Phil Berg and MommaE are to be guests on "The Awakening, with Hanen and Arlen," this coming Monday, 5/11, 9pm ET. Of course, they will be talking about their suit of Orly Taitz and Ed Hale. Have to say, it is ironic that Berg, MommaE, and Hale are Democrats. Taitz' connections should be fleshed out.
Orly seems to be a raging agent of chaos: be there first, with the most errors and fodder for ridicule. Phil Berg seems as sincere about bringing Obama to accountability as he has been as a 9-11 truther. MommaE has deported herself very appealingly. In my own experiences with her I have found Lisa Ostella to be quizzical, but hardly to my knowledge, criminal.
It would be nice for all the truth to come out, but that almost never really happens. Enough would be good. Meanwhile, the apparent collaboration between Marxists and the old (ancient?) international financier "trust" continues.
Some states are beginning to fight the conspiratorial insurrection with state sovereignty laws. Obama is showing signs of attempting to override all state laws via a peculiar clause in the U.S. Constitution that, depending upon its interpretation, establishes international treaties as overriding fiat. By this interpretation, a U.N. treaty would obviate all contradictory state laws and even state constitutions.
Meanwhile, certain eligibility cases, plus the grand juries and legitimate Second Amendment movements go on.

First reports indicate this H1N1 flu as not being as deadly in North America as it has appeared to be initially and in Mexico. That may be due to a variety of factors, including human behavior, the behavior of the virus as it moves from one person to another, and the potential of there being more than one strain involved [the last possibility refuted by Dr. Henry Niman].
As to the suspicions and predictions of Alexander S. Jones and his associates which he has partially related as shown below, he has already stated that if his suspicions are accurate, there would be ensuing waves of increasing severity over months, leading to more and more deaths. Since there is a track record of Mr. Jones' predictions beginning to come to pass, it becomes more imperative to understand what evidence, probabilities, theories, intuitions, and assumptions indicate his scenario to him -- and what further information may be found, whether to corroborate or contradict.
Expert influenza epidemiologist, Henry Niman, Ph.D., also believes this virus will likely fade, but come back with increased virulence, this Autumn. This would follow the behavior of the 1918 flu. He also indicates that by Autumn, it may also become resistant to Tamiflu See a less than thirty minute video interview, by WPXI Pittsburgh television, of Dr. Niman, on this outbreak, probably done between 4/24-28:

As many are aware now, the situation in Mexico is out of control. Doctors on the ground say a minimum of 200 are dead. The virus has clearly spread worldwide, including to the UK , via aircraft, carried by an infected crew, with ~220 people on the aircraft having left or made connecting flights, which means the virus will undoubtedly spread across Europe.
It is obvious the virus is incubating all across North America and will break out like wildfire within a week.
What we are witnessing is the release of a biological weapon, designed and funded by our own government -- a synthetic recombinant H1N1 virus. Technically speaking, this virus appears to be designed to achieve synapsis with circulating seasonal human H1N1 strains, as well as possibly combine with avian H5N1 strain via homologous recombination.
In plain English, the virus is designed to 'upgrade' itself to higher infectivity and virulence, as it circulates over the coming days, weeks, and months. The virus will infect many species, not just humans. It is a crime against mankind of the highest order.
What this means is we have a global pandemic; a lethal one at that. This pandemic is already four to six times as deadly as 1918 -- a fatality rate of approximately 8 - 12.5%. Do not forget -- this pandemic is ENTIRELY contrived and directed by criminal elements within our own government. I have been repeating for MONTHS that Chicago-based firm Baxter was involved in international biological weapons programs, including the deliberate criminal release of H5N1/H3N2 combined material in Europe, but all I've heard are wind chimes.
Now we find , conveniently, that Baxter, based in the 10th District of Chicago, connected with the Chicago criminal den of corruption, will 'assist' the World Health Organization in cleaning up the mess -- that is , making a new 'vaccine', reaping billions in the process. Why should Baxter be trusted, when they are already under independent criminal investigation in Europe? We already know they are criminally negligant. Now they are a prime suspect in the one of the greatest crimes in the history of mankind.
Talk about the fox guarding the henhouse! This whole thing reeks of criminal corruption and mass genocide, and people should not trust a damned word out of the mouths of the health authorities such as their governments, the CDC, the WHO, or their minions at Baxter and myriad of other firms involved with biological weapons.
For those interested in prosecuting those involved in creating the virus, look no further than the US Army Institute of Molecular Pathology and the work of Dr. Taudenberger between 1997-2003, funded by Price Waterhouse Coopers, who made quarterly reports to AIPAC on his lab's progress of assembling highly lethal, _synthetic_ H1N1 and H5N1 recombinants, after digging up deceased miners from 1918 buried in the Alaskan permafrost.

Sam Sewell: AKA Obama Fans, All Together Now, Say OMG!!

Somehow, you know it’s coming. That OMG moment is just around the corner. You can feel the inescapable reality creeping up on you. Something will leak. Someone will spill the beans.

It isn’t hard to imagine the gnawing anxiety that AKA OBAMA (Also Known As: an acronym used to describe suspicious persons who use more than one name) lives with, day in and day out. Much has been written about AKA OBAMA’s behavior that reminds mental health experts and others of NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder.) A frequent manifestation of such a disorder is The Narcissist, as Liar and Con-man.
This disorder is frequently misunderstood as “self-love.” A more accurate understanding is love of a reflection of one’s self. Abused, abandoned and neglected children will compensate for damaged egos by creating an ideal reflection of themselves that they then embellish and vigorously defend. A person with NPD is quite capable of a mind twisting position like, “I have nothing to hide but I am hiding things anyway.” AKA OBAMA certainly fits the model of having such a childhood. While I am not in the position to deliver an official In Absentia diagnosis of a full strength NPD case, many of the indicators are present.
If AKA OBAMA were not in a position of public trust, most of us would probably overlook such deception and secrecy. For those of us who care about our Constitution and the rule of law, the issue becomes clear in this article that appeared in on-line Pravda by international columnist, Mark S. McGrew The Mysterious Shadow: Code Name Obama.
Most Americans do not want their president to be secretive about his past. However, if one is living a lie to preserve the ego compensating, idealized reflection of self, one will go to great lengths to hide things that most would routinely reveal.
For the person who has NPD tendencies, the lies used to create the reflection become so numerous that eventually the man in the mirror cracks, and so does the real human being hiding behind the reflection.A useful tool in evaluating things that are not known with certainty is Occam’s razor. When multiple competing hypotheses are equal in other respects, the principle recommends selecting the hypothesis that introduces the fewest assumptions and postulates the fewest entities. It is in this sense that Occam's razor is usually understood. I condense this to the simple question; what is most likely? In our discussion of the documents which AKA has hidden, most of this article is an examination of which explanation is most likely.
For example; which is most likely;
(a) AKA OBAMA is hiding documents that are innocuous?
(b) AKA OBAMA is hiding documents that are damaging?
For example; which is most likely;

What we know with certainty is that AKA OBAMA is not practicing the virtue of full disclosure. “ The biggest question, and the biggest reason for asking more questions, is the fact Obama has enlisted law firms across the nation to battle every attempt to access, among other documents, his birth, schooling, immigration or passport records.” New Jersey attorney Mario Apuzzo
There are so many potential sources that can end AKA OBAMA’s Presidency that it is impossible to keep them all quiet. It’s just a matter of time. As columnist Davvy Kidd says, IMPOSTOR PRESIDENT OBAMA: VICTORY WILL BE SHORT LIVED. First, let’s think of all the lawyers and support staff involved in keeping the birth certificate issue quiet. Isn’t it likely that some of them know what they are hiding? Isn’t it likely that several people at the Hawaiian Department of Public Health know what is, or is not, on the original birth certificate that AKA OBAMA refuses to release? Did you know that there is a one million dollar reward offered for AKA OBAMA’s Hawaiian birth certificate?
Please get this straight: Hawaiian officials have not validated AKA OBAMA’s place of birth. What they have said is that they “have the original document” on file. They haven’t offered a clue as to what information is in that document. They can not legally validate what is on that document without a court order or permission from “our” Chicago con-man. Laws of the Territory of Hawaii ACT 96 To Provide For The Issuance Of Certificates Of Hawaiian Birth was in effect from 1911 until 1972 and allowed someone who was born outside the Hawaiian Islands to be registered as though he were born in Hawaii. Under that law, someone simply would have presented herself to the Hawaiian authorities and declared that the child was born in Hawaii. The person could have sworn under oath and presented witnesses and other evidence. If the authorities accepted it, that was the end of it. The only way to know where AKA OBAMA was actually born is to view AKA OBAMA's original birth certificate from 1961 to see what kind of birth certificate it is, and to examine what corroborating evidence supports what its says about AKA OBAMA's alleged place of birth. If the birth was in a hospital, as AKA OBAMA has maintained, such evidence would be the name of the hospital and the name and signature of the doctor that delivered him.

Another piece of information that many fail to realize is that in the birth certificate cases, all that is needed is for the case to be heard. This case will be over in the “Discovery” phase. Before a trial starts both sides are required by the court to put all their cards on the table to avoid “trial by ambush.” The judge orders all evidence to be presented by both sides. Since this case is about discovering documents that are hidden, the case will be decided by court-ordered presentation of all relevant records. Lawyers in birth certificate cases don’t need to win a trial; they only need to get a trial.
Enough on the hidden birth certificate and forged documents.

Fear of being “found out” is an obsession for NPD types.So far we have only talked about the original birth certificate, supposedly locked up in Hawaii, and AKA OBAMA’s draft and college records. Already the potential sources for leaks are numerous. And you can bet that AKA OBAMA and his lawyers are concerned about many more possible leaks than these.
There is a long list of vulnerability points for leaks, and there is a story behind every one of them:

International columnist Mark S. McGrew* sums it up succinctly: “With all of Obama’s different names, with his documented long term relations to convicted criminals, with his active efforts to prohibit us from knowing where he was born, with his active efforts to keep us from seeing his credentials, with his documented registration to practice law, professing to have only one name, with his being an ex-attorney not authorized to practice law, but representing himself as such, with his non-existent “Office of The President Elect,” with the dozen or so lawsuits against him to determine his citizenship status, with the various promises he made to voters and on which he has since reneged, with his documented lack of respect to America, with his refusal to salute the American flag with others on stage or even to stand at attention, and his other disrespectful actions, with his many millions of dollars in campaign funds suspected to be from foreign sources, with campaign donations accepted from possible terrorists groups, . . . Obama has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that he can not in any way, shape or form be trusted.”

I would ask the reader to accept the premise that there are many potential leaks from those things that are being kept hidden by a man who promised transparency in government.
But there are other problems from sources that are not hidden.
AKA OBAMA himself has made it known that his father was from Kenya.We know that records indicate that AKA OBAMA’s biological father was Barack Obama Sr, a Kenyan native, and a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.’s offspring. We know that the geographical location of AKA OBAMA’s birth is not considered by British law. Who the father was determines citizenship, not where you are born. Had AKA OBAMA been born in Tokyo or Texas he would still be a citizen of the United Kingdom under The British Nationality Act. A similar practice governs who is considered a citizen in several countries. Judaism is matrilineal, meaning that your mother’ lineage determines whether you are a Jew. That is why Jews from all over the world can claim Israeli citizenship.
British Nationality Act of 1948 (Part II, Section 5): Subject to the provisions of this section, a person born after the commencement of this Act shall be a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies by descent if his father is a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies at the time of the birth.
In other words, at the time of his birth, AKA OBAMA might have been a U.S. citizen (by virtue of his allegedly being born in Hawaii) and a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies (the UKC) by virtue of being born to a father who was a citizen of the UKC.Obama’s British citizenship was short-lived. On Dec. 12, 1963, Kenya formally gained its independence from the United Kingdom. Chapter VI, Section 87 of the Kenyan Constitution specifies that:
1. Every person who, having been born in Kenya is, on 11th December, 1963 a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies or a British protected person shall become a citizen of Kenya on 12th December, 1963…2. Every person who, having been born outside Kenya, is on 11th December, 1963 a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies or a British protected person shall, if his father becomes, or would but for his death have become, a citizen of Kenya by virtue of subsection (1), becomes a citizen of Kenya on the 12th of December, 1963.
As a citizen of the UKC who was born in Kenya, Obama’s father automatically received Kenyan citizenship via subsection (1). So given that Obama qualified for citizen of the UKC status at birth and given that Obama’s father became a Kenyan citizen via subsection (1), it follows that Obama did in fact have Kenyan citizenship after 1963.
So we know for sure that, if OBAMA Sr is in fact his legal father, then AKA OBAMA was a citizen of the United Kingdom and then Kenya. Given all the efforts to keep his birth certificate hidden, it is reasonable to assume that he is not a citizen of the United States, but even if he were born in downtown Denver he would still have triple citizenship, and is thus ineligible to hold the office of President.
There is a similar problem with AKA OBAMA’s possible Indonesian citizenship. School records have surfaced that clearly indicate AKA OBAMA being listed as a "Muslim" with "Indonesian" citizenship.
So AKA OBAMA has been a citizen of the UK, Kenya, and there are inconclusive documents indicating that he was also a citizen of Indonesia. The missing birth certificate may be a false clue that leads away from the big crime. Even if Obama were born in Hawaii* he would still be ineligible to serve as President because of his dual (perhaps triple) citizenship. That is not likely, given the effort expended to keep the information about his birth a secret. By AKA OBAMA's and Bob Bauer, AKA OBAMA's Lead Lawyer's, own reports, AKA OBAMA has spent Six Hundred and Eighty Eight Thousand Dollars ($688,000.00) on legal fees defending against lawsuits claiming that he is not eligible. Why would AKA OBAMA spend that much money to hide a $10 Birth Certificate?
Pay attention to this next quoted paragraph, "Don’t be distracted by the birth certificate and Indonesian issues. They are irrelevant to Senator Obama’s ineligibility to be President. Since Barack Obama’s father was a Citizen of Kenya, and therefore subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of Senator Obama’s birth, then Senator Obama was a British Citizen “at birth,” just like the Framers of the Constitution, and therefore, even if he were to produce an original birth certificate proving he were born on US soil, he still wouldn’t be eligible to be President." -- Leo C. Donofrio

In the unlikely outcome that none of the people talk, and none of the documents surface, would AKA OBAMA than be free of obsessive fear of being found out? No, even if none of his secrets are revealed and none of his lies are exposed, he will continue to remain vulnerable.Because of the way AKA OBAMA ran his campaign; donations from Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse, donations from illegal foreign sources, and ACORN’s crimes, etc, he is subject to criminal violations of the Internal Revenue Code, federal campaign finance laws, and laws against voter registration fraud, according to a memo by Cleta Mitchell, co-chairman of the Republican National Lawyers Association.
You may have noticed that the usual role of the media in ferreting out high jinks in high places has not been mentioned. There is no “All the President’s Men” movie in the making. No one is being considered for a Pulitzer Prize for investigating AKA OBAMA. Is journalism dead in America? Well no, not quite.Somebody, a major news outlet executive, has done the Pulitzer research.
On his To The Point News website, Dr. Jack Wheeler said he will “Let the source of the information reveal it, in his own time. "...the details of what he told me are for him to reveal when he chooses, not me. I can tell you it is OMG wild."
So get ready folks. One of these days I will be asking all of you AKA Obama fans to, “All together now, say OMG!”
My conclusion: Obama will be indicted and charged very soon. Keeping in mind that the role of a grand jury is to determine if enough evidence exists to refer a case to the courts for trial, can any objective person review information like that presented above and reject the premise that this case needs to be referred to the courts for prosecution?
It is very likely that the American Grand Jury effort will result in an indictment by a conventionally impaneled Grand Jury.
The American Grand Jury was designed in a unique and very creative manner. Bob Campbell, the Founder of American Grand Jury, wanted to find a way to impanel a grand jury that was convenient, available free of charge to all citizens, and had maximum impact. He came up with a brilliant plan!
From across the nation citizens can collectively examine and discuss the evidence, make a decision whether to indict, and then act with the full power of the U.S. Constitution to present the indictment to local, state and federal authorities. American Grand Jury will also empower individual representatives to act on behalf of American Grand Jury Members and make presentments of evidence to jurisdictions anywhere in the United States. These representatives will be sworn in and subject to an oath similar to the American Grand Jury Members, and will then be authorized to make presentments to such authorities as Sheriffs, County, State and Federal Prosecutors.Even if the American Grand Jury were ignored, and deemed legally impotent, we can still expect a powerfully awakening increase in awareness and outrage on the part of the citizens. There are many potencies beyond the legal system.
However, it is highly unlikely that not even one jurisdiction will take action on the indictment. All we need is one jurisdiction to order “Discovery.” The case against AKA OBAMA is unique because it will be over in the Discovery phase, as the first step in a criminal complaint. The goal of the project is to discover what AKA OBAMA doesn’t want us to know, and why he doesn’t want us to know it. Our goal will be achieved without a trial.

Even if an independently convened grand jury is mistakenly seen as merely people assembling to exercise their Constitutional right to “redress their grievances,” that is no small thing. Hundreds of people in such “assemblies” will be examining evidence and presenting the results of their investigation to appropriate county, state, and federal authorities, some of whom will almost certainly form more conventional Grand Juries to indict AKA OBAMA. Can one honestly surmise that there is not one prosecutor or judge in the entire nation who questions AKA OBAMA’s eligibility to be President?
Once the American Grand Jury presentments are made, it is likely that many prosecutors and judges will want a copy of the evidence.The American Grand Jury organization with which I am affiliated is using recognized expert witnesses with a long professional history of forensic testimony. The guiding principles for the project are the usual protocols of epistemology, scientific methodology, and rules of evidence. Any prosecutor or judge who ignores such evidence and testimony is at risk of being seen as acquiescent.

Mark S. McGrew: CNN and MSNBC - Sexual Degenerates and Liars
You may have seen this article already, in RenewAmerica.us or... Pravda. Every so often, the Marxstream media needs to be beaten. It's a matter of principle.

In all 50 States of the United States of America, Tea Parties were held to protest massive government waste and oppression. The counts of how many people attended these peaceful rallies are still coming in. Early estimates are over 1 million people and may go as high as 3 million or more. The day of objecting to government bailouts for corporate crooks and a government who refuses to respect its citizens took place on a weekday, when most people go to their jobs or have classes.
The protests against a government out of control took place in over 2,000 locations, the largest protest in American history. It is possible that more would have shown up if they were not required to be elsewhere.
The major news networks, except FOX News, spent the day ridiculing, harassing and insulting honest Americans who have a Constitutional Right to protest their government. They continuously lied to their viewers as to the reason for this enormous protest.
They said it was to protest taxes or any number of ridiculous claims. Other than FOX, Major Media steadfastly refused to report any truth about Who, What, Where, When, and Why. All stories are composed of those 5 Ws. Each W was used as a test to see just how much lying and ridicule the viewers would accept.
The hideous demon witch from another dimension, CNN reporter Susan Roesgen's insidious verbal aggression against Illinois demonstrators infuriated the crowd. When they returned her insults she crept away, behind her barricade with security guards and turned to the camera and told the viewers that the protesters were "anti-CNN". No, Susan, they are anti-loudmouth, lying, hysterical, insulting lunatics, like you. For whatever reason, CNN shut down her email at 8:32pm the day after the protests.
This YouTube.com video of her is before and after the CNN camera operators got smart and pulled her plug. You can see for yourself what American viewers have to put up with to try to get some truthful news of our own Country. But the most despicable actions of the spit polished, shiny faced, smiling Jack newscasters was their steady bombardment of their viewers with sexually depraved insults against the protesters. America’s Major Media, with no moral boundaries, brought their filthy, trashy mouths into the homes of decent, honest, churchgoing people with children present.
The term “Teabagging” will not be explained here. Adults will figure it out and children don’t need to know. Most of us had no idea what it was, until having the term constantly shouted at us by Major News degenerates. It’s amazing how these people come up with the same insults, the same lies, the same arrogant attitudes and the same sexual deviate analogies at the same time on the same day.
CNN anchor Anderson Cooper made "teabagging" references while the CNN analyst, David Gergen, made snide comments about Republicans "searching for their voice." And "It's hard to talk when you're teabagging,"
MSNBC's David Shuster, "Teabagging day for the right wing and they are going nuts for it." The rallies were "full-throated" and "toothless," and "They want to give President Obama a strong tongue-lashing and lick government spending." And he just couldn’t keep from mentioning how the protesters "whipped out" the demonstrations this past week.
Questioning whether these are sexually explicit jokes or not, MSNBC's Rachel Maddow and her disgusting guest, Air America's Ana Marie Cox, were happy to explain. By one count, the two of them used the word "teabag" more than 50 times on one show. Ana Marie Cox informed an unknowing audience, with no room for doubt that she is one sick cookie, when she told us to see Urbandictionary.com for the term "teabagging."
"Well, there is a lot of love in teabagging," Cox said. This is one seriously disgusting, sick, psychopathic animal to be bringing this kind of filth into people’s homes.
What this all means to me is that the major news networks are scared of losing their rankings and their jobs. They see newspapers going bankrupt and closing and they know they are next if they don’t get more viewers. Some idiot from Harvard Law School must have told them to “Get in you viewer’s faces and show them how disgusting you are.”
And as in all things in this brave new World of Obama, they had to bring up the cowardly racist American male.
Janeane Garofalo, who plays a small role in Keifer Sutherland’s show “24” was on MSNBC's "The Countdown" with Keith Olbermann Thursday evening. This dysfunctional creature from Hell said, “It's about hating a black man in the White House. This is racism straight up and is nothing but a bunch of teabagging rednecks. There is no way around that. The Republican party has crystallized into the white power movement".
As for the only Major news reporting the truth, FOX Broadcasting, Garofalo, with bizzarre hatred, could only relate FOX to the Ku Klux Klan, "Who else is Fox talking to? Urban older white guys and their girlfriends who suffer from Stockholm Syndrome.”
These people brought lies, rascism and sexual acts into your living room, shouting out a sexual term that few of us knew, until we and our children were shown where to find the defintion of “Teabagging”. What else, besides lies and pornography will they expose our children to? Anything they want and you won’t know it until it is too late.
Words can not describe how Major Media has violated our trust and will do so again. Is it any wonder major Newspapers have been going out of business?

Napolitano Telegraphs the Obama Regime's 'Big Lie': about Second Amendment Militias & Oath Keepers?
DHS Secretary and the (evidently ineligible) "Obama administration" had two choices: either back down, or continue toward crackdown. They have, natural to their Marxofascist natures, opted to continue their plans for crackdown.
Be ready for more. Be ready even to consider the unimaginable: the "generated crisis" that Joe Biden (and Colin Powell) so oddly warned about. Be ready for that to be a false flag attack upon Americans, performed by the Obama minions themselves and blamed upon "right wing extremists." That is what it would take (if even that would be successful) to manipulate our military and law enforcement patriots into actions against our own people, who may be forced to defend the Constitution against abrogations of the First, Second, Fourteenth Amendments, etc., standing in the way of the globally controlled society.
Our hope may lie with a combination of the constitutionally mandated free militia movement and an effort underway in our military and law enforcement communities. Enter, Oath Keepers -- who met today, at Lexington Green. Question: are constitutionally sanctioned free militias and Oath Keepers the very targets of Napolitano's big lie tactics? Do usurpers work in the White House? I know of no more significant "militant" threat to this building, global insurrection against free, constitutional America.
I am not guaranteeing a false flag atrocity will happen. I am saying that we do not adequately consider the Obama regime as the Marxofascists they are, unless we consider such an event. That is the track record, for this kind of people -- and it seems strategically necessary, for their twisted game to continue to develop, to fruition. Remember the Reichstag Fire. Remember what the Kuwati professor said (Our next 'Generated Crisis' -- by the Soros/Obama/Pelosi Insurrection?).

Napolitano: Veterans are Targets of Right-Wing Extremist Recruiters
Homeland security chief says report could have been written differently, but imperative was to release details on right-wing extremists.
WASHINGTON -- The head of homeland security said Sunday she regrets that some people took offense over a report warning that right-wing extremist groups were trying to recruit disgruntled troops returning from Iraq and Afghanistan.
But Secretary Janet Napolitano added that "a number of groups far too numerous to mention" want to commit domestic terrorism attacks and are looking for new recruits.
She told a cable news network the warning report that went out to American law enforcement agencies was consistent with reports that were issued before.
"Here is the important point. The report is not saying that veterans are extremists. Far from it. What it is saying is returning veterans are targets of right-wing extremist groups that are trying to recruit those to commit violent acts within the country. We want to do all we can to prevent that," she said.
The intelligence assessment released to law enforcement on April 7 claims news of recession, the election of an African American president [calling patriots for a Constitutional America racists] rumors of new gun restrictions and the inability of veterans to reintegrate create fertile ground for radicalizing and recruiting right-wing extremists [Where is the evidence? - a common request of Barry Soetoro]
Of particular interest among radicals is possible recruitment of returning troops with "combat skills and experience" so as to boost their "violent capabilities," the report said. [Evidence? You mean all that "violent capability" expressed during the Tea Party protests that were reportedly under FBI surveillance? Oops, no violence. Notice she says "violent capability" - only the mere capability to be violent - i.e., owning guns constitutionally suitable for a critically important constitutional militia to carry.]
It added that new restrictions on gun ownership and the difficulty of veterans to reintegrate into their communities "could lead to the potential emergence of terrorist groups or lone wolf extremists capable of carrying out violent attacks." [Translation: if we support the letter and spirit of the 2nd Amendment vs. authoritarianism including confiscation of our arms, we are this regime's enemy.]
On Thursday, Napolitano apologized for some of the wording in the report, after civil liberties officials at the Homeland Security Department said the report was issued without a change in some of the language that had been subject for dispute.
"To the extent veterans read it as an accusation ... an apology is owed," Napolitano said during an on-air interview on FOX News Thursday. "This was an assessment, not an accusation." [They are after the minds and hearts of the military and law enforcement community, after all.]
But American Legion National Commander David Rehbein, who is to meet with Napolitano on Friday, told FOX News on Sunday the evidence suggests that troops are more likely to be first responders than extremists during an attack on the homeland. He added that he is less concerned about the apology than about the way the department reached its conclusions. [Translation: What are you trying to pull?]
"I'm hoping we can talk about the methods the department used as they begin to continue their job of assuring hoped secured and they have a big job, an important job and we need to make sure they are really going about it in the right way, so they can be most effective," he said. [Translation: This regime is under scrutiny, by those sworn to uphold the United States Constitution.]
"Trying to monitor a group of several million veterans, is frankly going to cost them a lot of time and resources, they don't have, that they could better spend monitoring already identified groups," Rehbein said. [Translation: Why surveil law abiding, patriotic citizens? What about the real terrorists? No, really, why?]
Napolitano said that in retrospect anything in the report could have been written differently, but "a fair reading of the report" would show that it is not trying to "give offense" but providing "situational awareness." [The propaganda campaign aimed at turning especially America's military and law enforcement community against defending the Constitution will continue.]

Horowitz' FrontpageMag Twists Itself in Knots Again

You may have seen the Frontpagemag.com article, "9/11 Truthers Meet Birth Certificate Brigade," by Andrew Walden, Friday, 4/17/2009.
Occam must be laughing (or crying) about David Horowitz and his clique. They have blown his Razor to bits, just as the originators of the 9-11 truther movement do. Hope they don't step on any parts poking up from their carpet. Meanwhile, he and they are the ones detrimental to America here, not those who would hold Obama accountable to the Constitution's actual meaning.
I have to remember that Horowitz was once foolish enough to be an anti-American SDS revolutionary. He and his inner circle still seem to have problems with cognition and elementary intellectual honesty, despite their prior good work uncovering Marxist operatives in the United States.
