After this gag piece was published, various independent researchers began checking into the financial transactions of Goldman. What they found turned out to be a case of art imitating life.

Sterling Allan reported in The Examiner on May 5th,

“It turns out that Goldman Sachs really did place shorts on TransOcean stock days before the explosions rocked the rig in the Gulf of Mexico sending stocks plunging while GS profits soared -- benefitting [sic] once again from a huge disaster, having done the same with airline stocks prior to 911 then again with the housing bubble.” [9]

It’s important to note the cozy relationship between Goldman Sachs and the Obama administration. According to McClatchy, while Goldman Sachs was under fire from the Securities and Exchange Commission, and their lawyers were in negotiations with the regulatory agency, Goldman CEO Lloyd Blankfein was a repeated visitor to the White House. He attended events with Obama and met with Larry Summers, Obama’s top economic advisor. Obama’s 2008 campaign benefited from $994,795 worth of campaign donations from Goldman employees and their relatives. [10] The Gulf disaster, coming on the heels of the Congressional hearing and SEC “investigation,” served to distract attention from the ongoing financial fraud and economic meltdown caused by Goldman and others.

We now know from John Byrne at Raw Story that prior to the Gulf oil mess, not only did Goldman Sachs short shares of TransOcean, the owner of the failed Deepwater Horizon rig, they also ditched 4,680,822 shares of BP stock, worth $250 million and representing 44% of their holdings. “Goldman’s sales were the largest of any firm during that time,” writes Byrne. “Goldman would have pocketed slightly more than $266 million if their holdings were sold at the average price of BP’s stock during the quarter.” [11]

Byrne also noted other financial institutions that also dumped BP holdings.

“Other asset management firms also sold huge blocks of BP stock in the first quarter -- but their sales were a fraction of Goldman’s. Wachovia, which is owned by Wells Fargo, sold 2,667,419 shares; UBS, the Swiss bank, sold 2,125,566 shares.” [12]

If that weren’t enough of a “coincidence,” we also had The Telegraph out of London reporting that the chief executive of BP, Tony Hayward, also sold 223,288 shares, worth £1.4 million of stock in his own company (over $2 million) on March 17th -- only weeks before the BP Gulf mess. The paper noted that by doing so he “avoided losing more than £423,000 ($614,449) when BP’s share price plunged after the oil spill began six weeks ago.” [13] He took the money and paid off the mortgage on his family mansion in Kent.

At this point, a question should be coming to mind: What did these people know that the rest of us didn’t? How is it that stock in BP and Transocean suddenly seemed so unattractive to those closest to the disaster? Ah, the coincidences! But it gets even better.

On April 10th, The Houston Chronicle reported that Halliburton -- the company of which former Vice-President Dick Cheney was CEO -- was in the process of acquiring Boots & Coots. Reuters reported that the deal was announced on Friday, April 9th -- just eleven days prior to the explosion. [14] The Chronicle noted that “Boots & Coots has become well known for putting out some of the world’s largest oil and gas fires.” [15] The company’s website lists services they provide, including “deepwater application and well inspections, as well as blowout prevention and control counsel or assistance...” [16] According to the Orlando Sentinel, their expertise is already being put to use in the Gulf, as they are “one of two primary companies designing relief-well strategies for the BP blowout.” [17]

So when the acquisition deal is formerly approved by the government, Halliburton -- the company famous for profiting from no-bid government contracts in war zones -- will have collected for themselves yet another “slick” profit.

This is especially intriguing in light of the fact that, according to NPR, Halliburton’s cementing work -- completed only hours prior to the explosion -- has become a “central focus” of the Congressional investigation. [18] The Wall Street Journal quotes unnamed “experts” as saying the timing of the cementing in relation to the blast “points to it as a possible culprit.” [19]

But Halliburton isn’t the only company that stands to make a killing off the crisis. The Times Online out of the UK reported that TransOcean itself took out a $560 million insurance policy on the Deepwater Horizon rig. The dollar amount was well above the rig’s value. According to the paper, insurance payouts amounted to a $270 million profit from the disaster.

“The windfall, revealed in a conference call with analysts, will more than cover the $200m that Transocean expects to pay to survivors and their families and for higher insurance costs.” [20]

A number of people have questioned why Corexit -- a chemical banned in the UK [21] and is much more toxic than the oil itself -- was used as a dispersant in the Gulf. Assuming for the moment that chemical dispersants had to be used, the New York Times reported on May 13th:

“Of 18 dispersants whose use EPA has approved, 12 were found to be more effective on southern Louisiana crude than Corexit, EPA data show. Two of the 12 were found to be 100 percent effective on Gulf of Mexico crude, while the two Corexit products rated 56 percent and 63 percent effective, respectively. The toxicity of the 12 was shown to be either comparable to the Corexit line or, in some cases, 10 or 20 times less, according to EPA.” [22]

Yet, despite the EPA data ranking it “far above dispersants made by competitors” for toxicity, BP chose to dump more than 400,000 gallons of Corexit into the Gulf, order 805,000 more gallons with plans of hundreds of thousands of additional gallons should the spewing continue. Why?

The answer may lie in the fact that not only has Corexit production benefited BP and Exxon Chemical Company, it also has ties to the very same banking company that somehow knew to sell nearly half its holdings in BP stock just prior to the disaster -- Goldman Sachs. Cassandra Anderson of Morph City connects the dots to the economic ties between the oil industry and the bankers.

“Corexit is produced by NALCO, originally named the National Aluminate Corporation, which formed a limited partnership with Exxon Chemical Company in 1994. Ondeo Nalco was purchased by Goldman Sachs, Apollo and Blackstone in 2003 and is currently a publicly traded company. Given NALCO's business ties, it seems that safe and natural cleanup methods were avoided in the Gulf to pursue an economic agenda. The use of Corexit in Alaska, after the Exxon Valdez disaster, resulted in toxicity to humans that included respiratory, nervous system, liver, kidney and blood disorders.” [23]

They say that history repeats itself. We know from wire reports that all 125 fishing boats had to be recalled from Gulf cleanup efforts after workers aboard began “experiencing nausea, dizziness, headaches and chest pains”. [24]

What’s going on here? Is the Gulf being poisoned on purpose to enhance corporate profits? Or has this crisis been orchestrated by the illuminists in order to force the United States to ratify the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST) which would cede control of the oceans -- over 70 percent of the planet’s surface -- to the United Nations?

One must always keep in mind that Agenda 21 is the game plan for all that happens in the world today. The Hegelian dialectic is the means by which that game plan is implemented -- creation of a crisis to condition the minds of the people that an undesired change is necessary, creation of their own controlled opposition to the crisis, finally the introduction of their pre-determined solution.

Chapter 17 of Agenda 21 deals with “Protection of the Oceans, all Kinds of Seas, Including Enclosed & Semi-enclosed Seas, & Coastal Areas & the Protection, Rational Use & Development of their Living Resources”. Who will determine what constitutes “rational use” of the oceans and their resources? If the LOST is ratified, it will be the United Nations.

In July 2009, State Department official Margaret Hayes told the New York Times that the Obama administration was in the process of working to “craft a plan to ratify the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea.”

“President Obama is strongly in favor of the United States becoming a party to the Law of the Sea Convention,” Hayes was quoted as saying. “There is discussion going on as to the exact timing of when they might have a hearing and when they might proceed to have the full Senate consider accession.” [25]

The Times goes on to report that the administration is continuing a multi-year mapping of the sea floor in the Arctic in preparation to stake a claim under the LOST. [26]

Furthermore, the World Ocean Council, an alliance of multi-national businesses that are dedicated to ocean “sustainability,” is having its “Corporate Ocean Responsibility” meeting this month -- conveniently on the heels of a major maritime disaster. The Sustainable Ocean Summit is described as “the first international, cross-sectoral ocean sustainability conference for the private sector - [that] will catalyze the growing interest among ocean businesses for more effective leadership and collaboration in addressing ocean environmental challenges.” [27] It just so happens that two of the founding members of the World Ocean Council are ExxonMobil and TransOcean. [28]

That the crisis in the Gulf may have been planned and executed with the intention of profiting from it while pushing an environmental control agenda, might explain the pathetic federal response after the disaster.

Three days after learning of the Gulf gusher, the Interior Department Chief of Staff Tom Strickland left for the Grand Canyon with his wife and went white water rafting. [29] The Department of the Interior is charged with the task of coordinating federal response to a major oil spill. Yet, Strickland’s priorities were elsewhere.

The “In-Situ Burn” plan was developed by the federal government in 1994 to deal with oil spill disasters in the Gulf, and calls for the immediate use of fire booms. Had the plan been followed, it might have prevented oil from reaching the shoreline. A single fire boom can burn up to 1,800 barrels or 75,000 gallons an hour. Yet, despite the plan, not one fire boom was available anywhere in the Gulf at the time of the incident. [30] [31]

On May 11th, ABC News reported that the U.S. Coast Guard conducted operations in the Gulf, simulating a major oil spill and practicing federal response to it a mere three weeks prior to the real disaster. [32] What was the purpose of the simulation? Obviously, it wasn’t to improve federal response.

In 2002, there was a similar practice operation which ABC describes as “eerily similar” to the current disaster. Lack of experience, poor communications, conflicting roles, and a need for new technology were cited. None of the recommendations were ever put into place. [33]

Wire reports from the Associated Press have said that workers aboard the rig were forced to sign statements that they hadn’t witnessed the explosion. They were told they couldn’t go home, nor could they make phone calls and talk to their friends and family until they signed the statements indicating they had no “first hand or personal knowledge” of the incident. [34]

We now have private military contractors deployed from Wackenhut -- the military contractor infamous for its employees’ drunken brawls and vodka shots taken out of each other’s backside -- guarding the perimeter of the Deepwater Horizon Unified Command.

Respected attorney Ellen Brown has written about empty Wackenhut buses with prison bars on the windows being driven around for no apparent reason in Arizona. Your writer has personally talked to other people who have seen these buses. Ellen wrote last year:

“The new Wackenhut operation is shrouded in mystery. It has been running its fleet of empty prison buses night and day, apparently logging miles on a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract. Multiple buses can be seen driving all over town and even on remote desert back roads. Oddly, except for the driver and one escort guard seated in front, these buses appear to be empty.” [35]

Network news media have been complaining of being harassed and threatened by the security contractors for shooting video of the coast, [36] [37] which we’re told may soon become uninhabitable. Will Wackenhut buses be utilized to relocate mass numbers of people out of the coastal states?

It’s shaping up to be an interesting summer.

Obamunists Using Rep. Ed Markey to Blame BP, Covering-up What the Obama Administration Knew & When they Knew it

BP knew it right after the Deepwater Horizon collapse and so did the Obama administration: 53,000 to 110,000 barrels per day was the estimate. It was not a secret kept from the government. It was a secret very poorly kept by them -- but maintained for them by the bulk of the marxstream media, to this day.

I just sent this email (snipping out the missive's intro) to an expert scientist with a great deal of experience in deep water drilling for oil and the geology beneath it. Is this a good enough way of communicating with you too, about the need to set the records straight, concerning what Rep. Ed Markey and the Obamunsits, overall are trying to get away with in Washington, or should I write a formal article?

Maybe I'll have time to do that, for RenewAmerica, Canada Free Press, American Daughter, etc., but here is "the scoop," for you, first, most excellent Theophilus and I.O. reader:
I hope this is not too jarring, but in the mean time, take a look at how the Marxist/fascists are lockstep (goosestep?) behind the Obama administration's cover-up (and it is clear they have been working much more closely with BP than they let on -- that is what they do, as you know; BP started as a "government/private partnership" and that is what they continue to do, despite Thatcher's privatization).

Compare this authoritarian, Rep. Ed Markey's game of blame and hiding behind "capitalist" BP's skirt, along with Obama [ed. "Congressman: Internal BP Document Shows Worst-Case Scenario for Spill Could Be 100,000 Barrels a Day"]:
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/06/20/congressman-releases-bp-doc-showing-potential-barrels-oil-spilling-gulf-day/#content

Compare it to this actual evidence that the U.S. government (NOAA) knew the extent of this gusher, at the very outset [ed. "April Video Indicates U.S. Government Aware of Much Greater Volume of Gulf Gusher; Evidence Raises Suspicion of Cover-Up"]:
http://investigatingobama.blogspot.com/2010/06/video-shows-us-government-well-aware-in.html

Especially in light of what you described that Corexit does by separating the contaminants in the Ocean's water and the Obama administration's "never allow a significant crisis to go to waste" pushing for Cap and Trade, along with the suspicious stock dumping Goldman-Sachs and George Soros, this stinks worse than the whales they are killing.

See more about Cap and Trade, and Climate Exchanges, here:

I would appreciate your feedback. Forgive me for how long it will take to peruse these articles and videos, but I am sending them to you, in your own, highly respected interest.

Pray for the Gulf & for America

Video clips at Ustream

We need conservatives to move beyond conserving what America has become and on to an American Restoration. We need moderates to discover what requires commitment, outside the box of their comfort. We need liberals to come home to America's authentic classic liberalism and renounce collectivist, do-for-me authoritarianism.

This is not just about competence. It is clearly about the hearts, ideologies, and motivations of those wrongly usurping power over us Sovereign Citizens -- and about the laws of Nature and Nature's God, over us, them, and all. It must be about you.

We need to stop relinquishing our birthrights and personal responsibilities like Esau and the prodigal; we must be as Joshua and David, assuming our authority in our land, regardless of perceived giants. We need prayer, repentance, and wholehearted, hands-on application of our lives -- now. - AW

No Border Security without Amnesty - Obama to Sen. Jon Kyl

Update, 6/22/2010 - Don't miss the second video in this miniseries, "Border Security for Amnesty, the Prequel (2004)"

For the latest on the motives of Barack Obama and his "transnational progressive" allies, such as George Soros and Maurice Strong, regarding Mexico and the plans for North America under global governance, read the words and heed this video. I will likely add a few more comments, or post another entry about it, soon.
Video - Sen. Kyl: 'Obama Says No Border Security without Amnesty'
by Connie Hair, Human Events, 6/20/2010

In a stunning revelation at an Arizona town hall meeting this past Friday, Republican Senator Jon Kyl told his constituents that President Obama privately insisted that he will not secure the border until amnesty for illegal aliens passes first. According to Kyl, Obama argued that Democrats would lose their bargaining chips for any type of amnesty if the government beefs up its presence on the chaotic border. “The problem is,” Obama allegedly told Kyl, "If we secure the border, then you all won’t have any reason to support comprehensive immigration reform.”

Transcript (at 3:21):

SEN. JON KYL: I met with the president in the Oval Office, just the two of us… Here’s what the president said. “The problem is,” he said, "If we secure the border, then you all won’t have any reason to support comprehensive immigration reform.”

[gasps from the audience]

KYL: In other words they’re holding it hostage. They don’t want to secure the border unless and until it is combined with comprehensive immigration reform. I explained, “You and I have an obligation to secure the border. That’s an obligation. It also has some potentially positive benefits. You don’t have to have comprehensive immigration to secure the border, but you have to have a secure border to get comprehensive immigration reform. You may be surprised, maybe you don’t think that there’d be any more incentive, but I’m not so sure that that’s true. In any event, it doesn’t matter we’re supposed to secure the border.”

That’s why this is being done. They want to get something in return for doing their duty. And that’s—

AUDIENCE MEMBER: Chicago politics.

KYL: Yeah.

H/T: Scott McKay, The Hayride
Since this is a brief post by Connie Hair, I decided to include all of it. Please visit the source. I.O. is monitoring Ms. Hair's reports from Congress and suggests them (link).

And yes, I would like to put this together with some of the other facts we know about transnational progressives' plans and Obama's recent doings regarding the Mexican illegal invasion and let you see if you reach any conclusions. Back about this in a bit, but I'll end this post with this question:

Is such gross refusal to uphold and abide by our Constitution, and enforce U.S. law, an impeachable level of misdemeanor? - AW

Chris Landau: 'B.P. Show us the Mudlogs!' on w/ CJ & Tallulah (Archived)

Fan the Fire, on the Patriot's Heart Network
Saturday, June 19, 2010 at 9-11pm ET & 11pm-1am at: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/patriotsheartnetwork/2010/06/20/fan-the-fire-with-cj-and-tallulah

Geologist, Chris Landau explains in his article "B.P. SHOW US THE MUDLOGS!" that these mudlogs are the forensic tool which may be used to discover what caused the Transocean-Halliburton-BP blowout.

The mudlog is your "map and your compass and your guiding star" to the solution, Landau explains. Without them the scientific community is "flying blind". He also says the two new directional wells being drilled into this well (relief wells) will not work to solve this blowout and will create a larger uncontrolled blowout disaster. Chris has written extensively about the Gulf Oil Spill Disaster. You can find a list of his other articles about it at the Fan the Fire progam's page.

Chris not only has a call to action, he has a solution !!! With so many scary theories floating around, we can finally get our questions answered. Call in and speak to Chris at (347) 215-6929.

Landau's interests are in the inorganic origin of oil, gas and coal. Is oil a "fossil fuel?" Does it take millions of years to form? Chris has delivered two peer reviewed presentations to prove his theory, also listed at this program's page.

His publications include methods of carbon capture that help generate new energy and make carbon dioxide a reusable resource. His other interests are in large-scale earthquake fault lines and the interaction between continental drift and big meteorite/unrecognized planetary impact sites.

In the 2nd Segment of Fan The Fire, CJ & Tallulah will speak with Bill Conner, Candidate For Lt. Gov. of South Carolina, who has a Runoff Election this coming Tuesday! Get out the vote!

Obamacare as Leverage for Complete Communist Control, as Promised

a.k.a., "single payer"

"Obama's Marxist Allies Move on Healthcare, Socialist Agenda"
in KeyWiki & New Zeal

Democratic Socialists of America, is despite its deceptive name is the U.S.'s largest and probably most influential Marxist based organization.

Many of its several thousand members operate through the Democratic Party, New York's influential Working Families Party and the organization also counts thousands of of labor unionists, religious activists, journalists and college professors in its ranks.

D.S.A. helped establish and continues to support the more than 80 strong Congressional Progressive Caucus and is particularly close to "single payer" healthcare champions Rep. John Conyers of Michigan and Caucus founder Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont.

Quentin Young, Barack Obama, 2003

Dr. Quentin Young of Chicago is the father of the "single payer" healthcare lobby in the U.S. he is also a former Young Communist League member, a long time D.S.A. activist and a one time personal physician and long time friend and mentor to Barack Obama.

President Obama, himself has a more than 25 year history of involvement with D.S.A. members.

D.S.A. means to use its considerable power and influence to push for completely socialized health care in the U.S. in the next few years.

Writing in the latest issue of Democratic Left, D.S.A. National Director Frank Llewellyn outlines some of the tactics the organization will employ to bring all U.S. healthcare under direct and complete state control.

The first step is to move public opinion in the "correct" direction.
In DSA we never expected more than the passage of an imperfect bill that we could work in coalitions to improve... DSA has been fighting for a singlepayer, Medicare-for-all approach to national health care for more than two decades. We expect to continue to fight for that approach in a number of states, especially in California, as the state legislature has passed single payer legislation in the past, only to have it overturned by a gubernatorial veto.

DSAers in every state and city should be prepared to rebut distortions with letters to the editor and op-eds that talk about what socialism really is – and what true social democratic public provision would look like, particularly when health care is the paradigmatic public good that markets, let alone for profit oligopolies, simply cannot justly and affordably supply.
Next step is to punish or remove those remaining Democratic legislators still opposed to socialized healthcare.
Progressives must now work to ensure that some conservative Democrats who did not support the final bill will be punished with primaries or even third party challenges. In New York State, for example, the Working Families Party (WFP) threatened to withhold support from, or actively oppose, representatives for whom the WFP provided winning margins in the past, but who voted “no” on the health reform bill. And the labor movement also vowed to remember how people voted on this issue in this year’s election cycle. Those of us committed to true public provision of health care can reunite by participating in such efforts.
Llewellyn cynically acknowledges that Obamacare will create its own constituency.
Politically, passage of the bill is a positive step. First, because it keeps open the possibility of passage of other reforms in this Congress, and second, because it should create millions of new stakeholders in a health care system governed by democratically established rules rather than by the fiats of private insurers.
Lewellyn is clear that the private insurance industry is marked for destruction.
The Right will attempt to use the bill’s shortcomings to generate public sentiment for repeal; progressives have to use those same shortcomings to generate public support for more short-term improvements, and in the long term to build support for the elimination of private insurers.
He also explicitly links healthcare to the other items on the Marxist agenda, financial regulation, immigration "reform" (amnesty), bailouts for distressed home -owners, massive Federal aid to city and state governments and the scaling back of U.S. military commitments.
But passage of the bill does keep the door open for popular movements to demand strict financial regulatory reform, immigration reform, massive aid to states and localities, and a much-needed public jobs program. DSA and the larger progressive movement must create street heat in favor of these anti-corporate measures, as well as for a just resolution to the foreclosure crisis, and an end to United States involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan.
D.S.A. , together with its Communist Party, labor and Democrat allies will not stop until the entire U.S. economy is under state control and/or direction.

In an article in Democratic Left, Spring 2007 D.S.A National Political Committee member David Green of Detroit wrote;
What distinguishes socialists from other progressives is the theory of surplus value. According to Marx, the secret of surplus value is that workers are a source of more value than they receive in wages. The capitalist is able to capture surplus value through his ownership of the means of production, his right to purchase labor as a commodity, his control over the production process, and his ownership of the final product. Surplus value is the measure of capital’s exploitation of labor

Our goal as socialists is to abolish private ownership of the means of production. Our immediate task is to limit the capitalist class’s prerogatives in the workplace...
Obamacare will not achieve that noble goal, but it is certainly a fine start.

'The Ancient Republic of Israel' Tonight on Fightin' Words

Fightin Words on Sentinel Radio with Walter Hudson & David Lutchen:  Chris Naron, RightNation's "Conservative Mindcleaner," joins us to discuss the transition of the ancient nation of Israel from a republic under God to a despotic kingdom. There are lessons applicable to today's American nation, as Thomas Paine detailed in his revolutionary pamphlet "Common Sense."  (9-10pm ETlink)

The Awakening is Not Broadcasting Tonight. We had hoped to re-try our program from last Thursday, but obstacles got in the way, including an illness in the family, for a key participant. We appreciate other venues including the Huckabee and Hannity programs, for their sounding out alternative Gulf clean-up solutions, including those of at least one of our guests. We will let you know about future programming. Thank you for your interest. Obama to Demand Americans Allow Him Even More Theft of their Earnings?

by Sher Zieve - June 15, 2010

After almost two months of doing little-to-nothing to take charge of the BP oil rig explosion and continuing leakage of millions of gallons of oil, Obama has been to the disaster area several times in the past 2 weeks. Note: Under both the US Clean Water Act and the Oil Pollution Act the POTUS is responsible for taking charge of the catastrophe.

Since grabbing the office of the President of the United States, Obama and the Democrat-run Congress have passed one bill after another that had the real — if not truthfully expressed — purpose of stealing from the American people. The "stimulus" bills have done nothing to stimulate jobs but, have done a great deal to place monies in Democrat leaders pockets, war chests and have enriched the coffers of other countries; China comes readily to mind. The Obama has seemingly paid off and continues to pay off his Chicago cronies, his labor union thugs (most notably SEIU) to intimidate a number of "ObamaEnemies" and much of the leftist judicial system to continue to 'illegally' block anything he does not want to have made public. Congressional Democrats are STILL passing one bill after another (marked as "stimulus" or "emergency spending" bills) that amount to abject theft from the American taxpayers; that's We-the-People.

But, most egregious and wicked of all is the way in which The Obama has used, and continues to use, the Gulf of Mexico Oil catastrophe for what inescapably appears to be his own crooked and depraved purposes. Wildlife are now said to be dying in the hundreds, perhaps thousands. However, We-the-People may never know the real magnitude of this latest horror as the Obama regime is now regulating ALL news from the area and is allowing NO photographs to be made by the media and beaches have been largely scrubbed clean by crews before The Obama has affected his Louisiana photo-ops.

Utah's Spectrum reports "The Coast Guard and FAA have denied flights booked by news photographers looking to shoot aerial pictures of the spill. The Department of Homeland Security nixed a visit by a group of reporters who were to be escorted into the waters by Sen. Bill Nelson, D-Fla. A reporter and photographer from the Daily News of New York were denied access to a public beach on Grand Isle, La. — one of the most heavily affected areas, or so we are told — by a BP Oil contractor, who then called the local sheriff, who escorted them from the area. And, last month, a CBS News crew was threatened with arrest for trying to shoot video of a soiled beach."

Note: Although couching it as BP's 'controlling the area,' BP has no power or authority to dictate anything, whatsoever, to either the US Coast Guard or the US FAA. But, of course, the US dictator-in-chief does; and only he does.

As we know, one of the Obama regime's mottoes is "You never want a serious crisis to go to waste." Therefore, during TV Prime Time Tuesday 15 June, The Obama is expected to tell the American people that they 'must sacrifice even more,' in order to keep another oil spill disaster from occurring. Obama is said to have planned a demand that Americans now allow him and the Obama-controlled Congress to push through the newly named "America's Power Act" — formerly known as "Cap & Trade." Note: Remember, this catastrophe would never have occurred if the Leftist Environmentalists hadn't lobbied incessantly for 'no shallow oil drilling, only deep...deep...sea drilling' to be allowed. In that sense, as the Left is The Obama's base, Obama is responsible. It's his people that caused and forced the problem to occur, in the first place.

Secondly, the patent and disgusting arrogance of Obama and his Marxist Dems — both his Czars and his Congress — demanding of the American people that they allow ALL of these miscreants to dig deeper into their pockets and control them even more (Obama: "Energy rates will necessarily skyrocket").

After the passage, over the unwilling minds and bodies of the American people, of ObamaCare — which controls who will be allowed to live and who MUST die — Cap & Trade (or "America's Power Act") will effectively and most likely irrevocably end our Republic and the USA as we have known it. No more liberty, no more freedom. No more money, decreased mobility. Obama Government control of our minds, bodies, travel and the ability to heat and cool our houses in our now-completely regulated homes. Did you know The Obama wants to shove through the licensing (H.R. 2454) of homes, so the ObamaGov will determine how And if you can sell your own property. OOPS! Make that "Obama's property."

Have you had enough America? Can We-the-People even last until November? Or will The Obama and his Marxist Dems destroy us all before then? Isn't it time to finally rise up against this increasingly violent tyranny? Isn't it???

Communists Integrate with Obama's 'Organizing for America;'
Plan Obama/Democrat Comeback in November 2010

posted at KeyWiki & New Zeal, 6/11/2010

Excerpts from a special report to the recent 29th National Convention of the Communist Party USA, by Joelle Fishman. Joelle Fishman role in the Communist Party's Political Action Commission, which gives her responsibility for organizing Party support for "progressive" Democratic Party candidates at the state, congressional, senate and presidential level. She is also, incidentally, the daughter - in - law of late Soviet spy, Victor Perlo

Joelle Fishman addresses CPUSA 29th Convention

Fishman acknowledges that the Communist Party supported Barack Obama in 2008 - though certainly not for the first time.
The 2010 elections are at the center of the struggle for working class relief from economic crisis, poverty, inequality and environmental devastation. Why? Because this election will either solidify the progressive breakthrough of 2008, or send the country reeling backward. Barack Obama's election as president was a victory won by an amazing broad alliance of which we were a part. Our contribution focused on building unity, challenging racism and expanding voter participation.
She then quotes party chairman Sam Webb and goes on to stress the pivotal nature of the 2010 mid - term elections.
This was an extraordinary expression of political independence from the extreme right wing. As Sam's report reminds us, five years ago our major battle was entirely on the defensive under George W. Bush. The question of how we expand and build on this political independence has been a big part of the pre-convention discussion.

The 2010 mid-term elections represent the next step of our continuing project to decisively defeat the extreme right-wing
and expand democratic rights, including ridding the federal government of entrenched corporate interests. All 435 House seats and a third of senate seats are up for election. A shift of 45 seats in the House and six in the senate would give Republicans the majority. Top battleground states for the Senate are California, Florida, Illinois, Missouri and Ohio. We are up against a rabid right-wing that refuses to accept the election of the first Black president.

Republicans in Congress thought they could bring down the presidency by blocking health care reform. The Tea Party was birthed by media extremists and racist elements to break up the unity of 2008. They were able to change the debate and peel off some Democratic votes, but they were not able to stop the legislation. Newt Gingrich is attempting to frame the 2010 elections with a new Contract on America to whip up hysteria that government spending for social needs is against the interests of working people.

This election is about the ability of families and youth to make it through this economic crisis. In the first place it is about the federal government investing in job creation targeted to the highest poverty areas with training for displaced workers and young people. It is about relief for cities and towns, education and youth programs, housing and health care. Working people are angry and searching for solutions. Voters' anger can be turned into collective action for a pro-worker agenda or it can become manipulated by right-wing populism. So far there are examples of both taking place.

Our focus is on building up the strength of the labor movement, racially oppressed, women, youth along with LGBT, environment and peace allies as part of the broad electoral alliance
This goes beyond any one election to the need for organizing a lasting movement and building working class leadership in our country that can reorder priorities and change foreign policy.
Fishman then goes on to trumpet the successes of the labor movement in countering the "Tea Party" movement, the Republicans and "moderate" Democrats.
The election of President Obama opened a door. The challenge to us and the labor and people's organizations is to walk through that door in the millions with mass struggle for jobs and relief. The anger of workers was turned into unity against the financial institutions in big mass actions during May Day week. Joint labor - immigrant rights marches and civil disobedience protests against the Arizona law represent the kind of unity that can increase workers' strength in the elections and improve the balance in Congress.

In Western Pennsylvania, Republicans poured $10 million into capturing the seat that was held by Rep John Murtha, but they did not succeed. Workers responded to the message of their unions. They rejected slanders against Democrat Mark Critz and attacks on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and President Obama.

A strong challenge to conservative Democrat Arkansas Sen Blanche Lincoln has forced her into a runoff election after she voted against health care reform. This campaign shows it is possible to enlarge the number of Democrats in the Congressional Progressive, Black, Hispanic and Asian Pacific caucuses and change the dynamics against the ultra-right within Congress.

Yet the Tea Party is making in-roads within the Republican primaries, spreading their poison with big money at their disposal. Richard Trumka's leadership of the AFL-CIO is providing clarity and maintaining unity by showing how racism hurts all workers and by exposing corporate greed.

Showing that the money is there for jobs and community needs by taxing the rich and corporations, cutting the military budget, and ending the wars is a further contribution to unity.
Helping develop labor's infrastructure to educate members and bring out the vote is at the center of political independence.

This is a training ground for union leaders to run and win election to public office. It is the foundation for a future labor and people's political party. The Hill reported on a survey (5/12/10) showing 80% of people see problems with the two party system. A progressive labor and people's electoral structure like Working America, or Working Families Party must be clear and present or the only visible alternative will be the right-wing. The Communist Party must also be plainly visible on the issues, utilizing our websites, e-mail, social networking, the downloadable print edition and other materials. Each will strengthen the other. A Pew survey last week showed that half of young people think socialism is better than capitalism.
Fishman then urges the party to register and turn - out voters in the November elections.
Turnout will be key in the 2010 elections. This includes registering new voters and reaching out to voters in every area. On the weekend of June 5, Organizing for America will hold kickoff canvasses across the country to visit the 15 million first time voters who took part in the 2008 elections. Elections are won and lost in precincts, wards, election districts. Every need at the local level depends on the results of the 2010 election.

We should take a look and see in what congressional districts with key races we can bring our publications, establish a new club, or build up an existing one and participate with labor and other community groups. In a close election a few votes can make the difference. A lasting organization can make an even bigger difference. This approach can also open the door to more Communists running for public office on whatever ticket as part of grass roots coalitions.
Fishman gives two recent examples of what can be achieved by communists working through the Democratic Party , with union and "community group" support. Communist Party members Rick Nagin and Rudy Lozano, Jr. both almost won elections in Cleveland Ohio and Chicago Illinois in recent months, running as Democrats.
Rick Nagin's campaign in Cleveland last summer and the Chicago campaign at the beginning of this year were an early start to the 2010 elections. These campaigns were also walking through the door opened by the Obama election victory, projecting a people before profits approach to local issues.

Fishman ends will a call to action in the weeks remaining until November.
We should revisit the initiative from our last convention and create a network of Communist and left elected officials to share problems, experiences and play a role in bringing the grass roots to the fore. Let's leave here at full speed for the 24 weeks between now and Election Day November 2, 2010.
While Fishman's party is only a few thousand strong, it has significant influence in the labor unions, the Democratic Party at all levels, churches and organizations such as ACORN and United for Peace and Justice and dozens of other many thousand strong organizations.

The Communist Party is the backbone the Democrats have long since lost.

Inspiring Message Tonight

I saw the Oval Office address tonight on Fox News. After this, I want to say that it was very refreshing to see genuine expertise, passion, and leadership, regarding our Gulf crisis, with the welfare of the people and the environment we steward in mind. Then, sadly, the time allotted to Gov. Palin was up and they went to a commercial.

Government Covering Up Crumbling Well Structure?

Without taking positions, I.O. passes this along to you, as purportedly informed speculation upon the reasons for the courses of action taken at the gusher site -- and for the ostensible cover-ups on the part of the Obama administration. And however that administration regards you, I.O. respects you enough to share this, for your joint scrutiny. It warns of a significant likelihood of worse events, yet to come at Deepwater Horizon:

http://www.theoildrum.com/node/6593/648967

While it has been common practice for embedded reporters to join even troops in battle, the news media have not been allowed access to the workings of the Deepwater Horizon Unified Command center and have even been shooed away from areas of operations. That is not very libertarian, nor democratic, for a president who would call himself a liberal Democrat. Then again, it is typical among authoritarian Marxists.

Seeing what on-the-spot reporters uncovered at NOAA in April, just after the explosion, their media crack-down is not surprising (for dishonest administrators with their own agenda). See immediate prior article in I.O.

April Video Indicates U.S. Government Aware of Much Greater Volume of Gulf Gusher; Evidence Raises Suspicion of Cover-Up

Some of the truth has been hiding in plain sight since May Day, at AL.com. Visit the government at work, specifically the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Agency of the U.S. Department of Commerce (NOAA) meeting in "Warroom 1." They are intently collecting data on what is apparently the 22nd, 23rd, or 24th of April. They are scientists for an United States government which refused massive clean-up help from foreign sources. then, and refuses such help now -- an U.S. government which seems to have lied to us, all this time. Note the following:

At the 3 minute mark in the video and at 3m:17s, see what one member of this NOAA meeting has scrawled in his notebook: "53 to 110 K [brrel?]."

At 6 minutes 35 seconds, the man on the phone says, "I've heard two different estimates on, some'n, far as uh, between sixty-five and a hundred thousand barrels a day."

Then, see what is written, back at the War Room's white board (frozen in time, below). Those are numbers much, much higher than the story they have given the public, then or now: 64,000 to 110,000 barrels per day.

Last Wednesday evening, June 9th, I interviewed Mark Proegler, Director of Climate Energy Policy for BP plc, working for Deepwater Horizon Unified Command. He recounted to me that the early, officially released estimate of the rate of the leak was 5,000 barrels per day. Then, he said, the U.S. government put together two technical groups to assess the flow and they performed numerous tests. Their two results, according to the government, were between 12,000 and 19,000 barrels per day from one group and between 12,000 to 25,000 barrels per day from the other. At the time of this article's release, the latest official estimate by the government I have found was issued on June 10th: from 20,000 to 40,000 barrels per day.

Compare these early numbers with the evidence discussed here: 65,000 to 100,000 barrels per day on the telephone call, 64,000 to 110,000 barrels per day on the whiteboard, and 53,000 to 110,000, in the notebook. Look for anything written around those numbers in the video. Do you see words such as "could eventually become?" I do not. The white board prefaces its numbers with terse immediacy: "estim." Further, by that point, they had noted a "twelve mile long slick of emulsified oil," visible by aircraft.

The only part of this May 1st report by Ben Raines which seems at odds with observable facts is its title, in its use of the words, "potential for." No, these appear to be concurrent estimates of the actual oil being blasted out of that orifice in April, not analyses of potentials.
Video Shows Federal Officials Knew Quickly of Potential for Massive Oil Flow in Gulf Spill
by Ben Raines, Birmingham Press-Register, 5/1/2010

A National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration video, shot as officials coordinated response to the Deepwater Horizon disaster, shows that federal officials almost immediately worried that the oil well could leak up to 110,000 barrels per day, or 4.6 million gallons.

The video appears on a federal Web site.

It was filmed in Seattle, at NOAA's Western Regional Center, as scientists and federal officials in Seattle, Houston and New Orleans engaged in telephone conferences, according to a companion document on the Web site.

The video appears to have been edited, and it was shot by a person carrying a camera from room to room.

In it, officials are discussing the search for survivors of the Deepwater Horizon explosion. There is a hand-drawn map of the spill dated April 22. At one point, the video freezes on a sign next to a door that reads, "War Room."

In one scene, officials say that the estimate for the leak in a worst-case scenario is between 65,000 and 100,000 barrels per day. A dry erase board on the wall reads "Estim: 64,000 to 110,000 bbls/day. CNN reported 300,000 gal/day."

The high end of the estimate, 110,000 barrels, is about 4.6 million gallons. At that spill rate, 32 million gallons of oil would enter the Gulf every week. By comparison, the entire Exxon Valdez spill was about 11 million gallons.

Officials estimate current flow from the damaged well at 210,000 gallons a day.

It is unclear from the video what events would have to transpire to raise the flow rate higher.

A confidential NOAA report, dated April 28 and circulated among federal agencies, makes similar projections regarding spill size in a worst-case situation.

It describes newly discovered leaks in the tangle of riser pipe, attributing them to ongoing erosion of the pipe. The riser pipe, in this case about 5,000 feet long, connects the wellhead on the sea floor to the drilling rig on the surface.

"If the riser pipe deteriorates further, the flow could become unchecked," reads the report.

On Thursday, the day after the NOAA report was circulated, BP officials said they were worried about "erosion" of the piping.

Sand is an integral part of the formations that hold oil under the Gulf. The raw crude rising from the bottom of a well carries sand and other abrasive materials. In effect, the oil is sandblasting the piping as it rushes through with tremendous force, according to petroleum engineers.

"I think we need to be prepared for it to be the spill of the decade," Debbie Payton of NOAA, the meeting's coordinator, says during the NOAA video.

NOAA did not immediately respond to the Press-Register's request for comment on the video.

Does anyone reading this believe that BP is the problem in allowing this crisis to become more "significant," the word Rahm Emanuel used in his famous quote, "You never want a significant crisis to go to waste?" Is this administration allowing this disaster to worsen, in order to push for Cap and Trade law and a Climate Change Treaty? Are they actually fostering this horrific calamity, to build the coffers of investors in the Chicago Climate Exchange, while further transferring America's wealth to foreign nations and instituting global government over the sovereign United States of America (as reported here)? Is this effectively a false-flag attack upon this nation, blamed on an oil-rich "capitalist" corporation?

Follow the money, the means, and the ends, and see if you find extortion and globalist Marxofascism. As guest contributor, CJ affirmed last week, we need an honest and comprehensive investigation of this -- a criminal, RICO investigation which must include members of the United States Government. - AW
